Your right, one gas starts being produced at a higher rate it leaves the surface. My theory is that once the initial conditions are met and the system goes into resonance another phenomenon occurs, the cell moves away from being an electrochemical cell and becomes an electric double layer capacitor.
I've had the theory on the double layer for a long time now and discussed it at length on open- source- energy with user Farrahday years ago.
If you can get the cell to behave like a double layer capacitor a good argument can then be made about how the system works and still complies with scientific law...I'll cover my theories on that in a later video.
As far as Stan's claims go he talks differently in his lectures and interviews than what he stated in his paperwork. He states in his early patents that the cells have to be flushed out from time to time. Also in one of the videos where he was talking to visitors he mentioned "rinsing it out like bath water".
In addition to that his TB shows the use of an electrostatic water filter... which can be seen on his video from 1992 and it matches the drawing in the TB perfectly.
If you look at the math on the VIC, calculate the turns ratio and impedance ratios and you'll find the VIC was designed for the cell to have a minimum resistance of around 270 ohms. I think its likely that yes you could use any type of water but the problem is the contaminates don't leave with the gases so no matter what you use it has to be filled and periodically rinsed out.
Good luck on your replication, it's actually a really simple setup. One thing to keep in mind is that if you reduce the surface area while maintaining the same gap you can increase the voltage across the electrodes.

You can also reduce the gap but you'll quickly run into problems with arcing and the bubbles will be so dense that you won't be able to see how they are moving around. I tried several different setups, gaps, and electrode sizes before I made the video as it was the best one to see what was going on in the water.
Remember when Stan stated that voltage is a physical force in the circuit? Here's an example under a microscope.
4kV applied to a 1/8" wide x 3/16" height x 1" length column water (both tap and distilled are tested). Electrodes are 3/16" square rod 304 Stainless steel. Power supply is an EMCO F40.
In this test you can clearly see that when using distilled water there is a greater effect (physical force) on the gas bubbles. We know with distilled water the electric field strength is much higher since the lower conductivity (higher resistivity) prevents the current from bleeding off the charge. This test demonstrates that voltage provides a physical force in a circuit, and that current limiting allows the force to be dominant.
Measured resistivity of the water gap: Distilled Water-11,800 Ohms Tap Water-650 Ohms
In reality the voltage is much lower than the 4kV the PS outputs because of the low resistivity of both distilled and tap water. With distilled water measured peak voltage was around 120V while tap water measured peak voltage was around 11V.
I bought mine on ebay but you can get them online anywhere... just search 'Stainless bath bomb mold'. I had to order several before I actually got a 304 SS one... it seems alot of people think aluminum is the same.
You can also get a one piece sphere in a variety of sizes if you search 'stainless garden ball'...
I used the two piece bath bomb since the flange made it easy to mount... also, the garden balls are really thin.
The center sphere is a 304 SS hardened bearing, 1/2" dia.... you have to heat it to red hot then cool it slowly by placing it in sand, after that file a flat on it before drilling.... or if you have a solid carbide bit you could drill it without heating it.

You could be right about Max. That is a good point because one thing many people are missing here is proper scientific documentation and measurements.
Anyways I would advise you to cover up your cells and connections between them with a conductive metal shield. You might also want to use some coax cable for your connections. When you really get things working the exposure to the radiation released will make you sicker than a dog. Trust me. It only takes operating the cell unshielded for a few minutes to make you sick for hours.
I think it was artinvegas that said Stan was diagnosed Prostate cancer a few years before he died....Perhaps the radiation exposure over time had something to do with it? But for his age prostate cancer is not uncommon...
I watched that video when it first came out. Very well built cells and Gunther's circuit is well engineered.
I'm not trying to hate just trying to point some things out. There might be a logical reason why people keep pushing you away and kicking you out of forums. If you want to be successful with Meyer's tech you can't just go around claiming sole ownership of it. You get on these biblical high horses as if the great almighty granted you and only you the wisdom to unlock Meyer's secrets-Common man!
And yes I know 3 people who have successful replications that they can all repeat at any time. If they wanted their names to be known in the 'Meyer circle' they would be. Point is they simply have better things to do. But there is a fourth guy I do not know personally but just showed a working replication in front of 30 witnesses. You know him, Max Miller, I bet all that equipment he has you gave him, you made his cell, boards and tuned it for him right?
All I gotta say is if you think you can lead the pack with Meyer tech your wrong, no one can. If this tech ever got into the mainstream do you really think you can compete with corporations that can put millions of dollars into R&D? Corporations with real engineers and real scientists...

