Steve, you should try to run it with your WFC in the "fuel tank"(antifreeze bott) and just water. maybe even through on one of those Plasma Spark set ups. if its just 20% used oil, you might be able to get it on (water/HHO) only. worth a try.

How long are you running your cell for a heat test? let it run for an hour and see if you get a temp change. (vent properly)
