    I do have a couple of solar panels.  The regular panel for the bus somehow got a bullet hole in it, but, even with a completely shattered cover glass, it still runs the room light for at least two days, if I forget to charge the battery.  The cheap plastic panel keeps the motor home brightly lit all night, front and back.  But it takes a long time to recharge the battery.  It's usually sometime in the afternoon before I can plug in the little inverter, to power my Dremel tool or NST.  The price of panels on EBay is down to $84, so I may order one or two more.

    Good luck with your hydrogen candle.  Try making a plasma diode, with a neo magnet for one electrode and a needle point for the other.  At one percent of the cost of a fuel cell, the plasma diode might be better than trying to run a car engine 24/7 for a few years.

    And I'm thinking about a water Fusor.  Like Stan's spherical cavity, but with the positive pulses going to the shell, using pulses with increasing frequency and decreasing amplitude.  More than a hundred people have built working Fusors.  At 80 to 100 kW output power, no one has figured out how to extract the energy, which ends up melting the inner grid.  So if water molecules are shot through the hot spot, maybe the heat will split them?

    The only information I have about the friction errosion electrolysis is what I remember reading back then.  He was scraping an aluminum wire across a copper rod.  Further details will come from experimenting.  I currently have a number of stiff bronze wires, around #16AWG, which are a couple of feet long.  I can cut them down and lay them out, to make a strap 4" wide.  I think the strap should have a slight angle across the outside of the drum, to ensure complete coverage.  These wires look like thin, nonfluxed brazing rods.  About the same diameter as the EDM cutting wires on those spools, although that wire is softer and easier to bend.

    Steve, aluminum can be used to generate electricity while it decomposes.. you just need two electrodes within the naoh solution... a copper electrode will give 1.1v if i remember well or 0.7 with alluminum...

    this energy can drive other electrolysis cells or generate heat to convert the alluminum back to metal liberating oxigen on site...

    of course you will end up with more than you can convert back but would extend the operation at least 100 % i guess

    the current will be dependent on the aluminum piece size and copper... only alluminum will be consumed... however the water will turn blue after a while due to some copper dillution...

    i tested this back in 2008 it was one  of my eureka moments i even dreamed about it one year before...

    i guess to run a fixed generator wont be much difficult...

    i have here now a 2.5kw generator gasoline... i want to test with some kilos of alluminum scrap i have here ... i got the generator last year but bad time with money to keep things going for now... i´m trying to get back working with film making that use to give me more conditions to spend money in this... the beer business demanded too much from me now fun but not very healthy this days for me ...  i have a pangastrite now...

    Here you can sell the energy back to the company but they only seem to give credits not real money in exchange...

    did you measure how much water you convert per killo of alluminum?

    I am stunt.
    I will have soon my test bucket with vacuum lid.
    The bucket is from 316 steel.
    You think i can use that to extract the freed electrons?
    Ss and alu and naoh...

    Tektrical....Whats the purpose of the plasma diode you talked about?

    man i used a small heat dissipator as test and a big chunk of copper bare wire.. . all inside a plexyglass with about 3 liter of solution...

    it gave up to 1 amp or 2 dc  if i remember well so having many buckets can be connected in series and perhaps make a induction heating device to regenerate the aluminum... if we put aluminum oxide in molten aluminum will it convert or the temperature must be higher?

    one thing that was interesting is that it works like a capacitor because if you charge it with same polarity (higher voltage) it will be able to light a led for a couple of minutes...

    i dont know if you remember we talked about it by the end of 2008 start of 2009

    this is most i can remember

    from there i never tried it again on big scale but is a very good idea

    i guess you could use the ss but the alluminum wont be in contact with the ss or it will corrode.. you need it to corrode relative to a metal that has the higher potential possible without being decomposed in the reaction..

    i believe coper is a good start but we may find better ones..  just look the electric series..

    there is some metals that work better perhaps also in the efficiency of capturing the electricity..

    what happens is that when aluminum oxidizes it will left an electron free in the metal to move if there is a potential to the electron flow and discharge in a counter ion on the other side it will simply go there...

    so on the other side there is going to be a reduction reaction or for sake the metal will have to exchange electrons with the water and in this process it may also be decomposed.. or depending on the metal it may not..

    however from what i see the copper would last a lot longer so only aluminum needs to be replaced

    ideally the aluminum should be used in a manner to allow to use its electricity up to the end...

    we need to test it!

    i would make a closed container that capable of holding pressure but you need a hole with a valve on the low part to be able to extract the liquid or to lower the liquid level below the aluminum pieces when you want to stop the production of the gas also a pressure indicator would be nice...

    depending on the size of your buckets and how many you could do a kw dc source if you want! perhaps with 15 big buckets you get 10v 100amps

    one thing i never tried was to resonate a capacitor of this kind... one thing about it is what if we could make this kind of electrochemical capacitor discharge the free electrons and holes instead of the displaced electrons from the charging it would be working as generator,...

    update:
    I got my stuff for my next test on this.
    Its simple, but good enough to see if i can filter the water, if i can use a second copper electrode so i can directly create electricity (battery)
    etc etc...

    Tektrical....Whats the purpose of the plasma diode you talked about?

