@dude - another Canadian- Maritimer here. Yes - I have managed the same thing years ago, stripping PC broads of useful parts. I was lucky to be outside, but the poison still gets in the system.

Fresh air and good water help, and spring - We just had 18C here yesterday.

Thank you - I recall something like this from the early 70's, but then it kind of was poo-pooed on. I never had time to experiment. Cheers
