Yes, your guess was good, it is a Brushed Motor, 16 poles, four stators, four brushes.

The only killer I see is the volume-weight ratio of the deep cycle which should be over six times greater than OEM Batteries, adding all that weight to motor plus driver weight. However, the good thing is the life and operating duty of a deep cycle which is greater than any smaller or other type batteries.

I particularly do not like the first two boosters...they have "range input" plus "range output", which goes too wide like from 12V to 83V In...and out 24-48V and normally they are designed to work with low duty applications...do not see robust FET's there with heat sinks...for example.

The third one (360W) would be your best choice...more robust, heat sink, etc...plus accurate, specific (not ranged) Input-Output.

Your Motor is a 24V 250W, which means it draws 10.41 Amps approx...however, that amp draw may increase when loaded...so, it is better to go a bit above wattage to play safe with a 360W Booster.

I would put a 15A inline fuse between motor and booster (in just one of the two wires going to motor) so you do not fry booster because motor is demanding higher than 15 A from source, when all weight is loaded...if it blows that fuse means motor is requesting higher than 15A...and longer running time may toast your booster.

Put the booster in a ventilated area, like front of the bike...and keep checking temp as it is driven...

There are some things to know before giving some advice with a 12V deep cycle.

Like the weight of the deep cycle versus the two OEM batteries adding 24V...?

What kind of motor does it have?...BLDC or Brushed...?

What type of controller derives from the above motor type?

If the weight of one deep cycle is less than the two OEM (I doubt it, though)...then it would be ok...but still depends upon motor-controller type to make the conversion.

If it is a Brushed type would be easier...but a brushless brings a specific controller...which only would run with proper Volts-Amps...

A Brushed Motor could be modified to run on 12V by reducing the amount of wire turns on rotor to about half of what it has now...unless its rotor winds are epoxied which would make it more difficult.

A Boost converter would rise voltage but would reduce amps...and so depending on OEM running amperage versus deep cycle amps hours...it could or could not be done.

Look at Capstan Motors for NEW Generation Tape Camcorders...don't go that far to the 70's...please!

I do not have the time to do that search...or load pic's here etc...but I have them...and I know them well.

You will see printed circuit boards stators, with some nicely layered coils within board...also they are AXIAL, NOT RADIAL...So it is worthless to compare an OLD Radial type VCR versus a freshly made 2014 Brushless Higher Tech.

Related to a "Motor of the Future"...it is far to be a Motor of the "Future"...please give me regeneration while accelerating...give me very small battery packs that look ridiculously small compared to motor size...that, to my understanding are Technologies of the Future for Electrodynamics.

I see a very nice compacted whole motor, I see an improvement by having "printed coils" layered down in very compact levels...but think what would happen if just one single fine copper line gets burnt/separated?...got no other choice but to order a new one right?...then, you will have to buy the whole thing...maybe even included mounted sensors...plus connectors, etc,etc.

I went to their site (btw very slow to watch videos, and run)...not even single whole motors available to buy separated as parts...maybe they are too new...let's give them the "benefit of the doubt"...

So far they are advertising their motors (mainly) for Lawn Equipment (light line) and electric bicycles... wonder how would they perform as Hub Motors for Higher weight EV's.

Hello RAMSET,

Like Chris mentioned, the operating pressure is low...and the max is at 11 psi.

Also-as He said- every engine has different capacities/spec's in litters (US) and this has to do with the Vacuum Pressure each piston would effect at suction time into the whole system. So, every Engine Capacity needs to be filled out with refrigerant til reaching this number...and not all will take same amounts.

What I see on this, is to set a pressure gauge on Injectors Main Bar, then watch while running at idle, then observe how pressure comes down when slow acceleration starts. If engine starts stalling when acceleration...then we need to increase pressure to prevent "stalling from starvation" by either opening more the supply valve closer to exhaust to AC Compressor Inlet (low pressure), or the one Chris recommend at Injectors level (High Pressure)...if this does not work...then we need to fill the System with more Refrigerant.

This kind of testing would have to be done on each individual Engine as a final touch "Stand Tune-Up"...then later on while mounted on vehicle and standing the braking of the inertia forces load on accel.

Well Chet, "unfortunately", I am pretty familiar with this stinking engines..., Unfortunately I said...cause I hate to get my hands very black greasy working on many Diesels, Turbo-Diesels, Gas, Pumps, whole engines rebuilding (as a hobbyist though)...and High Performance Racing stuff...so, I believe I could throw some ideas as well as understanding of the whole new concept Chris and You are showing here.

