Extreme High Voltage on Water Fuel Capacitor

Transformers in series create those extreme high voltages needed to initiate H and O ionisation with massive gas production. Once gas production starts dielectric constant drops from water (76) to gas (3) and pll regulation must adjust pulse frequency on the fly. -
