D. Rothschild, first thing what attracts my attention at his name is the addition "de" rothschild, where i ask how he got it and why they deserve it.

You mention above, they talk about clean(ing the) enviroment, i can figure how you can take that, do some prepatory work by getting some peoples involved into a pseudo-green revolution and then reducing the world population to 500 000. For that they dont have so much work afterwards to fix the mess what they did produce over 100-200 years. And even if that guy want to try to fix something, he could have a lot ways where he could hook in. But what i have seen at his twitter account, hes more like a silent bird, what twitters a little, compared to the possibilites he probatly have.
And also, like i mentioned above, its this whole Families, Rotschild, Rockefellers, Morgan, Goldman Sachs what are involved into this Business and they did build up a huge Network. It does not look like that one of them can or want change there anything or quickly, and also you will have probatly a lot conflicts in interests between them all.

And well, about the resources we got, i doubt that it will end up in 40 years, as i was at the school, that was before a while, they said about the same to us. 40 Years. And now, its again 40 years.

I would not see a problem with it, if oil really would be restricted, and when all suddenly have to use e-cars, even when you only maybe hardly can do races with them (well i am actually sure you could, they have a very good acceleration too). Or even Hybrid-cars whould be a very real option. Its only need someone to build and sell them, even with subventions from the gouvernments, but they prefer more to support new cell phones.
At all, i dont think the energy problems are that big as they try to scare us with it.

you can buy graphit usual at ebay or at a hardwarestore. its something like a lubricant and you can get it as powder. I think its pretty pure. And not to expansive, probatly for 5 $ or less for a small bottle, but enough to play arund with it.
A Pencil is graphit too, but its mixed with pug, what gives the pencil then the hardness grade.

I now played still only with Aluminium strips, to see if i can make any useful electrolyte.
The problem i found is, even still destilled water let Current (like Energy) run through, and it did discharge slowly. With Alum it did discharge even a bit faster.
But 2 handsize sheets hold at last 0,5 V and showed 300ma with alum between.
But it did discharge, and this is the leakage Voltage, what most Capacitors usually have, since they are not really isolated from eachother.
There are still more things i ponder with. A Polymermembran is a kind of plastic?
I am still not sure, how much layers they used for that capacitor. They said, they could make in 30 min about 30 from this Pattern, but they are actually a bit to small for let a led 5 minutes run.
Also, i wonder, if they did not make one Electrode from graphit, and just the other side from graphene.

the tissue is only as a spacer and for to hold the electrolyte, since they dont use actually any isolating layer like plastic or something similar.

I was thinking about just a thin paper like toilet paper or a tissue, use one or 2 layers from it and use either destilled Water and Alum or sodium hydroxide on it.
It seem for me, that most Batteries work with one natural? Plate (electrode) and one oxidated Plate. Same for Capacitors, where you need a acid to oxidate one Electrode. Modern Capacitors seems are not build anymore that they store energy at electrostatic ways, they look more like batteries, where the Kathode is mostly a layer of aluminiumoxid.
So probatly other acids works too, like a sodium hydroxide solution.
I may wrongly mentioned Natron above, but it should have the properties from an acid.

I still try to get more out from this. Basically you need now Graphitoxid, to turn it into Graphene, when you dont want to use the tape method.
I found, that you can reduce, oxidate graphit(powder) into graphitoxide.
One Oxidant would be ie Natron (soda), not sure if hydrogenperoxid works well there.
After that, you need to bring it into shape and transform it back into graphene.
But still after that, you need to have or make a Electrolyte. Probatly distilled Water would work with a Salt or Alum. They used a different one there in the Videos.
Anyone got any suggestions about a good Electrolyte?

At last we still got always again Peoples with the Dream of being rich and famous.

We also got enough smart Guys what know scientifically that such a Device is impossible,

But i actually dont wonder alot anymore about such Supressions, because a few Subsidiaries from the Government cry for Green Energy, but let at the other Hand pass through the whole Supressions from HHO Developement and research into this Directions,

You have seen the Videos from Cody, when he did break the U Shape, his Led did flicker. I tried to magnetize the PMH too with something between the U-Shape, and it did not work when i used non-leading Material.
Therefor i assume, the Core get Magnetized, attract the other Pice, as far there is an Impuls and demagnetize it itself again since there is a Gap.
