[0:00] iero [0:16] I'm going to bring in a new energy source into the country. [0:28] Back when the Arabs threw the embargo on the United States, I was very actively engaged [0:32] in the retailing of truck parts, making close to a million dollars a year profit. [0:36] But when the Arabs threw the embargo on the United States, it pretty well alarmed me that [0:39] a little country over the Middle East could actually cripple the United States. [0:44] And when our truck stopped along the side of the road and good and services no longer [0:47] was being transported, I started to ask some questions as to how long that we would have [0:53] in order before the food supply chain would actually be disrupted in the United States. [0:59] And asking such questions to cardinal food industries and others and found out that was [1:03] within 27 days that the truck would not start again, then to mask the people in the public [1:08] area would be facing starvation. [1:12] Prior to the retailing of the truck part, I have quite a diversified background ranging [1:16] from research development, product development engineering, and corporate interest, or knowing [1:20] starting corporations from the ground for right up onto the multi-international areas. [1:25] I had found out that the Lord really has prepared me for well over 20 years to be doing what [1:30] I am doing today. [1:32] Back when the Arabs threw the embargo on the United States, and based on my scientific [1:35] background, I knew that it was an individual or group of people who would see a need and [1:39] come together and solve a problem. [1:41] The problem basically is very seldom solved through the governmental agencies or the multi-international [1:48] corporations. [1:48] The United States Patent Office and the Foreign Patent Office only recognize as individuals [1:53] coming up with a creative plot in order to solve a particular problem. [1:58] In 1975, when the Arabs threw the embargo on the United States, I also decided to do an [2:03] analytical approach as to why we had an energy problem, and I did not pay any particular attention [2:08] to what the political leaders were telling me. [2:11] In my analysis, I had found out that something in this country happened that even the experts [2:15] never really anticipated. [2:17] And what took place was that the natural pressure in the existing oil fields started dropping [2:22] at a fantastic alarming rate. [2:24] So much in fact that we started importing around 5% of foreign oil in order to maintain [2:30] the industrial base of this country in around 1965. [2:33] From 65 to 75, an instant period of 10 years, our country went from a 5% dependency to well [2:39] over 40% of dependency on foreign oil in order to maintain the industrial base of this country. [2:45] This is what the President of the United States said, that we must come up with an [2:49] alternative energy source if our country is to survive. [2:53] We have not reversed that dependency on foreign oil. [2:56] Today, it's well over 57% of dependency on foreign oil in order to maintain the industrial [3:02] base of this country. [3:03] It is not a question of if there's only wind. [3:06] The Arab or the oil will be shut off to the United States where the Arabs will set it off, [3:10] whether the Russians will set off that flow of oil, whether the war will escalate over [3:15] in the Middle East to such an extent that the Arab will blow up even their own oil pipelines [3:19] and oil storage tanks and oil distribution systems. [3:23] That oil is going to be cut off to the United States. [3:25] Without a supply of energy coming into this economy very quickly, then what you will know [3:30] is the economic base of this country will no longer be. [3:32] After all, we are a highly industrialized country and without energy we cannot function. [3:38] Realizing this, back in 1975 at one of my office laboratory, and I said a prayer to God, [3:46] you see as a scientist, I believe that there was an existence of God because it was mathematically [3:51] impossible that we had derived ourselves from swamp gas. [3:54] Now, you have to have a lot of faith. [3:55] You've got to have a lot of faith in evolution because you can put more holes to it than man [3:59] and moon. [4:02] So I asked God, I went to my office laboratory and I said, God, I love my country. [4:07] It's the greatest country in the world. [4:09] You see, I've traveled all over the world and I've been underdeveloped countries and I know [4:13] what this country is. [4:14] It's the greatest country in the world. [4:15] I said, God, I love my country. [4:16] It's the greatest country in the world. [4:18] If you will help me put a power supply in this country, I will do anything that you want me to do. [4:24] Now, there's a difference between asking a prayer and receiving the answer to the prayer. [4:29] When the Lord came down to my office laboratory and talked to me as loud as I am talking to you, [4:34] it pretty well scared me. [4:36] Where you see, Stan Meier thought he was Mr. King Tuck. [4:38] If I want to take a