Abstract
An improved windmill and a method for generating electricity, pumped air or rotational shaft energy are provided. A vertical mast rotatably mounts one end of a substantially horizontal and upward cantilevered support arm whose other end mounts a horizontal axis stator of dual function for both the windmill and the energy generating mechanism.
