Good info on the lead! I dont do a lot of desoldering like this but it gave me a simple idea. A small shop vac with water in it as well as the filters. Make a portable hood and adapt the vac hose to the top of it. You could adapt a small fan or computer fans inside the hood to help matters.
The Ecat if it works will just increase their profits, because the output will just be fed to the grid. Even if the Ecat works it will only save money or make money for those that own them everyone else will still pay full price in my opinion.

You cant avoid laws. In order to sell any electrical device,and especially a single power source to power homes, it has to be approved for sale to the public if mass produced. Ac/heat/Refrigeration and stoves use the most power. Out of all of them Heat is the most critical for the World masses.
I think the most efficient way,at the moment,and by the laws already in place, is to use an efficient engine ran generator. Hho would be nice but a multiple flywheel and electromagnet scheme would seem to work. Im surprised it hasnt been done already.

You should be able to use this on any 2 or 4 cycle engine also.

In my opinion there is no real over unity. If you took Sweets work with cold electricity and generated 400 amps then thats free energy but not over unity. You can take a 9 volt battery and produce 17,000 volts. Is that over unity? Nope! There are so many forces both externally and internally that arent known about, so how can you put an absolute equation on it. We need to find out how to produce current without heat or make our devices like ac,stoves etc: work on voltage. Lighting is not a problem its the motor driven devices. Create a motor with enough torque to drive a generator to supply just 200 amps with Voltage,and its Nobel Prize here I come!

Its brand new to me. Looks promising if you can buy the engine itself.
Thats interesting. I know I found one years ago and I threw it away. It may be some type of tension device. If you do find out what it is let me know!
