Abstract
A burner for a cooking range includes a burner base disposed on the range top, a burner body extending upwardly through aligned openings in the range top and the burner base to a threaded rim, a venturi having a threaded annular flange secured to the threaded rim of the burner body and a venturi tube depending from the flange through the burner body to a lower end.
