An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

Has anybody here tried a palladium cathode? The cold fusion theory is that the hydrogen atom migrates into the lattice structure of the palladium where they get close enough to overcome the repelling forces and fuse. But palladium is very expensive.
This guy called Dr. Koontz was on coast to coast on 6/6/09. He shared some insight into Stan's work. The Keyword is SCALAR RESONANCE.
The WFC unit has a scalar resonance freq. of 6k.

As expensive as THE CELL is, how many people can afford it? How about maintenance and getting rid of the brown stuff?

I think Bob is already open with the KOH concentration: he says to use 1/3 by volume. His cell is by no means low current.

If you want a real low current HV setup try a half bridge circuit similar to rice cooker and induction hob circuits. The trick is a full wave AC.

Welcome and revisit with your explanations and methods. Any help is appreciated. We try anything here.

Can you post pictures of the throttle body mod? I cannot find any after googling. I find testimonials but no pictures of the groove in the throttle body.

You might be right in that.
My max with tabwater was with 10 tubes a 30 amps on 20V....
Maybe their tapwater is very dirty and has more iron in it...?

Steve,
If you got 30 amps you probably had a short circuit. When the white coating thickens the amp draw diminishes.
The guy said in the video that the cell is pulling 70 amps and 10 volts using pure water and no electrolyte. Can sombody explain to me how the PWM can offer 70 amps without the cell asking for it? How is the cell able to pull 70 amps without a ton of KOH?

Bob Boyce uses 1/3 by volume of KOH.

I see that he is pulsing the mosfet with an isolated pwm. If that is possible , it presents tantalising opportunities.

The SOB is 82 years old, he has nothing to lose for devulging his secret if it is indeed legitimate.
Seb,

I think you may need Dave Lawton's circuit to prove this theory. He used 2 555 timers. One supplied a low freq pulse at an adjustable duty cycle while the other produced a high freq pulse also at an adjustable duty cycle.

If it works then Dave and Ravi may be right. At the moment I do not believe any of them.

I believe Low voltage and High current is more efficient.

Sebb,
I think you should try it with 2 sets of tubes first to prove the concept.

10,000 amps may be an overkill. A 100 amps or less is more likely. Lets face it, the cell is amp driven, more so for a parallel cell. I think Mayer kept stressing high voltage to throw people off the patent.

The only case I know of where voltage does work is in a neon or fluorescent tube. May be if you pass steam through a flourescent tube the voltage might crack it. That idea was floating around a few years back. It died a quiet death.

Do you care to post some circuits from that book?
