   I thought you might like to see what is going on inside your water fuel cell. Any cell that has water between to plates caused the water to entrain and become a transitional solid, similar to Glass. The molecules might not be as tightly aliened as this in your cell, but they are more organized then plane old water. Thought you might like to see a water bridge regardless. It is kind of cool so I made a video of my setup for you.

   Hmm, thirsty.
   
   Probatly, thats how unpoled Caps work, with a lead of the water molecules.
   I wanna have Super high ionised Water, its made with HV, but no Plan for it, wich Frequency is perfect.
