   Perhaps the reason why Cold Fusion sometimes works and then leaves people with egg on their faces is due to some Z pinch occuring in one location and not in others.
   The earths magnetic field varies from place to place and there are lots of things creating EMFs in a lab.
   Orientation??...
   Perhaps the torroid is the way to get Cold Fusion to work everywhere!?
   
   How much energy/cost to get heavy water?  Very pure water?
   This needs to be added to the process cost.