    "It does the same thing as a fuel cell, at one percent of the cost"?  (Per watt).  Do you mean what is the purpose of a fuel cell?

    news upcoming i´m doing a few movements here to get the generator up and running on injection system with the hydrogen from aluminum this would be the very first step than i´m planing to heat up the hydrogen since its pure should´t be a problem.. or maybe the oxygen .. .

    the idea is heat is vibration and if the products of combustion are super heated vapors the higher the initial heat the molecules will have lot of internal energy and this makes the electrons far away..

    well just one thought bouncing back and forth here

    it seem i got a monthly donation from someone who saw my page on facebook  (helpmesavetheworld) it will help a lot to keep things on track.. perhaps its one more good reason i have to keep my mind and spirit on it!

    i´m getting back to the music work and its also very motivating.. everything i learned is converging to a point...

    so my ideas are if we get hydrogen over heated and oxygen ionized something has to happen different

    i tell you one thing that brought me this thought

    after i got this generator i started to think why all this guys (stan horvath and others dingel .... ) simply didnt hooked up the hydrogen generator to a fuel cell to get infinite electricity ? well

    hydrogen burning in a open flame may or may not be different than burning in a high pressurized and high initial temperature combustion situation

    to start with the engine accumulate a lot of cinnetic energy of the parts turning that is capable of adding pressure and therefore temperature to the system cyclically .. and loose only a part doing it since the forces involved are mainly non dissipative... this mean that it can be able to pump the hydrogen to the degree where it would literally produce a superheated gas that react with different molecules until it toss out an electron or something that will link it with oxygen (electron required)

    so the basic idea would be a resonant combustion.. a combustion that dont consume the products for the first reactions...

    thinking this way you can think if it would react 3 times or 10 times before neutralise we can gaing much more than 10 times the energy because it would continue to heat...

    it the fracture cell by eccles he claim that heat is generated by the reformation of hydrogen molecule from hydrogen atoms and also oxygen... because he state that generate monoatomic gases and they get together to form molecules generating heat.

    i think if this formation refomation and combustion keeps happening it would generate the juice...

    another thing i have in mind is a italian reseacher that use to post things here and tell us that he was actually messing up with the nitrogen to get the detonation boost.. i guess he was onto something... name is tutanka here in the forum if you want to search the old posts if they still... he was also writing at the energetic forum if i remember well..

    With the plasma diode, the plate is immersed in a magnetic field, which can be provided externally with a nearby magnet.  This field causes positive particles to move towards the plate, preventing them from traveling to the point electrode(s) which are outside the field.  The hold off voltage depends on the field strength.  Electrons picked up by the non magnetised electrode travel through the external load circuit, to neutralize the positive charge on the plate.

    With 168 hours in a week, that's 8,736 hours in a year.  I doubt that a car's motor will run non stop for as many as 40,000 hours without breaking down.  So the plasma diode looks like a better option for converting hho's energy into electricity.

    some test results:

    Hi guys,

    Little steps i made.
    The can is stainless 316
    The alu is simple alu foil.
    Water with KOH. I dont have naoh here, yet.
    It created the usual hydrogen but also electrical power, as you suggested.
    It is amazing.
    The maximum i got out of this 1 can/ cell was 0,1v with 0,8A (measured under load)
    Voltage 0,85v without load.
    That makes a wopping 0,08w of produced power.
    I need 1000 of these cells to get 80watts...... ???
    Smaller alu electrode reduces and bigger raises the power....
    Here some pics i took during these simple tests.
    I also tried a copper rod, but that didnt bring anything good, in anyways i tried.

    First you have to mix the h with air, then burn it.  The diode generates electricity by separating the charges in the flame.

    Hi Tektrical,

    I think that you are the only one knowing about this plasma diode. Whatever i google, i find nothing.
    Ok, not the proces you describe, but i find related info.
    What i learned from my own tests is that the flame of HHO is very conductive.
    So, there are electrons in there and ions in the flame....

    I agree.  And the length and diameter of the feedback tubes would have to be tuned to the flow rate velocity to maintain a precise output frequency.  It might be better, at first, to build the diode version, without feedback, then use an inverter with the output DC?

    If this works well enough, we can get our $300,000 by building and selling these units.  No one likes the noise from a piston engine driven generator.

    This looks like something which can be 3D printed, using the right kind of ink.  Like transformer laminate varnish, a high temperature insulator made from alumina, magnesium oxide (Milk of Magnesia), iron oxide, and sodium silicate (automotive stop leak).  Of course, the electrodes would have to be installed manually.

    Glad to hear it, Steve.  I've been testing a regular candle flame.  We can share notes if you want, but I don't want to distract your initial ingenuity.  (My goal, for now, is to charge a car battery).  I have found that furnace cement is a castable refractory, up to around 2700 degrees.

    Corona wire tests with a candle flame indicate the flame does have a charge.  Normally, DC corona wind blows the flame.  But when the flame is centered between two opposing magnets, the flame is pulled towards the corona wire.  This is a fairly strong effect.  One of the magnets got hot and lost most of its field, so it might be best to use a coil around the fire.  This will separate charges towards the outside of the flame and at the center.  Any current produced by the flame could be fed through the coil.  Efficiency might still need to be addressed and, perhaps, improved.

    How about using the magnet in combination with steel or iron bar / plate who has some length?
    The steel will become magnetic, but the magnet it self will not be in the hot zone...

    I tried today to get my candle burning, but after 2 attempts with backfire, i must say that the amount of gas produced is not enough.
    I need more of these little buckets with koh and alu, and connect the output together.
    Maybe that way i can start as well with catching electrons...