little trip down into the Bahamas, bask in the sun, I can do that. [4:42] If I want to take a little trip over to the Mediterranean, I can do that also. [4:46] The only place I found out where I was going was straight to Helen. [4:49] I was getting there fast. [4:50] When the Lord started revealing himself to me and started talking to me and such a [4:54] feeling and filled with the Holy Spirit, I've been exercising the gifts of the Holy Spirit [4:58] and exercising the power of faith to bring in this power supply in this country. [5:02] You see, the scripture says the Lord raised up a weak man and makes him strong. [5:06] In all of my business life, I had hit my head against the world banking system, [5:10] which has a pretty good vehicle capable of capturing and controlling technology [5:14] and manipulating technology. [5:16] I finally arrived in 1975. [5:19] You cannot beat them. [5:19] You must join them. [5:21] Then the Lord turned around and said, [5:22] now I want you to put a power supply in the country. [5:24] You got to have a lot of faith to do something about that. [5:26] And I could write vines or books as to all the reasons why I can't be standing here today, [5:32] showing you must phenomenal technology on a new power supply to bring this country. [5:37] And I own all the patent rights both nationally and internationally on this technology, [5:41] and nobody owns me or controls me or manipulates me in any way, shape, form, or fashion. [5:45] And that's quite a testimony. [5:47] That's quite a testimony. [5:49] But in 1975, when the Lord came into my office laboratory and talked to me as loud as I am [5:54] speaking to you, he pulled back and told me what the hell was all about. [6:00] Just as God has the ability to create heaven and earth and man, [6:03] He also has the ability to create perfect hell. [6:06] The hell was created for Lucifer and all his demonic imps, not for man. [6:11] Conversely, what the Lord had shown me about heaven, [6:14] there's nothing on the face of this earth I want, not even including this power supply I could care less. [6:19] If it was not to do one thing, the Lord said to me, [6:22] greatly I have given unto you, and greatly I expect in return. [6:26] The power supply, the purpose of the power supply, is to help to aid and finance the last major [6:32] command in the Bible to spread the gospel throughout all the world, and in the end time will come. [6:37] Now, when Lord revealed himself to me, I realized that my soul was my soul. [6:46] And my personal testimony is in the fact that no man on the face of the earth ever came over to [6:51] Stan Myers at the age of 25 and said, I want to tell you something about your living soul. [6:58] No man on the face of the earth gave me the right to make a decision. [7:02] Yes, I want to be destroyed by a supernatural power called Satan, [7:06] or yes, I want to receive eternal life through the Lord Jesus Christ. [7:09] No man on the face of this earth never gave me that right. [7:13] I was born in this world, unknowing to me, there's a difference between world of knowledge and spirits [7:17] of knowledge, but unknowing to me, I was born in this world through sin nature, [7:21] the absence of the Holy Spirit. And as a result of that, I have fulfilled two of the three major [7:26] requirements in life, number one, to be born, number two, to live, and number three, to die. [7:31] And each and every one of you in this room, you're going to face the same third condition, [7:36] you're going to die, where you're going to die this minute, tomorrow, the next day, the year after [7:40] the year, somewhere along the line, your lifetime, you're going to die, just like what he hates. [7:46] He went to bed and died of a heart attack. We're all going to be in that same spot. [7:54] If I would have died back in 1975, the only place I would be in hell today, [7:59] I would not have a ticket to go into heaven. The scripture said I did not have to release my faith [8:05] to try to develop a cross by bringing it into country, but I'm doing it because you see [8:12] the Lord revealed himself to me and as a result of that, like Paul under the Damascus, [8:16] I accepted the Lord, did what the Lord said in scripture, and subsequently with [8:20] fill the Holy Spirit and I have a ticket to go into heaven. Now what price tag do I have in my soul? [8:25] If I can't put a price tag on my soul, can you put a price tag in your soul or can I put a price [8:29] tag in your soul? So my responsibility as a scientist that wants truth is fun unto me, truth [8:37] will always prevail, so therefore I have a responsibility to relate that truth to the guy, [8:42] my next door neighbor, the guy down the block, the guy down the next part of the city, the next town, [8:49] the next state or next country to relate the word of God because see I own my relationship [8:55] on the Lord Jesus Christ because he gave me eternal life and there's no price tag that you can put [9:01] on it. If you do not understand this aspect of me, you'll have a hard time to understand [9:06] my motivations for