We could do much more I think. Why not start discussing possible solutions to Fukushima power plant neutralization ?
My first thought is : can we put a self-propeled robot inside reactor and pack each rod one by one into containers , send outside and throw out to the Moon by electromagnetic gun ? -

Yan Xin and a few other qigong masters have been documented to either
increase or decrease the radioactive decay rate of radioactive materials
at any distance.
The only technology easily proven that I know of that neutralizes radioactivity
is an hho flame.
I hope everyone takes on the Emoto proposal. -

Aaron i remember that Browns Gas stuff. Research has shown that Brown's Gas can efficiently neutralize radioactive waste though transmutation right at the reactor, thus removing the need for transportation or storage of nuclear waste. An attempt was made to show this to the US Department of Energy. This however resulted in insufficient support and procedure to support the data. Dan Haley from New York investigated the lack of response after the US Department of Energy observed such a demonstration of transmutation. The report shows that a collaborative scientific effort is still needed to present the full data and help this case.
The Neutralization of nuclear waste can also effectively address drought problems (DOR), this is another neglected and not widely known area of research. There is something very special with "Brown's Gas" that scientists have not studied over the last 50 years, thinking and assuming that its the same as mixing H2 & O2 gases.
Christopher Eckman has been turning heads for a couple of years now in the free energy community with his academic studies and tests on Brown's gas at the University of Idaho. He proposes a model in which the H2O molecule in Brown's gas actually becomes linear and electrical in nature. In the linear form, it loses its dipole and thus can exist in gaseous form which Eckman dubs "electric steam".
The dipole is the primary means by which water adheres to things, including itself in liquid form. When the 'electric steam' is ignited and strikes the substrate, it is the electrical energy that is released and is responsible for the heat transference to the substrate, not the temperature of the actual flame that does the work. Liquid water can be seen dripping off of metal substrate.
Dr. Rhodes and Professor Brown never had the opportunity or equipment to analyze their HHO gases like Christopher Eckman currently has access to. This field is still wide open for further research.

- New energy storage or battery types
- Potential fuel
- Breakthroughs in plasma physics
- Comparison of metals or non-metals when using the torch on them
- The burning rate of Browns Gas (Possibilities of proving it is not just diatomic hydrogen and oxygen)
- More research needed in the claims of nuclear radioactivity neutralization
- More research in general, who knows what more could be found!
The hydroxy research groups contributions need a grant backed research and development environment to flourish and will be submitted into faculty study in the proposed granted NON PROFIT Panacea research and development center.

I think about another solution, this one seems risky and may be not possible but
looks like the best solution for this situation.
The normal way of utilization of danger substance if not possible other way is to make less dangerous salt which is either less poisoning of not dissolve in water.
Scientist now has to work hard to find a proper chain of reaction to convert dangerous radioacive substance to fast decayin one and which ends with a stable and heavy element. Then cover reactor inside with such substance and it will be like living shell converting into many substages and finally into stable elements. Just a concrete with a lot of absorbing factor will do the job IF scientists can find the fast decay chain and stop any possible chain reactions.

I saw a video some 10 or 12 years ago by Dr. Masaru Emoto of the effects on water caused by different human emotions, prayer and even just symbols put on a bottle of water. The crystals formed from these waters (think snow flake) is very much influenced by those things. I suggest doing the prayer Peter has posted and doing it with the technique of imagining and feeling that the water has already been brought back to it's pure and clean state.
