   I briefly read about this guy years ago , the worlds most famous inventor no ones heard of
   
   He made a cell he called Enerex , took him 19 years . #5,399,251
   he says he hasnt patented the process which reminds me of Steve Ryan who hasnt got a patent on his invention but DOES have a patent on the process .
