Hi Steve  well if you already have a cell tubes already made up and have been testing it  then give me the detals of the cell dimensions number of tubes and there dimensions  then what power soure that you have availiabe.
such as 24v, 12v   or ?  110/120ac ,  240 vac  ?
then you will need to see if you can get the capacitance of ech tude if the re is more than one.

Ok Steve and all
First decide if you are going to use a tube open cell with one or more tubes
Are you going to have two tubes or tubes with a rods?

Or a plate open cell as above with plates in pairs instead of tubes

Or what is known as cell stack, this has a number of stacked plates and most time with spacers.
With these the electrolyte whatever you use flows through the whole cell stack.
It can be pumped through or use convection.

There are the formats that I know and I have tried them all
There is another is completely different a special one of my own.
It is an open cell but the electrodes are of expanded metal
One is SS and the other is coated or plated palladium is one that could be used.
Then they are connected SS the negative and the plated the positive
This is the first time that I have let on about this type to any one and it has never been on open source.
and again one circuit that can be used in many ways
The circulating currents are calculated by V/R when at resonance  DC Reistance
I will see if I can give you an example

yes and it did not work I do have a vid that was put on Utube as a chalenge to him that chalenge was to him or any one that could demomstrate with information to back it up  that chalenge has yet never been answered. that was the 101 cell some where I did show the fix to the pwm board to make it work the way it was intended by BB but the cell still did not perform.

To apply this stuff to a wfc is difficult so ask some questions
Why is it important to know the distance of the electrodes apart distance between the tubes or plates.
If you are using pure water as in distilled water you must realise that this is almost an insulator.
Then you must also think of the cell as a leaky non polarised capacitor.
Now to the bad news now go and read up on ion exchange and conductance.
Not so simple now is it.
Then if you do try to think of it as a capacitance, with several tubes or plates if connected in parallel then the leaky capacitance is added together.
Electrons in this case going from one electrode to another is then in the way of ion exchange.
So you have to get the conductivity measurement to calculate the possible ‘current flow’ through the high resistant path.
If the plate’s tubes are to close any reaction to create a gas when it does and a gas bubble touches both sides then you can get a short circuit by the way of the gas and sometimes popping is herd this is the hydrogen gas igniting.           
So to try and get a resonance to act here with a lot of tubes or plates dipped in water and water that is good insulator then why is the HHO happening with the set ups that you are all trying, there is some thing missing.

What was not stated in this series circuit was the value of the coil, its DC resistance and impedance XL and the same for the Capacitor.
To get things correct you will need to know them or measure them, calculate whatever.
 
On a stable 12V Dc supply with a coil and a cap in series, that is it is switched on and left on.
The voltage will show a high peak across the coil then will be 12v the current will rise as shown extensionally, opposing the input, and it will lag.
At the T point this is one time constant, it will get to 63%  after 5time contents it will be fully ‘charged’ yes it will hold a charge, once it gets there it will allow full current to flow in the circuit to charge up the cap to again 5time contents. Then current will stop if the capacitor is a good one and does not ‘leak’. The voltage will equal the supply voltage of 12VDC.
Now if you disconnect the power supply, extremely fast, if it is a switch there will be an arc as the coil tries to discharge across the gap, the voltage on the cap cannot as the coil will oppose it as if it was the supply like the battery.
There will now be some lost charge in the coil, its voltage will be lower than the cap, so now the cap take the place of the battery and tries to charge up the coil, again it will take time to do this, another 5 time constants of what is left of the voltage.
Now we have a problem, the coil is charged, so what now, the coil has a DC resistance, this will try to discharge, ‘leak’ the capacitor, now the reverse and it starts again, this is known as ringing.
Here are some test circuits if they come out .
T is calculated by in a coil L/R  L in henneries and R in DC resistance this is T and one time content for the coil to get to 63%  of the max current, 5 T and it is fully charged.
Remember if XL=XC then the current in the circuit will be V/R  dc resistance

Hi I have been going over a lot of old research that I did and the group that I was with, also some guy Russ has also uncovered somethings of importance, and he meet with some one that actually went an saw Myer be for he ministerially died. Then also some of the mystery around the dune buggy seems that it was not all that was shown, yes it was technically running on water. However the whole system also generated electrical power and some form of heat. What some of you see is only some of the whole system not all of it.
He was a cleaver man and done separate patents for each part but I believe and I am not the only one you have to put the whole puzzle together.
There is a resonant part played in the system, the group of rising pulse all together then a short break, that is the negative side cut off by the diode that is a pump up circuit.
The frequency is important, but not the way that you may normally think.
The L/R of the coil T plays a good part in this, generated circulating currents in a resonate circuit can be very high, and with the step up transformer to around, 1500V is also a key.
So in the circuit it states that the wire used was resistance wire in all of the coils.
Why? He generated 1500VAC the diode will halve that to 750V have wave peek when it finally gets there. If you wound the coils in normal winding copper wire, then the DC resistance would be very low in the region of  0.01to 0.0001  so using the L/R technically you could generate thousands of AMPS. That is if the frequency was very low at resonance to give the current rise time to reach 5time T. High Frequency means that it has buckles chance of getting even to one T, 63%of the max current for a coil. Example at resonance XL=XC so all that in in the circuit is the DC resistance, do the sum 750/0.01 = 75,000AMPS! And more 750/0.001 750,000. Now you can may be see why Stan used resistance wire to limit the current at resonance, even then the current that may be there would still in the coil at one T may still not reach the max either.  So now we have a circuit basically that is generating high voltage with stuff all current. To me even then in tap water or worse distilled water or deionized water it has all the minerals removed. You still will not break it down as with electrolysis. There is another possible way around the sonar frequencies, 1Ghz is one range,   
 Sport fishing sonar  50, 120, 200, 455 kHz . The sonar transducer was originally directly touching the water, as then they had tremendous amount of power pushed into them. the problem was that the water all around the Transducer got hot just like a microwave does to your food. What happened with the concentration of the power in one spot water split, the hydrogen and oxygen then burnt in the water pocket around the transducer and blew it up. Now they are not is direct contact with the water. So what does that tell you Stan seems to be doing something similar? Or there is fine arcing between the plates or tubes, this would disassociate the water as an arc is above 3,000C
Sorry to rattle on but I hope you get something from it and re-look at you thinking.

