   Do you know for a fact that the gas coming out is O2 or the percentage of dissociated gas that is present to the ratio of CO2?
   Not to belittle what your saying or anything but it kinda looks like a blow torch to me. I am not sure how a plasma reaction is actually present. How do you some that up?
   Also not sure what it would take but the use of externally compressed air might not be needed if you could set up a small system that captured air and heated it via check valves and a venturi setup. Not sure how to describe any better. Kinda of a heat pump to build pressure.
   
   No matter whats going on it sure does look fun to play with.

   OK I get it. You only built it and you are not sure (Via testing) if it really working. The document was not a stipulation on the question. The question was had you tested your statement. Obviously not... Maybe you plan too.