EDIT 1: On a separate note about "pressure":

Each Engine have their own specific cylinder compression values...we must know that...in order to "rate" all Injector Valves and Hosing to be installed, to stand direct pressure from strokes at the Intake Plenum levels. Adding the wrong LPG Injector pressure range could blow them up in first run...and refrigerant is not cheap.

One of the things that must be done, like in any AC System, is to run a heavy EXTERNAL Vacuum Pumping through regular AC recharging High/Low Pressure connectors to check system for leaks (if not maintaining steady measurements) and to test vacuum pressure (back pressure) capabilities.

We could regulate flow/pressure later on "electronically" through "AC Expansion Valves" set at each strategic points.

But I must admit I was wrong in my interpretation of his pdf...since I was not familiar with Liquid Propane Injectors...and they do have an open/close electronic switch, just like a Fuel Injector does...so, there was no "missing" explanation from his end...it is obvious the AC Compressor outlet goes to the Condensers then to Accumulator, then to Injectors Bank Main Line.

Then I realize why Chris mentions PWM or an electric motor to control sync/timing to Fire each injector in bank according to the typical engine fire order.

Awesome, I love this project, and so many thanks to you and to Chris for doing this!

I called my Ford parts guy...and FORD does not sell any Propane parts...so, this is "aftermarket" stuff...

The Motorcraft CM5153 that Chris is referring to:

Above are Motorcycles engines crankshafts...

This Engine should work perfectly...and is very low psi...not even an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) Spray Gun works this low pressure, but at seven(7) or 9 psi...

"Air Conditioning Pump" he means an AC Compressor, and the "Inlet" is the Low Pressure/Suction Line (he recommends to keep it closer to Exhaust Pipes)...Outlet or Discharge Line (High Pressure Side) goes to the Condensers and the SMALL Accumulator (Drier) Bottle (all this are automotive AC Parts) He says accumulator to be above fuel injectors...

One thing that I notice, is missing to be explained here (as I see this whole thing already) is the distribution from the high pressure line from accumulator to a "DISTRIBUTOR" Type Pump (similar to a Diesel Fuel Pump), and then to each individual Propane Injectors installed at each spark plug housing...and they should work with a Timing with each cylinder following and starting by TDC on #1

I really see no need to "fund" this type of making/replication...just a nice shop and some good mechanic(s) (also an AC guy)could convert this engines in a few days...parts available though.

This Engines could be rebuild to even better spec's...junk yards, etc,etc

A completely looped engine...beautiful!

Now,according to my concepts, based on my research and development, and putting it simple words...

Radiant Energy: The Energy stored in Electromagnetic Field Waves.

Capturing Radiant Energy could be done by playing with magnetic fields...creating a "Bait Magnetic Field"...to attract the Radiant Field.

For more than one Century our Classic Physics have not been dedicating "much interest" on researching different types of Electromagnetic fields generation, excitation...pulsing, increasing/decreasing amplitudes...gain...etc,etc.

Just a "Few" Scientists have done this type of heavy research/development...and all got successful results, it is just a shame...they All were silenced, Seized or "Mysteriously Disappearing" from our sight.


Search Walter Russel, Tesla, Gray, Meyer...and so on.

My point is...


"Theorizing" about just the "means" or a portion, to obtain the Magnetic Fields Excitation from Radiant Energy ...will not allow you to "see" the whole picture...


Tesla's Black Box...was NOT all the key there...the "Holy Grail" that "enclosed in a box"...hiding a "secret"...

That "Black Box" had some Twelve "Rectifiers Bulbs" (70-l-7 Vacuum Bulbs)

Suppression is an Issue that always worried me for a long time...as well as trying to find solutions...

They (and when I say "They" am referring directly to Oil Cartels, as well as all industry that makes a living basically from building to consuming great amounts of...it...and that includes the Private War Industry)...They can easily survive by themselves...by an already "Internal Affairs Economy"...between those groups...and they are huge, INTERNATIONAL and very powerful.

Problem is that most of human living on this planet are Sheeples...(And am sorry to say that...but it is the truth...)they will follow orders, they get used to...and they get to the point of not believing there is a Suppression, not believing there is a huge Conspiracy that dates back to Tesla-Lorentz-Morgan-Edison times.

