Dear Mr. Stanley R.mMeyer,
I have had a good day, on 3.May, 1991 - received your answer and enclosed WFC patent references.
Thank You very very mutch !!!!
Since this. I am working exclusively on the laboratory-model. My model works with the simplest plan-parallel excitor plates, consumes about 20 mA and produces about 0.5-1 cubic centimeter gas, from tap water, howewer a can't reproduce
of yours excitor‘s waweforms. (I haven't namely the mentioned “arcadic” potential-wawe-forms, but I got a rising step-waweformed current-pulses, between the plates appeares only some millivolt potential difference. due to water's resistance, caused by contaminants). Summa summarum..., it works
1m another way, so I am happy.
Your technology offers a beautiful way of winning alternative-energy, overlapping thermodynamic and “free-field” technologies.
Story:
I mentioned your WFC in a closed circle of my university professor collegues, nobody accepted and believed......,
“it 1s against the theory..." was the reflexion.
I think, it shall be a very hard job to break up the
the ignorance and resistence of “scientific” society, against the new technology (arab states, oil companies, energy industry, nuclear industry...e.c.t...).
But I like hard tasks, and therefore:
If you are planning middle-european activities, than hereby Iam offering myself to be WFC distributor and education center for Austria and Hungary, Chechoslowakia, Jugoslavia, (also the neighbourhood small countries),
propagate, sell and teach, develope and applicate
your technology. Enclosed: curriculum vitae.

I have some ideas for convenient broad-band marketing, and on the other hand in development (a simle computer controlled/optimalised WFC-system, bio-medical, applications, e.t.c..).
Report on my labor experiments:
Input pulse-form:
3-100 ms. variable long, variable frequency (500-16000 Hz), positiv square-wawe pulse bursts.
Voltage intensifier:
12V to 600V (positive square wawe bursts, about
600V amplitude output)
Copper wired permalloy transformer, with 20KHz bandwidth. Serial, with the secundary coil, 1 KOnm
resistor, to reduce currents.
Resonant chokers:
Cooper wired ferrite inductivities, ca. 0O.8H. due to ca. 10 nF Cell-capacity, with LKohm serial resistors.
Diodes:
Si diodes, 1500V, max 1A.
Cell:
Plan-sandwitch electrodes, outher negative, inner positive excitor 3” x 2" area, with 0,062” (1.6 mm)
Result:
Power consumption for the whole system:
ca. 0.5-1 cubic-centimeter gas in a minute,
very little needle-flame!, SOX of the
gas bulbs remains on the plates.....
It seems to be, the geometrical and winding parameters of the voltage intensifier transformers
may not be optimal, but your theory works.

Page 68
Resumee:
For the same gas-quote, with the ionic technology
LOGIC requires about 10-12W energy. The relative
effectivity is about 300% - at recent time.
May I order a universal demo-WFC in the nearest future from yours WFC Inc.??7?
If it isn‘t possible, I need the winding parameters (at least the relations) of the voltage intensifier systems.
Thank you of yours attention.
Waiting, of Your answer, remaining with my best regards, Yours cincere
Aas
