   I was talking to one of the board members of the Orion project last week and he told me that when they were out bid or whatever, information on the buyers was kept private.(Just like Don said) Two weeks ago they found out what company bought it from someone else that was helping with the sale or involved in some way.
   Quad City Innovations is the same of the company.

   “Utilizing break-through advances in fuel efficiency technology, Quad-City Innovations (QCI) is a manufacturer of proprietary equipment used in producing QC-Gas to augment natural gas, propane gas, diesels, and gasoline fueled systems.”
   
   Evidently their marketing guru thought QC-Gas sounded better than HHO.