your faith. I was, I turned down over 800 million dollars on this technology, [9:13] not to allow it to come into the economy and some people cannot understand that as spiritual [9:18] knowledge versus world knowledge. As the Lord started moving with me, he started dealing with me [9:25] on a fantastic principle pertaining to the law of molecule. Now, [9:35] the technology that the Lord had me start to develop as I pointed out, [9:40] it started in 1975 and we have received some of the fastest patents in United States history. [9:46] Whenever you receive any patents on the technology, it says that you have complied with the laws of [9:51] the land and as a result, you now own and control that technology for a period of 17 years. So the [9:58] technology is based on very well proven scientific facts and data. When you go home this afternoon [10:07] or this evening, I want you to look up Job 38 verse 22 and 23. This is on my logo. The reason for that [10:16] is that as the Lord started dealing with me pertaining to the technology on water, after all, [10:21] the Lord created heaven and earth, right? You ought to know how to be able to split the water [10:25] molecule economically. When you look at Job 38 verse 22 and 23, it says this. It says, [10:32] Have you considered the traces of snow or have you considered the traces of hell which I have [10:39] reserved against trouble, against battle and war? And this is where the Lord is talking to Job, [10:48] asking Job this question. Now, the interpretation of these scriptures are as follows. Snow is the [10:55] most beautiful part about water, is it not? You ever look at snow with the little snow crystals [11:01] and no one snow crystals the same as that of another? The traces of snow is a characteristic [11:07] and knowledge of water. The Lord specified that the knowledge pertaining to water would come out [11:15] of a time of great trouble. Right now, the industrial base of this country in the world is [11:21] expanding at a fantastic alarming rate. So much in fact that we need a new Alaskan oil [11:27] once every 90 days to meet that demand. We are not meeting that demand. China has just opened [11:34] their doors to Western technology. 25% of the world's population wants the same goods and services [11:41] that you and I have been experiencing over an evolution of 200 years. The Arabs are not in [11:47] love with the United States. It's just as easy to turn 180 degrees out of phase and smell the oil [11:52] that China and forget about the United States. Where will we be? The accident of Three Ma Island [12:00] in Chernobyl. Matter of fact, if you look back at the book of Revelation, you will see that [12:06] warm wood means, or the Russian word for woodworm is Chernobyl. Now, warm wood is a small little [12:14] better root plant that goes over in a certain area of Russia and it says that warm wood would make [12:20] the waters bitter and many will die from it. Well, they tell you about the radiation going into [12:26] the atmosphere, but they don't tell you about the nuclear reaction. There was a meltdown going [12:30] into the water table. They don't tell you in fact a tremendous amount of radioactivity is now leaking [12:36] into the water system that's draining into the black sea. They don't tell you that within 10 to [12:42] 15 to 20 years, the radiation level of the black sea will raise at a fantastic alarming rate. [12:48] It will dump into the Mediterranean and as a result millions of people will die from the exposure [12:53] of radiation, exactly as it was prophesied in the book of Revelation that warm wood would make the [12:59] waters bitter. So, the entire economic base of the United States and the world is based on the [13:06] industrial revolution, which is a requirement of the supply of energy. And without energy, we cannot [13:13] move and we cannot function, we cannot eat and we cannot survive. The power of all the rest of [13:22] because of Chernobyl has dropped drastically, instantaneously, by 6% to 10%. Rest was anticipating [13:31] that nuclear energy was going to take care of their energy needs and was going to use nuclear power [13:36] to take care of 40% of their energy needs within the next two decades. The United States acquired [13:42] the dream of Ireland with the anticipating that it would take as much as 15% of the energy [13:47] and switch it over to nuclear power versus the use of fossil fuel. [13:52] When I was in Washington back in 1965 and listened to the so-called high-prout scientists that was [13:58] estimating that the nuclear power plants, the fell state of life, is between 100 to 250 years. [14:04] I finally got out. Now, this is before I was right with the Lord and said, gentlemen, I've listened [14:10] to your testimony for three and a half days and everything you've said is a bunch of BS. [14:16] For the following reason, there's no substance on the face of this earth that is not subject to [14:21] nuclear deterioration, but you're anticipating these so-called, our lawyers are going to give [14:26] longevity and the nuclear power plants