I am definitely trying this next. Trying hard to get the PCM under control, but can't find a MAF freq controller, running an LC-1 to control 2 O2 sensors, using a DFA on the MAP, codes on the o2 heater circuit, what a pain. Seem to need more HHO but was leary of running +20A this summer, just a 2002 buick V6. If I can get more power on the HHO without hooking up an extra cell great. More work on controlling the PCM. Notice how they said to turn it off if idling a lot. Starting to dream about a PWM that responds RPM

So will somebody please post if they have got the VIC working, or haven't I looked enough. What about the seasoning process on the electrodes? Is that key? I want to cut the use of an electrolyzer and amperage on my conventional HHO kit under the hood. I want to make a high voltage type unit that fits under the hood of a modern vehicle, a tall task. I don't care if it is operating exactly at resonance or at max HHO production, just need a few lpm for combustion enhancement. plate designs fit well, cant get anything bigger than 3.5" anywhere. My first attempt is going to be using a lawton circuit, bought on at courtiestown.com.uk for about 75. Sucks how much retuning is needed on motor, big job, $$ too.
I think I scanned this whole thread pretty thoroughly and its a surprise that it is started by an administrator of the site dedicated to replication of Stan Meyer technology. Odd also that I saw no mention of tapping zero point energy by the high voltage oscillation of the VIC. Keep in mind folks that it is likely that the circuit is like a sail boat putting up a sail to catch the teaming etheric winds of charged electromagnetic particles put out by the sun that Nikolai Tesla harvested. It is not a closed thermodynamic system subject to the second law. It does not create energy over and above what is put into it, it harvests the extra energy from the ether. According to modern physics particle theory, there is no ether, quoting the Mikelson-Morely experiment of about 1909?, or so. As if science should stand still for so long... But to be completely submerged into conspiracy theory, a must-read is "The Secrets of Anti-gravity Propulsion" by Paul LaViolette, or the "The Hunt for Zero Point Energy" by Nick Cook. Then you start to suspect our universities are languishing in ignorance and teaching inferior scientific theory, possibly for many reasons...

Got a little excited thinking this card might be something in between a VIC and standard electrolysis, but apparently not much of an advantage. Just gravitated to the DC-ammeter low number, and not sure exactly where in the circuit he was measuring it, and didn't catch the correlation of the variac to other gauge, not seeing any identifying units. Not sure he even got 1 lpm and he is using more power than my conventional electrolysis unit, then.
After studying work done on the Lawton circuit, and unsure of how much work it takes to get a VIC circuit going, my first goal might be to try to enhance and improve efficiencies of my cars, hotwater heater, furnaces with HHO enhanced combustion using the 8XA circuit, hoping to get 1-2 lpm on an economical and easy to achieve 5-10A load. But I am keeping an eye on the VIC circuit and progress on using it on these forums. But if I were to launch into it now, I would be making my own ferrite cores, mixing it myself in an E shaped parafin wax mold. Then as for the bobbins, seems a heat gun, hot melt glue gun, polyethylene plastic from vitamin jars and a pair of scissor you could make 5 bobbins in a few hours... It only needs to contain the coil and I don't think there is any heat involved.
Wow, your the guy I need to talk to. I am looking at doing an 8XA card setup. I gather from your video you get something close to 1 lpm at the 5A setting? Was this a 12v DC reading? I run conventional electrolysis with electrolyte and get about that around 15A. Ideally I would like about 2 lpm, but I don't want to run 30A thru my car electrical system. I gather you need a coil in the setup. Do you have a schematic? Where can I get some of the details using the 8XA? The 8XA takes 12v AC, correct? Is that Tony's card you are using?
finally got to it. running the Innovate LC-1 to control the O2 sensor, so that left me with a P0135 code for no heater on the O2 sensor. Realized I needed to hook up my coil to this source of power to keep my PCM happy. Kept the PCM off balance for months. Did not get any good mileage off the HHO. So running the coil I limited it to 18ohms so it would keep the PCM happy, looking for closer to 10 ohms. the seacypress folks suggested a 25ohm coil. Well it kinda depends on what gauge wire you use. Killed 2 birds with one stone so its hard to tell how much the coil helped. but am getting about 15% improvement in mileage now. Still a little low on HHO I think, barely over 1 lpm last I measured. I think my unit is more for a 4-cyl. but I run a 3.1 v6. also just controlling MAP with an aussie Digital Fuel Adjuster. So a little unsat there on number of sensors under control still. I have a freq controlled MAF, nothing on the market to handle it still. That I think is more important than the MAP. targetting ECT and IAT next. Maybe a water injection system. gonna suplement HHO production with an additional wetcell add-on I will build.really want 25%+ mpg improvement. I gotta watch the amp draw so would love to run Tony's VIC if you guys can get it to produce!!!
Here is an observation. Got the best ever GPH flow this AM with this setup. lowest ever before only sporadic, OAT dependent at .34 gph. Saw .30 today. On idle where the vacuum is highest? coincidence? disagree totally about not running the system on idle, PCM being told to cut gas flow with my DFA and LC-1 operating as if on top of pike's peak at summer in the desert temps by my sensor mods.
Could this be a problem? The WFC SS tubes may need seasoning? See PJ Kelly's chapter 10 http://www.free-energy-info.com/index.html, may take a 100+ hours run time. Tubes should have white powdery coating, do not touch! alexpetty.com has good discussion too.
I have seen some Meyer documentation about the VIC coil that said it was bifilar wound. Isn't that a twisted pair of wires winding a coil to bottle in mag energy, stopping the generation of the field about the coil? I think the Tesla coil has some bifilar windings, for instance. From what I see here, coils look standard, single wire wrapped. Was that a different version or product of his I happened to be looking at a diagram of?
Just watched a youtube by americanantigravity and he said HHO at 1-2 lpm in a conventional car couldn't possibly improve gas mileage if it was a straight burning (exploding?) oxidation process at such low levels but said the separation and recombination electrolytic processes might be some nuclear process yielding alpha particles, similar to the Papp engine. offered some detection evidence of nuclear particles.