Back to the topic of EV's...
The electric motor will eventually take over because they are more efficient than any internal combustion engine. All that heat that escapes through the tailpipe, all that heat that is removed via the cooling system, that's all lost energy. Think about the frictional losses through the cylinders, crank shaft, and transmission and all the other moving parts and compare them to an electric motor which only has one moving part.

I can tell you right now that you'll get no credit, why? Because that's how the world works buddy. Once this tech is in the mainstream people aren't going to go searching through the internet forums trying to find out who claimed they did it first to make sure that person gets the credit/glory/money/fame/whatever.
There were people who did it before Stan. There are others now that have done it. It was done by the people who own Stan's estate like 5 years ago. I know someone who has had a working unit for over two years now. I also know of 3 others who right now have working replications. Your not 'The only one' nor have you ever been 'The only one', hell, you haven't even been the first.
That might work but it would produce a pulsed input to the electrodes whereas I wanted straight DC.
The purpose of the video was just to show that as the voltage increases it produces a physical force within the water and that the higher the voltage goes the greater that force becomes.
My power supply is a perfect example that the VIC is an absolute requirement, since it supplied 4kV at a regulated current, when measured the voltage across the electrodes was only 120V. As we all know this is because of the conductivity of water pulling more current than the PS can provide so it pulls the voltage down.
I'll be making more videos in the future...My next goal is to demonstrate what happens to the ions and molecules in the water on an extremely small scale, using the microscope camera once again. It's going to take some time as getting everything correct will be difficult.
Hopefully in the next few years interest in Stan's work will pick up again.
Thought I'd share it here as I've had several people ask me about this circuit. This circuit allows you to have a variable amplitude pulsing during the 'Gate' time. I originally designed it for use with a PLL so I wouldn't lose lock when the gate turned the circuit off. I only had the circuit on a breadboard and did not write down all the changes I made to the final circuit before I removed it and replaced it with a different circuit so this is the best I can do for now. Its pretty simple once you see how the two signals (Gated pulse train and the Pulsing) are merged using a few 2N2222's and a pot.
IMO there are two resonances that occur within the overall system. 1. Resonance of the circuit 2. Resonance of the cavity
The problem as we all know is getting the first resonance to occur, without it we will not see resonance of the cavity...My question is, what has been holding us back all this time.....Drive circuitry? Choke values and/or balancing? VIC design? My opinion is that in lies with the VIC design, and that if we could get it working and understand how its designed we can solve a lot of other problems.
Interest in Stan's WFC seems to be at an all time low lately, but many of us have been and are still working in the shadows!

In Stan's early WFC work he made a Spherical Resonant Cavity to study the phenomenon he called 'Resonant Action'. Patents on the Spherical Resonant Cavity were filed as early as 1982.
About the Spherical Resonant Cavity, Stan stated:
"The motion of the gas atoms will pass out of the opening as though they are jet propelled."
"...the resonant cavity causes the water molecule to travel back and forth continuously and at a velocity that increases geometrically."
It's interesting to note that he stated the velocity increases geometrically... from this statement one can assume this system went into a runaway and the only way of slowing it down and controlling it was to "Gate" the circuit.
"This action continues indefinitely and will continue until the applied energy is terminated."
Looking at the dates of the Spherical Resonant Cavity as well as the picture in the WFC News Release # 3 showing his control circuitry we can see he used an autotransformer & his SCR pulsing circuits.
The spherical resonant cavity and its control circuit box is not anywhere in the estate photos? Who knows where it ended up?
