An identity on Energetic Forum as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.
radioactive 'waste' is probably not waste. That's my tentative theory

This (energeticforum.com/renewable) forum is wonderful, lots of animated discussion and good intentions. Unfortunately, short on doers, god bless them all
Should be an interesting read for you

No proof is given; no videos of running devices. But the price is low enough to be tempting, and also make legal action to get your money back not worthwhile.
Too good to be true? Well, if it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck..

He said the same thing when I showed him my hv magnetic vortex diode.
Ps, I'm making him a damn good torch

Anyway, my point; if it's not increasing our understanding of the methodology of obtaining free (or renewable) energy, the aether, or working towards a useable, useful addition to humanity's arsenal of tricks - are we wasting our time?
''What's it good for?'' is a good thing to keep in mind, for direction of future inquests at the least.
That said, merry xmas, hope you didn't spend your experiments budget on gifts nobody wants

And cheers to all, best wishes on a very fruitful new year.

I've got one of those, it goes up to 15 to 18v after a couple of days. It's 10000 uF.
I worked out how to easily test the theory re conditioned electrolytic capacitors showing the Electret effect;
Conditioned electrolytic capacitor Electret effect test - Vox
It should show a net gain in joules if the caps are conditioned and the pulse width and frequency is correct for the air core coil, hopefully more than the capacitor losses, or we'll have to measure the losses and add those joules to the final score.
Capacitor Energy and Time Constant Calculator
Of course, you may want to only pulse the coil while the top drive capacitor is relatively full, so you'd want a higher capacitance there.
I've got that image as my phone's background to remind me to do the test but I figured I'd put it out there.

Thanks Lamare,
I had come across this
Borax or Baking Soda Rectifier and the glow.
previously.. But thanks to your investigations above, I now know how to make home made electrolytic capacitors. I won't mind having to top them up occasionally

Borax here we come!
Good luck, I hope you find out
Where is it?

It's a culmination of many of the principals we've been practicing with and building so far

The used steam could be burnt to keep the fins hot

I wonder if the heat from burning steam would keep the water boiling?

Guess I should stop speculating and do some experiments.

A kid built this. Should be transferable to a water engine quite easily.

There's bound to be some overlap between threads.
But the aim of this thread is to pursue the evidence no matter where it leads.
The water sparkplug thread may not enjoy having the running of car engines idea sidetracked into the building of a steam engine type arrangement.
But I could be wrong. We'll see.

But after watching these videos
YouTube - Thermite and Ice
YouTube - Panacea-BOCAF Water Spark Plug (3 of 3)
YouTube - Burn water burn
I thought of the possible combination of these two effects
YouTube - Mist maker
YouTube - capacitor discharge
And then of trying to make an engine. Because making a petroleum fuel motor run on water is probably harder than trying to make a 2 stroke engine run on diesel.
Then we could have the motor running some kind of generator.
I don't have the funds at the moment, it's more of a long term goal. I'm thinking of experimenting eventually with a hobby aircraft motor. First would be the mister and plasma discharge from a cap bank.
But I thought for now, why not start a discussion about simply exploding water.