will disintegrate within a period of 15 and no longer than [14:32] 20 years. And the leakage of the power plants in three miles occurred within that timeframe. [14:38] Unless a new and free and abundant energy source does not come into the economy quickly, [14:44] whatever I present, somebody better come up with a good answer because unless a new energy source [14:50] there's a criteria, free and abundant, universal. Unless a free, new, abundant energy source [15:01] will not come into this economy quickly, then what you will know as the economic [15:06] this base of this country will no longer be. The world will absolutely collapse economically [15:13] without the supply of energy. So, the Lord specified to tell them that this knowledge pertaining to [15:21] water would come out of time of big trouble. But the Lord also specified that this knowledge [15:28] would come to two prior events, battle and war. This knowledge would also be utilized [15:35] to stabilize the military conditions of the world. At the same time, he will stabilize the [15:44] economic basis of the world. Scripture says that in the end time, the second coming of Christ will [15:50] come at a time when you think not. The only time that you don't think the Lord's going to come or [15:55] you call upon the Lord is in times of great prosperity. When you don't have any problems [16:00] to overcome, you very seldom turn to the Lord for those answers. Scripture says that when the [16:06] rapture takes place, two will be in bed, one will be left and one will be taken. That is a time of [16:12] peace, that is not a time of war. Scripture says that when two people work in the fields, [16:17] one will be left and one will be taken. If you're at war, you're not sleeping in bed, [16:22] you're not working out in the field, you're standing guard and you're shooting a weapon. [16:26] So it would be time of great prosperity. So the Lord said, this knowledge pertaining to water [16:31] would come out prior to two major events, battle and war. The next battle, the Russia will make a [16:36] put screen down in the nation of Israel, or five, six of the Russian army will be destroyed by the [16:40] hand of God, and then of course the battle of army get. So it's ridiculous for Stan Myers to pull [16:46] in billions of dollars to build marble monuments. Now there's a difference between worldly knowledge [16:52] and spiritual knowledge. If I would spend a billion dollars to reach the word of God to someone [16:57] that can receive him, go into the Holy Spirit and get a ticket to go into heaven, then I would [17:02] consider that expenditure well worthwhile. But as a businessman, I think we can do it a little bit [17:08] more efficiently than that. But just as Scripture has clearly pointed out that the world of [17:12] anglicization, the word of God will go through all the world and then the end time will come. [17:16] And that's the purpose and direction to the water fuel cell technology is to set up the [17:20] financial base capable of completing Scriptures. In order to bring in a new power supply, [17:31] it could not take one minute, one miracle patent in order to do this. It actually had to take a [17:37] series of patents developed in an integrated way under the law of economics, the guy who could [17:43] have it the cheapest way is going to win out in order to bring in another, a new energy system. [17:48] Well, I started to develop this and the Lord gave me five major [17:53] criteria which I had to comply with in order to bring the system into the country. Number one, [17:58] the system had to be made out of very rarely available material. If the air is still embargoing [18:03] on us tomorrow, we must be able to mobilize the country very, very quickly. That means I cannot [18:07] build or utilize exotic manufacturing technologies or new types of alloys or certain types of metal [18:15] alloys that can be controlled by just one or two men in the world. But it had to be equipment and [18:21] material that we could pull off the shelf if necessary to mobilize the country to bring in a [18:27] new energy system to stabilize the economy of the United States. We had complied with that requirement. [18:32] Another requirement was that the system had to be built in the garage or in the basement or in the [18:37] backyard. The reason for that is that there are many Cadillac or many invictions that come up. [18:43] But because this guy's got a patent process over here, this inventor cannot bring that technology [18:48] out because this man here controls a patent on the process in order to bring it into the marketplace. [18:54] And as a result, this guy's got you controlled. So it was a requirement that the technology we built [18:59] and drive in the basement and backyard. If I can use hand tools, then that form of control cannot [19:05] apply. We've accomplished that task. Another criteria is that the same engineering design [19:10] specification of one system would apply to all systems regardless of size. In other words, [19:15] those smaller, larger in size could come up with