Thanks Handyandy Do you know the page or chapter where in this book is this what you quote in your post ? I am searching and no luck - my english is wery bad , have trouble for reading many pages. siwa
Hi Handyandy Maybe you find this ' basic transformer handbook' and can share it . I am intereset in this : A longitudinal winding of a primary with a bidirectional secondary describes what is called a parametric converter. It has unique properties with regards to a standard transformer configuration. A core with magneto-restrictive properties such as nickel doubles the input frequency by changing its length. thank siwa
Dynodon , You said in your post that your coil set when in resonance only pulls 20 milliamps. And the resonance is @ 10khz. My question is: 20 milliamps pulls primary coil or pulls water capacitor? And other question do you check inductance of your primary , secondary and choke coils and can give it? thank siwa
