Nilon or Teflon best flywheel
I find a place here in Spain that cell nilon and teflon in redy made disks or plates and good price to that were u look for will be like 30 buks and then u
only need a center hole. Look for a plastic suplyer in yellow page if u can't find one. I have one here for u;-) if u pay sending form Barcelona it's 100mm diameter and 30mm it's nilon