any power output that we so desire. We'll [19:19] accomplish that. Another criteria in the system is that one person would have to be able to fail [19:26] the system in one day. Now, the logic behind that is that there's 260 days per year of average [19:32] work year. After you take all your vacations, your holidays, and want to have you, you got 260 [19:37] days of productive days per year. So if one person could build one system in one day, that means one [19:44] person would produce 260 units per day. If I would put two people to work, that's 520 units per year. [19:52] But if I had to, if we put three, four, five, eight, 100,000 people to work building assistance [19:58] in the garage, in the basement, in the backyard, then we could outstrip the production capabilities [20:03] of any of the multi-international corporations and mobilize extremely fast by turning production [20:08] and decentralizing production over to the people of the country. Because after all, you and I are [20:13] only concerned about survival, right? So we turn this into the hands of the American people, [20:19] then we could be able to move extremely quickly in order to save the United States from going into [20:25] economic chaos. In order to be able to develop a new power supply, it also had to be developed [20:34] under the law of economics. There are many Cadillac ideas that come in existence, [20:41] but because they did not comply with the law of economics, they never get out of the marketplace. [20:46] So the technology had to be developed through the eyes of a businessman, the guy who comes up with [20:51] the cheapest way is going to win out. The technology could not have been developed sporadically by [20:57] many different inventors or many different technical people because of the control of the [21:02] manipulation that occurs on high technology throughout the land. It had to come through a [21:07] person and be developing an integrated way to solve a multiplicity of problems. The criteria on all [21:14] of this is that through all of this development, the system would have to be retrofitted to existing [21:20] energy consuming devices, regardless in a bilateral and be incorporated and retrofitted to any [21:28] energy consuming device in a bilateral movement. In other words, if I would integrate the system [21:33] and put it in your home to provide your electricity and gas energy, if I can't get the power source [21:40] to the farmer's tractor, he doesn't have the energy to till the land to grow the food. [21:46] And industry, if they don't have the energy, can't process the food in order to get it to the [21:50] supermarket. And if I don't solve a way of trying to retrofit the fuel cell onto your cars, if you [21:56] have no fossil fuel, you can't drive to the grocery store to buy the food. And if we can't [22:01] solve the technology and incorporate it in the home, then you won't have the ability to process [22:05] the food. So the problem today, or back in 1975, was humongous. But the simplest ideas are most [22:14] profoundest ideas, not the complicated ones. And as a result of this, we were developing the [22:19] water fuel cell technology. Now, if you notice here, the water fuel cell technology is divided in [22:26] many different color groups. The red area signifies the development of the water fuel cell [22:31] technology. This area around here, this beige area, signifies the ability of producing electrical [22:37] energy. The blue area signifies the ability of processing hydrogen gas and render as safe as [22:43] natural gas. The green area here signifies the ability of producing electrical energy directly [22:50] from the fuel cell. And of course, the gold area signifies the ability of utilizing the energy [22:56] source for recycling capability. This red area, as I mentioned right here, pertains to the [23:05] development and the development of the water fuel cell technology. The first block signifies the [23:10] development of the principle called electrical polarization process. Take the process and [23:15] develop for home utilization in cars, develop for industrial applications, and then come over here [23:21] through military or aircraft and propulsion systems. As the Lord started dealing with me back in 1975, [23:29] he showed me a most phenomenal principle pertaining to the water molecule. As I pointed out, the Lord [23:34] created heaven and earth and created elements. He also created the ability of releasing the [23:38] energy from ordinary natural water. And what he had shown me was that in fact, that if I would set up [23:44] a voltage zone on opposite side of the water molecule, and if I were to expose these voltage [23:50] zones to a water molecule, a phenomena happens. And what takes place is that the hydrogen [23:56] an atom will become an electric positive electrically charged. The oxygen an atom will become [24:01] negative electrical charge. And once the water molecule becomes electrically charged, [24:07] then on the opposite polarity attraction, you want to ever hear that? In law, this is [24:11] opposite charge