   Dear members,
   
   Please have a look at this old paper of our member called Dog.
   As you see, he is charging the cell with low and high voltage at the same time?

   I am not sure, but i think that this setup didnt get the proper attention

   It is a bit a similar setup as Andersons work.
   Low voltage and high voltage doing the work.
   I think that a gas test would have been a part of it. Maybe he was creating D2 elements or something similar by hitting the molecules with the bemf pulse...
   
   And that is what most of us are not able to perform.
   Where i live, i only did once such a test and costed me 400 bucks.......
