@Peter Lindemann, or anyone who can answer, english is not my native language and I have problem understanding what Tesla means in the text.
What he means by rapid viariation? random frequency or high frequency?
I may illustrate an effect of the electrostatic force by another striking experiment, but before, I must call your attention to one or two facts. I have said before, that whet; the medium between two oppositely electrified bodies is strained beyond a certain limit it gives way and, stated in popular language, the opposite electric charges unite and neutralize each other. This breaking down of the medium occurs principally when the force acting between the bodies is steady, or varies at a moderate rate. Were the variation sufficiently rapid, such a destructive break would not occur, no matter how great the force, for all the energy would be spent in radiation, convection and mechanical and chemical action.

I don't even know what light is. But I am sure electron exist, even if it's in different nature than current description. There is no reason to call it by other name.
Electron is part of particle that create molecule. Which has negative polarity. Even if it is actually a nothingness, consist of smaller part, or can disolve or can be made or undestructable, contain neutral particle, I will still call it electron.
For static, for now I would say that if you can prevent static electricity generated by electron variable movement from converting to magnet, you can harness it.
What is fire? what is spark? What if spark or fire consist of smaller part than the term we currently use like electron, proton, positron, neutron? We have to invent a new way of calling them.
What if spark consist of an electron positive particle, or negative particle, or neutral particle? Which can bombard neighboring proton and change it to something else because the proton now has too much negative or neutral particle and explode into two separate particle?
Too much that I don't know.......

Why don't we make our own ball shapped spark plug tip?
Even with very limited tool, I can see the difference in spark size in ball shaped tip compare to ordinary one. I don't think three leg will make any difference if it only one that sparking at a time.
I think making the spark plug tip round should be easy if you have torcher, preferable HHO torch.

At first I use only one of my HHO cell which require the least amount of current. The neon would not light up even when I change the frequency. The sound is frequency picked up from transformer induction.
And then I use all of my HHO cell which in turn increase the current draw. The neon will light up only at resonance.

Maybe because what I use for experiment is not bedini circuit. Whenever I utilize the lower resistance coil, I get more BEMF (higher charging voltage) and the neon get brighter (multiplication effect).
At my joule circuit, when using load with high resistance (lower current passing the coil), the BEMF noticably lower.
BTW, my joule circuit turn out can light up neon. previous attempt failed because the neon would only light up when in resonance.
As I read at roto verter info, we can not use just any capacitor. It seems from panacea document, the best way we can do currently is by trial and error. The document suggest of using capacitor bank that can be witched to get variable capacitor.
Maybe for coil with the same resistance, coil with more turn will have more BEMF, I would believe this more.
How do you measure BEMF? I use HHO cell, more HHO gas = more BEMF. In recent video I use LED. Next I would use neon brightness in transformer secondary as indication.

I usually get more BEMF when the circuit draw more current. So I get more BEMF utilizing 12V part than 24V part on my transformer. Lower turn for coil to get low resistance, lower turn => lower resistance => more current => more BEMF.
About cap in coil #2, won't it make the BEMF charging the CAP when transistor is off, and the power source since it will have to charge the cap when the transistor is on? Won't this make the circuit draw more amp?

About back EMF, it actually generate one, but I seems to mess up something previously. I can charge battery now. Although the maximum back EMF is not generated at maximum HHO current. Still fail to light up neon though.

I build the circuit today. I failed to make the neon light up and there is no back EMF happen. Since it is working already I end up made it as my HHO cell PWM. There is a drawback though, the current trough HHO cell also used by the coil, reducing current flow to HHO cell.

It is amazing powering pulse motor with just 1.5V battery ! wow, so many zeros on the capacitor.
I plan to make it behave like Bedini SSG too, a 12V joule thief for charging battery, but I can't even make my multivibrator work so I put it on hold. I succesfully light up led with one battery though.

I am a beginner in applying ether energy. I done some simple experiment on electrolysis and now trying to add PWM or similar kind. I am at the beginning of reading Imhotep Radiant Energy but already read panacea bocaf document and want to try it on electrolysis, with the thinking that relay can be used as some sort of PWM too.
I can't make the Imhotep original circuit to produce bubble on electrolysis cell. So I modify it a little with assumption that electricity move like fluid. I paralleled self oscillating relay with electrolysis cell.
The result is making me confuse.

Whenever the relay is in self oscillating mode, the amp meter will display a reduced value, or sometime a multiple value than when the relay is off. At recent test (no video) I notice that the current will reduce when I grab the switch cable (see picture) tightly. The current displayed in amp meter will multiply to twice or sometime 4 times when the relay is put inside synthetic leather bag.
The current will be reduced to the same amount no matter what the load is. If the load draw low current, the amp meter will display negative value. But when multiplied, the current will get twice the normal load would be.
I don't know if this relate to ether energy or not. But I really want to know what happen, and if possible make use of it.