will attract like charges will repel. On the opposite charges of attraction, [24:18] the hydrogen an atom being positive electrical charge will be attracted to the B plus voltage [24:23] zone. And the oxygen being negative electrical charge will be attracted to the B plus electrical [24:29] voltage zone. And if you're switching off the amps to prevent consumption of amps or consumption of [24:35] power and allowing voltage to take over and launch in a dead short condition, then both [24:40] these will absolutely influence the disassociation of the water molecule. Now, by electrically [24:46] charging the water molecule, you're simply now switching off the covalent chain of the water [24:53] molecule. Now for you, you know, in chemistry and electronics, you know that an electron is negative [24:59] electrically charged. When the hydrogen becomes positive electrical charge, that's [25:05] carrying of electron moving back and forth between the atoms. No longer can be shared because [25:11] opposite polarity attraction now causes that negative charge electron to go to the positive [25:16] charge hydrogen atom. Conversely, since the oxygen an atom is now negative electrically charged, [25:21] you have a repelling action which repels away the sharing of that electron. And as a result, [25:27] you're now switching off the water molecule in the most economical way. [25:33] We have found out that through lab experimentation and certification testing that the electrical [25:38] polarization process occurs in all forms of natural water. Now, this is an apparatus to see [25:48] this afternoon here, which is a series to prove in fact, this shows that voltage does influence [25:53] the disassociation of the water molecule. We took this apparatus before the Xamarin Cheats [25:57] in the United States, Baton Overs, and within five minutes, now these men are trained never to bat an [26:02] eye, never to look at your costly or any other way, you walk into like a courtroom, and within five [26:07] minutes they're out of their seats coming down and putting our hands on the system because they [26:11] witness a very phenomenal event. Now, to prove that in fact that voltage disassociates the water [26:17] molecule, the electronic circuitry we have sets off the amps and allow voltage to be developed on [26:23] these voltage zones. Now, this material in here is ordinary stainless steel 304 material. It was [26:33] stainless steel 304 material was invented to not oxidize in the presence of liberated hydrogen [26:40] or oxygen atoms in the form of water molecule. Now, a reason why Faraday did not discover the [26:45] electrical polarization process when he was working on electrolysis is because he needed [26:50] three things. The first thing that Faraday needed was a modern day invention called stainless [26:56] steel 304 material that does not oxidize, corrode, or react, chemically react, [27:01] to liberate a hydrogen oxygen atom in ordinary natural water. He worked with bimetals, [27:05] virgin materials that would decompose in this type of an environment. Second thing that Faraday [27:11] did not have, he worked with a battery that had no modern day circuit electronic designs [27:16] capable of restricting the amps and allow voltage to take over. The third thing that Faraday did not [27:21] have, he did not have the prior knowledge that the water molecule can take on an electrical charge. [27:28] Now, if you had the knowledge that the water molecule could take on an electrical charge, [27:32] then you would know in fact that the water molecule is being held together by an electrical force. [27:38] If you overcome or disrupt that electrical force, the water molecule can no longer be. [27:45] And that's what the Lord was showing me on the electrolysis process, [27:49] on the electrical polarization process, excuse me. Now, if you're an electronic engineer, an [27:53] electric engineer, you will know that the energy in your plug is consisted of two primary parts, [28:01] amps and voltage. Now, the only time you consume power is when you consume amps. [28:08] But if you start off the flow of amps, then you are now utilizing voltage, which is potential [28:15] energy or non-consumed energy. Now, as an example of a potential energy, if this pointer was a metal [28:22] bar, and if I would magnetize this metal bar, and once the magnetic field is formed, [28:29] then because it's a permanent magnetic bar, is there any more energy going in to maintain the field? [28:37] And the answer is no. It is a permanent magnetized bar. Can I not now use this potential energy to [28:44] perform work? And the answer is yes, because I could take a magnetized bar, put it over a table, [28:50] expose it to a pin, and the pin will be attracted to the magnetized bar. And as a result, that [28:56] attraction force defies the law of gravity, and you have performed work by utilizing potential [29:01] energy. Voltage is exactly in the same analysis. It is potential energy. It is not consumed energy. [29:08] As a result, the water fuel cell uses an extremely low amount of energy