Hi guys  well found this post so if I may put in my 2bob’s worth

As you have seen from my post on Ravi’s tube cell, 20yrs ago I was in a group Climate Technology Solutions our group tried all and we had our own experts on HHO, and high qualified engineer electrical, electronic and mechanical.
Our conclusion that you could never generate enough HHO on board to run a car, and we even tried a small generator. There was KOH used as well this made a big difference.
I had some large success with a round plate cell, so I continued on my way with my own electrolysis experiments.
This led to new found discoveries you could use piss as an electrolyte why because of many reason, and a little salt does the same.
You will not break water good quality or even worse distilled water with standard electrolysis using two pieces of metal of the same type, SS, polishing it will not help, it will form its own protective shield coating any way. Then the roughing it up with fine sand, wet and dry whatever will make it worse. Bob B said to do this to create find ridges to give more surface area.
Now the cell is a capacitor but a non-polarised capacitor, a the same as used in some radio tubes set. radio Valves in my book, or on ac motors most times a start capacitor.
So now you can look at the cell another way as I always have done.
The frequency of water well I have two close ones one I worked out to be  3,780,574,537,611.2 hz or 3.78terahz  how did I get this by multiplying the resonate  F of hydrogen and oxygen as at a frequency when they were both harmonically in balance 
1420.405700hz  (hydrogen) x 2661.616 (oxygen)
now I also have found others, it vibrate from 51 – 116 Terahz.
 
So the best that you can do is this, you need to have a tank circuit coil and cell in parallel,
The negative tube or plate, SS the other need to have a coating plated on it, something like palladium, there is another cannot think of it.
You will need the tube or if you are using more than one tube and connect them all in parallel remember that the capacitance will add up and the working voltage will be lowered.
You will have to measure them all connected and in the solution.
Then wind the coil to get a resonant Frequency  XL = XC  then the resistance need to be real small so use large wire. Better still use high frequency wire it is fine stranded. Or use several strands of winding wire twisted together then wind you coil with that the LCD meter is a good tool. Ok will wait for your comments    will tell you  why a tank circuit and the danger.

Realise that when the time for the voltage to rise and fall the current is still trying to catch up, charge the coil. When the voltage pulse  ends the this can be a problem a massive high current spike in the opposite direction, so if your diodes are not made for high current spikes they will fail.
With both Dave’s L and Stan’s circuits they do not allow for the BEMF of the coil collapsing, Stan has placed a diode to try and stop this Dave did not, also Dave did not put a diode to protect the switching FET. Well not in these circuits shown.

Also remember that CAP or the cells are all in parallel, so they will add up the Capacitance and decrease the voltage across them, in the cell this bring about the collapse of the electrolyte just like a normal cap failing, so you create the gas.
The idea of the close pulsed bursts is to try and ‘jack up the voltage’ on caps, pump up some times used. 
Now the trick part is the L/R time constant of the coils for the current rise, this has to be fast enough to beat the tenancy of the collapsing current.
Now the resonant frequency is harder, you will have to get the total cap value pf most likely, of the cells(caps) and the total uf of the coils, then include the total resistance of the coils and in Stan’s the current limiting or consuming as he calls it.  all this to find the resonate F, in Stan’s use the mid position of the tapped coil, this is used to go either way of the resonate Frequency, to keep the circuit in tune. With Dave circuit the added electrolytic Cap to me has always been a problem to see why it was done, just one AC cap or non-polarised cap in series with the lamp would still work. The reason why the lamp was used it can dampen the burst of energy, and the lamp is used like a bleed resistor on a cap. So the end result is to have another cap in parallel with the cells, or capacitance, with a bleed resistor.
I tried other ways but mostly on plate cells.
Another question  WHY did they use SS for both tubes?
With plate cells different material for the positive and for the neg plate were found to be the best I did find the best combination in a plate cell.
  So how then did Stan’s Cell really work? I still think a lot was left out of the patent or the paten changed it.

Hi  I would like to find some reasonable priced and low component transmitter on or about the 20m band the very top end.

     I need it for a special project test, output up to over 500watts up to  3kw

    any ideas guys.

Here is the link to the Utube clip, there was an splat there but that was the scope earth lead touching something that it shouldn't, always clip it back if you are not using it.

                    yes that about sums it up, and if BB can not take some responsibility about his 'claims' and prove with out a shadow of doubt with documented proof, he may have done many things but to see all the people on his own site asking for help and not responding does not look good either, and he keeps selling and promoting his products. without any show of helping any one.
