Edit: It seems to show molecular bonds being broken by vibration as well. Whether these are intermolecular or intra molecular - who knows? But it reminds me of Eric Dollard's reference to someone who was dissociating the intramolecular bonds in water using dielectricity (in one of the panel discussions at last year's Energy Science Technology Conference). I believe EPD contended that a more efficient dissociation of water took place this way, which was not so much a brute force kind of electrolysis, but rather, an energy efficient method that seemed to yield strong results:

By its very name, "cold", there is an endothermic quality to this form of energy, the way I see it. That is, instead of giving off heat, it acts in the opposite way, running cold. As you say, it involves low current. In my understanding, it is current/amperage that is tied to exothermic reactions or heat production.

I would argue, based on my experience that you don't need hi voltage for CE. I do agree with your position that there is little to no conventional current/amperage involved. However, voltage level may well play a factor in the density of a cold charge, dictating its ability to perform work. Higher voltage >>> higher charge density >>> greater ability to perform work.

I would also take a slightly different view on the role of HF. In my experience, CE is accessible at relatively low frequencies. However, the key to tapping into it seems to be tied to resonance, or resonant frequency. In terms of HF, the higher you go with overtones, you may also be able to access greater charge densities.
But there's something about a coil at resonance that seems to render it capable in certain instances of drawing in a CE charge.

@Friendhacka - interesting concept about an electronic stone age . Perhaps not so far from the truth. Funny how all cars after a certain date (1985?) all have electronic ignition controls.

There's something to be said for circuits that won't fry with an EMP. Could it be that we've overlooked simplicity of wires, caps and diodes and gotten unnecessarily lost in the world of fragile components?

There's a lot that can be done with just coils, caps and diodes.

Regarding the colloidal silver, I have a cs maker, but will only use the cs as a disinfectant. With due respect to others and their choices, I personally am dead against taking any colloidal metal. If someone insists, I would say at least no larger particles than ionic size (e.g., ionic silver). I think you'll find people dead against cs online for what appear to me to be solid reasons - good to do some research. Some claim that once in, it never gets out. Maybe it works for some; I just prefer to go a more natural route.

By way of sharing, my wife and I sent in hair samples to Analytic Research Labs in the US for mineral/heavy metal analysis. They send back a detailed report and recommended supplements based on your profile. I've been taking the supplements 3 months. Did the chlorella, cilantro, garlic and a few other things (juicing) a few years. Thought I was metal-free, but am I'm finding that the body hangs onto the heavy metals until it has ready access to the minerals that should've been there in the first place, then it dumps 'em. First month, I was pretty tired, dumping heavy metals and toxins; could taste metals in my mouth, especially coming out of the teeth (molars). Also frees up fluoride in bones. How Does Voltage Perform Work

Okay, I'm going to set myself up as the pinata to get the conversation moving...
The question itself needs to be disentangled from our preconceptions about work first. In a sense, there is always work going on in the universe. The sea of energy in which the earth floats, to use Moray's terminology, is constantly fluctuating and pulsating - doing the "work" that is the precursor to all the energetic work taking place in the universe: ensuring every atom's electron spin, in every molecular bond, in every metabolic process from the cellular level on up. Some would even say that this basic work is the sine qua non (that without which) of matter's existence.

This sea of energy manifests itself in a variety of ways which can be harnessed to perform work. The most basic manifestation is electro-gravitic-magnetism...