to release a fantastic amount [29:14] of energy in the form of hydrogen gas, which is two and a half times more powerful than that [29:19] of gasoline. Now, the water fuel cell does not create energy. The only thing it does is economically [29:25] release the hydrogen anoxanatum for ordinary natural water. Now, water is the safest storage medium [29:31] for hydrogen that man knows. If you've been on a camp out trip or a camping trip and so forth, [29:37] have you ever put water on the fire and dusted a fire? It's pretty safe, isn't it? But if you can [29:42] release the energy from water, it is a phenomenal amount. And the hydrogen that's stored in water [29:50] is equivalent to two and a half times that of gasoline if you can release it economically. [29:56] Now, in order to be able to restrict the amps and loud of old it to take over, the Lord had me to [30:01] invent a new patent electronic circuit design. I don't get into this design. I don't tell you [30:08] all about the circuit because we are filing patents for nationally and internationally in this [30:12] technology. So I'm restricted to release all of technology. But this part of the circuit, [30:17] which was invented in order to develop the ability of restricting the amps, [30:21] allowing voltage to take over in a dead short condition. We have found out that [30:28] by treating the voltage switching off and on in different sign configurations, we can now utilize [30:35] that electronic circuit and restrict the amps allowable to take over. And as a result, you are [30:40] now seeing and inventing a new type of electronic circuit design, which is called a voltage [30:46] intensifier circuit, which we utilize in the ability of restricting the amps allowable to take [30:51] over. We have found out that in our lab experimentation that when you subject the water molecule to a [30:58] high intensity voltage field, you find out that as you increase, as you increase the voltage, [31:05] hydrogen gas generation goes exponentially. Prior state of the art was a linear function [31:10] based on the amount of flow of amps going into a system because it was dead short condition. [31:14] By restricting the amps, we're not consuming power. By utilizing voltage, we are now producing gas [31:20] on an exponential rate. This is the electronic circuit design, showing the sum of the circuitry [31:26] that we use to restrict the amps allowable to take over. This was another apparatus which had to be [31:32] developed in order to comply with the patent office requirements to still controllability. [31:38] In this demonstration this afternoon, we also patented an electronic circuit technology, [31:48] go for patents. You not only file the patent on its base technology, but you also file the [31:52] patents on its related technology to give you a technological buffer zone in order to bring [31:57] a system in. Have you ever heard where a guy invents something and somebody else comes along and says, [32:01] well, yeah, but I can change the bolt here. I can do this a little different and I can get a patent on [32:06] they're going to have a hard time to circumvent me before you see the Lord prepared me for over 20 [32:10] years as I had mentioned. When I developed the technology, I also developed the technological [32:15] buffer zone and applied for the patents to give me the technological edge capable of bringing the [32:20] system in without outside forms of controls and manipulation. One of the areas to show amp restriction, [32:26] this is an ordinary car alternator and when you deregulate a car alternator, it becomes a pulse [32:32] voltage frequency generator. Any of you know this? If you go to your nationwide parts outlet, [32:39] you can buy a little black box that has a switch to white in it and it says, man, you can take [32:43] your alternator, go out in the boondocks, cut your wood and everything, get your car alternator in [32:47] and drive it to 110 volt and power your power tools. Anyone ever seen that? Okay, so basically a car [32:56] alternator, as you see right here, when you deregulate it becomes a pulse voltage frequency [33:02] generator. Now, in my development, it wasn't necessary for me to develop a pulse voltage [33:07] frequency generator. I already had one available. All I had to do was deregulate it in order to [33:13] set it right on up to 110 volts or higher. Now, just on amp restriction on the technology here, [33:20] as you apply voltage to the field of the alternator here or the pulse voltage frequency generator, [33:26] this magnetic field is formed and then it must be rotated and that magnetic field must pass through [33:31] this pickup coil in order to produce power. Now, there's no electrical connection between the [33:37] armature and the pickup ring. So as a result, the only power being transmitted from the armature [33:42] to the pickup is through this magnetic field. Now, if I simply will attenuate or reduce that [33:50] magnetic field down to such a point that I barely allow that magnetic field to pass through this [33:56] pickup coil, I will develop