I know people are working on this and perhaps scratching for more information.

I have come by a patent that would provide great information for those interested.

    Plasma Engine

    YouTube Video: Roberts Rotary Engine

It seems so simple, but are noble gases really necessary?

Not according to Inventors Heinz Klostermann and Tamerlane Sanchez and according to Klostermann's patent.

The explanation for what happens in the PAPP cylinder is unique. Because the conversion to energy does not allow the plasma state to be maintained.
Because it is so unique it has not been given enough consideration. One engineer Dannel Roberts is very familiar with the development explains the fundamentals of the process in this video. Scientist such as these are often discredited by critics because PAPP does not follow the laws of physics. The concept requires an open mind.

Intelligentry worked hard at replication and producing kits and efforts to get licensing.

At Tesla Tech conference the unexplained heating of the coil in the demo model briefly discussed.
note: that in the bench replication first video the large coil was outside the cylinder and remained cool.

From what I can tell, Inteligentry appears to be I don't know what, and I don't know what happened to PlasmERG.

    Maybe they hit on something?

Maybe this kind of research makes TPTB a little nervous?

    Papp-inspired Experiment

I have been thinking of this experiment.

It's based on Papp's work, and requires Chlorine gas.

I think that in any plasma engine conversation or
patent that you state your intent.

#1 My intent is to show that it is possible to build a unity gain
engine or actuator using plasma techniques.

#2 My intent is to show that I can use nuclear fission combined
with plasma techniques that use the fission to input high levels
of energy into the engine making it overunity from the standpoint
of electrical input. Engine components will become radioactive
but I don't care because: It will only be used on the moon, etc.

#3 My intent is to show that various fuel mixtures interact in a LENR
like fashion and input significant overunity energies to the engine
beyond electrical but does not make the components radioactive. I
will need to demonstrate said engine before claiming operation,
because it has not been previously demonstrated in this operating
    mode previously.

Inteligentry demonstrated #1 but logically in use claimed #3 but then failed
in the public demonstration required of it. I would not be surprised that
#1 can be accomplished but #1 is definitely not #3.
