SUBSTANCE: drilling rig comprises control 31 dwg system, instrumentation, drilling structures, drilling mechanisms, power equipment, tripping
equipment, drill pipes, drilling assembly and
water splitting means. Drill pipes may have round or polygonal cross-sections or cross-sections defining paired semi-rings. Lower pipe parts may be provided with windows having gates. Pipes
having cross-sections shaped as paired semi-rings comprise aligned windows facing each other.
Drilling assembly has thermoregulator connected to electric pump by means of electric circuit.
The pump is linked to chiller and drilling assembly cooling jacket channels. Water splitting means include odd electrodes connected to alternate current source through diode, transformer, as well as even unidirectional electrodes connected to alternate current source through resonator, choke coil, step-by-step
switch. Water splitting vessel has vacuum cylinder, vacuum regulator, vacuum pumps and is adapted to produce oxygen and nitrogen during water splitting.
