[Joe Cell] uploading my archive online

No, not really...

I've used the little foggers or cold mist devices in a water-mist ionizing device I made once.

However we use laboratory grade ultrasonic cleaners at work and the company "Soniclean" where they are locally made, is a minute or two walk away. I'm familiar with the ultrasonic ceramic transducers used in them, as I often visit their workshop when the cleaners require repairs.

Soniclean | So Easy - So Fast - So Clean

The ultrasonic cleaners work on fixed or pulse swept frequencies. They say for cleaning, the pulsed swept frequencies are better.

What is your angle or ideas on the application for the ultrasonic cleaners?

A Fairy Tale.. (Or not)?

Once upon a time in the land Down-under, there was/were car(s) running on weird cells invented by Joe. Forever since called the Joe Cell. These cells used charged water, via a mode of electrolysis on the water then charged water was placed in the Joe cell and the output of the Joe Cell went not into the air intake of a vehicle but to the metal block of the engine. A few mysterious tweaks were done, electrical, timing etc. (only known by Joe) were made and the car suddenly runs with all fuel lines disconnected.

An incredible story, or to some just a fairy tale perhaps.

If one could establish a universal grounding point or universal reference point and ground the car to that, all the lines of force would detach from the vehicle and the resultant loss of inertia would begin to take place.
I do not know the secrets to charging a Joe cell or running a car with it, nor am I currently experimenting with it. (Although I think on the principals often). - I can imagine how charged water (positively, negatively or otherwise) contained within a certain vessel could become a universal grounding or reference point and produce the odd reported effects. Also the work of Gerald Pollack's 4th Phase of Water concepts can't be ignored either, with regard to the Joe Cell.

Reminds me of a 'project' thats been sitting on my 'back-burner' for awhile, MAYBE similar?
I want to put a inverter on my vehicle, so I've got 120V AC, to supply current to an 'ioniser' which I intend to mount in the duct feeding the air filter in my vehicle.
First stage would be to SEE if this would cause any particulates, dust etc. to 'bond' to the ductwork, thereby eliminating the need for an air filter, while guaranteeing 'clean' IONISED air to the engine.

At least,...thats the idea.
Just eliminating the restriction from the air filter SHOULD give me slightly better perfomance, and if I can use the water injection as a 'boost', might increase performance, or reduce fuel consumption?

I THINK this is what you are trying to do; 'ionise' water mist to convert the water to hydrogen/oxygen gas,...right? Jim

Ionizer section


This shows shroud housing around the HV section, with a stainless steel cone on top. Another section to go on next is being formulated, not yet reviled.

Next post in a few days will show it working..

Has anyone built a similar device?

Any ideas what I could use it for?

The water tank will have an auto fill function using a sensor switch and a small peristaltic pump from a larger reservoir. I may yet need to cut air intake holes.


This shows a standard 12V, 120mm fan installed on top to extract and blow the mist upwards. Only 5v supplied gives about the right speed.

There's lots of Cold Fusion threads here, not really a dominant one, or a main one. Oh well, i'll go with this one..

A secret lady sent me the link for this vid. Posted on u-tube 7 months ago, so it's probably old news for the Cold Fusion people. I found it interesting though.

Looks like there are some reasonable videos done by this guy, the ones translated in english anyway.

I like the reaction done with saturated Sodium Bicarbonate, the cathode works the reaction, not the anode. Interesting to try this. 300volts DC. Sets fire to the glass beaker. People might debate as to whether this is Cold Fusion or not, never-the-less the reactions shown here are note worthy.

Gee so many interesting experiments and tinkering to be done! Little time and money. I think society plans it that way. To keep you too busy and distractred.

I asked for you.. I asked the resident chemistry guru, the supervisor of the "general chemistry" department at my workplace. He says its going to be very difficult. He knew of nothing off hand. As the ethanol is soluble in water the dye soluble in ethanol would also be soluble in the water..
Tough one, not saying that there isn't somthing, but chances are you wont find anything..

I gather you are vacuum distilling the ethanol. This is a very worthy effort. I would be interested in a small set-up myself for fuel purposes.. I have a vacuum pump too.. I gather you are familiar with David Bloom's work?

Stoopidest Thing Youve ever Tried

Bedini Bathtub.

A special kind of stoopid..

I placed the rectified (no capacitor) output of my single coil (medium size) bedini motor/energizer onto two stainless steel cylinders.. (To see if there was any strange electrolysis going on)..

I ended up placing the two electrodes (insulated on the bottom) in the bath tub. With the electrodes seperated by a few cm's and felt the field, little pricks against the skin. I climbed into the bath tub and found the prickly field to feel rather nice on the calf mussels. A nice massage if you will. Increasing the distance between the electrodes increased the "prickle" and the overall field strength. If the mussel was brought too close into the field a rather painful contraction of the mussles would result. Put your hand in and try to fight it, you can't!

Placing the first electrode at one end and the second electrode at the other end of the bath tub made the intensity of the field extreamly strong! Powerful contractions of the mussels would result. I found out by puting my foot in the water between the electrodes and it wrenched my foot extreamly hard, to the point where it tore a mussel and was painful for weeks.

However on the "gentle setting" it was rather nice.. I was caught sitting in a nice warm bath with my Bedini device going, wires and electrodes into the water with me sitting in there naked..

I still can't explain it...
I've probably just lost all respect.. lol.

Mary Poppins!

#1, As a youngster in school, I jumped off the roof with an umbrella.. I broke my ankle and had six weeks in plaster. (I had to get re-plastered again because I cut the plaster off with tin snips after I got sand in it). The worst part - I was given the nick-name of Mary Poppins by my teacher at the time. I had to live with that stupid nick name throughout my entire high school days.. (I can laugh about it now)...

#2, Capacitor discharge across the chest with a 0.5 uF, @ 2500volts DC cap! Nearly killed me!

Never Again! Lesson Learnt!

What inhibits the Experimenter / builder?

What Inhibits the builder? - This could be a new thread topic? -You know let some steam off ..perhaps?

So what is it? Work, the Wife (insisting on having that back-yard project finished), kids, golf, football, computer games, facebook (lol) and of course the TV?

Some of those maybe very good valid reasons, others are a what i would call distractions.

The secret is to ignore the distractions, & get busy. The other secret is what I call the "One Hole Theroy". -Even if with all your distractions you only manage to just *drill one hole, still it is a tiny step forward with your experiment or project.

*That wasn't meant to be rude.

So enough of my rant, back to the topic of the thread. Build something!

Paul Pantone gets even!

Hi All,
I have just purchaced 3 DVD's made VERY recently 30th July- 2 Aug at the 2009 ExtraOrdinary Technology Confernce. One is a Presentation Paul Pantone makes called "Breakthroughs in GEET Technology" the other Two DVD'S are GEET Construction Seminar Pt1 & Pt2. These DVD's are avaliable through Teslatech.

My review may come once I have viewed them.

Seems Paul is basicly giving away his knowledge & teaching us how.. Also sticking it to the "powers at be" that had him thrown in the nut house..
