    I came along this info:

Its about arc welding and creating atomic hydrogen.

May i conclude that if we use H2 as a fuel, use that in an engine, use an ac spark, which reverses polarity, we can have an engine running on atomic hydrogen?
Adding some waterdrops, because of the enormous heat, we get some extra power?

well, it seems to me like its just a way of transporting heat. If we provide energy to break the bonds and the atomic hydrogen absorbs heat from the arc, we are still in the same place. We've just provided more energy from the battery that the hydrogen has absorbed and then  releases?

You can do that using only water fog and high voltage spark.. voltage potential needed is dependent on medium ,     energy is lost due to ionization.
