TGS is trying to charge it with a very large high voltage transformer, this is the point we disagree (and other questions).
Wrong again! Since I stop sharing my work after the responses I got from showing high voltage being placed on the water fuel capacitor for the very first time were asking nothing and only aimed at trying to tell me I was doing it all wrong. People went into a frenzy trying to tell everyone that I was doing thing the wrong way and that Meyer had lied to us. You see before this no one had ever figured out how to place a high voltage potential on the plates of the exciter array. This showed that Meyer was in fact telling us the truth as it was possible to place a high voltage potential difference on the plates of the exciter array just as he tells us he was doing. But instead of questions on how did I accomplish this all I got was ridicule and disdain.
I ask very clearly for anyone working on this technology to show results of getting just 1 LPM or more of gas production and I don't see any videos, why is that? I showed you my video of me getting more that 1 LPM of gas production using pure distilled water with no type of acid, base, or salt being added to the water, and no, I did not coat any of the electrodes with something as they are in direct contact with the water in these videos. Surely after all of this smack talk someone can show a video of them getting at least 1 LPM using Meyer's technology can't they?

The positive probe lead goes to 66/E9 and the negative probe lead goes to 67/E10. If your voltage doesn't make it too the load how are you going to ionize anything? This is an easy question to answer taking a look at other parts of Stanley Meyer's work like the Gas Processor as it uses the same coil set up to ionize the gas atoms or are you going to say Meyer figured out a way to ionize the air breaking the bonds of the oxygen molecules, which are the targeted molecules he wants to break down, without the need for high voltage? You see the rules for ionization don't change using electricity to go about ionizing atoms. If you are going to ionize atoms using electricity you must place a high voltage potential difference on the targeted atoms. These rules don't change as that is the way ionization works when using electricity to ionize things so you must get the voltage to the target and somehow you all forgot what the target is. The target is the atoms that make up the water molecules, IE, the hydrogen and oxygen atoms. That's the target for ionization and if you are not getting the voltage to the target how are you to go about ionizing these atoms to facilitate breaking the bonds of the water molecules as Meyer tells us he is doing with the Electrical Polarization Process?
The voltage intensifier circuit is designed to place a high voltage potential difference on the plates of the water fuel capacitor while restricting the flow of amps into the milli amp range, isn't that what Meyer says? So, when I show you my results of doing exactly that why don't any of you want to learn how to do it too is my question? Yeah, you pointed out that the VIC transformers I showed in use at the 2013 Global BEM wouldn't work on the exciter array and I tell you know that was a very expensive lesson to learn, but I did learn that lesson as I am not afraid to fail for I understand we learn most from our failures. My setup now looks similar to this but is more compact and refined as my re-design of Meyer's technology can be carried by one man without much trouble at all:

I got the voltage to the target for I never got so lost as to forget that the targets are the atoms that make up the water molecules. But as I stated I have a little bit more voltage to go before I reach the benchmark Meyer states that is needed to be reached of 1kv per resonant cavity as currently I am at 930-940 volts which close but no dice. With the new design I am working on right now I should be able to reach and surpass this benchmark Meyer's says it needed to make the technology work correctly. Now if anyone still thinks high voltage isn't the way to go to go about the Electrical Polarization Process then you need to listen to the New Zealand video again as Meyer clearly states if someone places a high voltage on the water molecules they have violated my patent rights.
Well, I have to get back to building this new setup as it isn't going to build itself.