And this is NOT ONLY about Free Energy or very reliable Electrical Systems Suppression (not to fall into an OU or Motion Perpetual debate here.also..please)...for example...a Flying Vehicle, a Car that could get off the ground in a Vertical Take Off and Landing...(VTOL) and only fly at certain altitude...say 5,000-10,000 feet...and forget being electromagnetically powered...say it is gas operated...This kind of craft...would "exist and develop" right in between a Plane-Helicopter and a Land Vehicle would be a great relief to heavy traffic populated areas (TRAFFIC RUSH)...as there would not be a need to have 500 hours of "solo flying" experience to get a License from FAA...as not to be that expensive and complicated either...like a simple Private Pilot License is.

A Flying Vehicle with ALL the electronic potential of all EXISTING state of the art technologies like GPS Navigation Systems...Night Vision...Automatic Cruise Controls Drivers...etc,etc

Why can't we have available that kind of vehicles?...Do you think it is because Engineers are dumb...retarded or not capable of developing such craft?

Absolutely NOT!...A Flying Car with those "attributes" is "Forbidden" to be Mass Produced...WHY?

Simple...We live on this Planet the same way as 100 years ago...except for some inventions and improvements here and there...but that's it...no major Transportation Changes...What is the Big, Huge difference from a New Cessna and those early planes developed by the Wright Brothers?...no new Alternative Reliable Energy Sources would everstand right next to Oil...It will NEVER BE ALLOWED, Period.

The Main Point here, is that They have included the creation of a Flying Car...as a "National Security Threat" for a very long time now...and let me say this...an Inventor and/or creator of a Flying Cheaply made Vehicle...would be suppressed the same way any FE Inventor was seized, suppressed or assassinated in the past...

Check out how many attempts to build this vehicles have been in our history...and go back to the "One Man Flying Apparatus"(Hiller Platform)...that was patented back in the 50's...what happened?...The Military Industry bought it out...!!

What do you think would happen when we try to "Legalize" that beautiful car?...in the event we do make it...say make it not "Street ...but "Space Legal"?!

Then here...after all the effort and work we all went through...to stabilize, control...and make it very safe and reliable...would have to go through "Government Agencies" guys...to make our beautiful Machine "Legal in Our Own Planet!!!"...and guess what...You will NEVER be granted a Permit to Fly that thing....no matter how much "Legal Tender Notes" you have in a Bankers Cave.

It really gets me upset, angry and annoyed to read this stories...and the thing is...I picture myself as that scared guy followed and forced to stop his car in the middle of nowhere...a Hummer blocking his drive way...and this guy approaching his car in a "Type of Law Enforcement Officer" attitude...after a high speed chase prosecuting some Serial Killer...

So, I picture myself seating at the driver's seat on that car...except, that before the guy walks to me...MY F***G Glock would be with a nice bullet on chamber...and ready to be shot at the front of his head...

He would not get to the "where He pushes the papers against my chest part"...but in the floor by then...and a hole on his forehead.

As the permission to carry concealed weapons and usage establishes...:

"IF I feel My Life is in Danger...I could use My Gun...any time so to defend it..."

Being harassed by a car or cars...chasing me from my house, beating off my side mirror and banging my side, forcing me to go off road...and two cars or more intersecting my way.../forcing me to stop...is more than enough to let that law enabled, released and enforced.

Great excellent work!!...and it looks simple to replicate.

Now, did You ever tried to set vehicle at Mechanical Load by shifting to Drive/Gear while stepping on brakes...and accelerate it?

This simple way, you would have tested the engine on load, not just idling, without moving.

Another question is:

Since You wrote before:

If it Exhaust such high Hydrogen levels...wouldn't be a good idea to add a Turbo Charger in order to Cool it, Compress it and Inject it back through a Plenum Pipe to Inlet Manifold?

I believe this way the , not burnt, exhausted Hydrogen gets Recycled , saving electrical draw and usage of Generators.

Why didn't you keep developing this System further on?...lack of funds?...Or did you get to complete a driving vehicle?

Stanley Meyer System was not based on Steam...and nope, it did not use the "pressurized Hot Water" into the Piston Chamber...

Meyer had a High Frequency Pulsed Electronic Oscillator that separated the Hydrogen from the Oxygen Molecules in the Water...Hydrogen was highly pressurized built into a Chamber...then injected through the Tubes into each Cylinder...

That was the "Basic" operation of the System.