a voltage potential, but it will also restrict amp flow because amps [34:04] would be directly related to the strength of this magnetic field would have not. [34:08] So as a result, I can use a car alternator to restrict amps and allow voltage to take over [34:14] and utilize it in a control mean. Now, once you develop and you realize a basic principle that [34:23] someone else has not looked at before, once you realize that you can use high pulse frequency [34:28] in the production of hydrogen gas, then you go for controllability and develop for controllability. [34:34] Then you must develop the evolution of the technology. And in the development of the [34:39] technology we want to develop, what was called a resonant category technology. Now, World War II, [34:46] an example of this, World War II, they were trying to develop the radars in the given range in order [34:52] to make it operational. The radars and technology could not be used commercially or effectively [35:00] until the invention of the Klystron tube. If it any of you familiar with electronics, [35:05] the Klystron tube was developed to take an electron and use voltage potential [35:09] to accelerate the speed of the electrons and then released at a given rate of frequency [35:14] and as result gave range to the radar system and brought it in to operational services in World War II. [35:20] And that was one of the major inventions to bring about the end of World War II [35:25] was the invention of the Klystron tube. The exact same thing phenomena has happened with regard to [35:30] the resonant cavity technology. When the water molecule splits into its component part hydrogen [35:36] and oxygen being subjected to a high pulse voltage frequency under this type of condition [35:42] electrically polarizes those atoms. And because those liberated atoms now have an electrical [35:48] charge, you can now manipulate the speed by which those liberated charge atoms can now [35:55] move within this resonant cavity. And as a result of this, we are now injecting a physical force [36:02] into the electrical polarization process by causing a high pulse voltage frequency causing these [36:07] electrically charged atoms now to be bounced back and forth in the process. And this starts [36:12] releasing a phenomenal amount of gas under given frequencies. This is a spherical design resonant [36:18] cavity here. And this was a longitudinal type of resonant cavity. The correlation between this [36:26] is like that of a laser. If I have a laser here with two silver mirrors and I would start to [36:31] excite the laser, you bounce back and forth the photon energy before you release it out. [36:37] The same thing occurs with the resonant cavity technology. This was some of the advanced circuitry [36:43] that had to be developed in the evolution of development of the water fuel cell technology. [36:49] This goes a electronic cage of a lot of the electronic components in the testing and development [36:56] of the system. This goes a much higher form of evolution of its development of the water fuel [37:01] cell technology. It shows how we manipulate the pulse voltage frequency while restricting the amps. [37:08] And as a result of this, we found some phenomenons that were taking place that here, [37:12] the four in the prior study art couldn't occur. And electrolysis prosperous because it would add [37:18] chemicals to the process makes it a dead start condition that will not allow voltage to come up [37:24] and get only operating on the floor of amps. You shut the floor of amps off or shut off and on the [37:28] floor of amps. And that's the only form of control that you had. And that pointed out was a linear [37:32] function. We found out that once we manipulated the voltage amplitude as to its pulse voltage [37:38] frequency, we would hit resonant action, which now would allow those electrically charged atoms to [37:43] bounce back and forth at a fantastic resonant and release phenomenal amount of energy. And we've [37:49] also found out that when you would hit resonance and keep the power applied for five seconds and [37:56] shut it off, gas generation was generating for 94 seconds, which meant in fact that if you would [38:03] divide five seconds into 94 seconds, we were generating hydrogen gas 19 times longer and power [38:09] shut off time than power on time. And we found out that if we reexcited again, that resonant [38:15] action will occur again. We also found out that resonant action that once it occurs and you keep [38:21] the power supply exactly constant starts to generate the gas exponentially. And the only time this [38:27] stopped and curves off is the flow of water going into the resonant cavity. So you can control [38:33] resonant action also by another parameter. And that's regulating the flow of water going into the [38:38] resonant cavity technology. So why all of this development? Because we're looking at producing [38:44] high yields of hydrogen gas at a relatively low cost and to develop the ability to control it on [38:50] demand basis. Prior to the art, the electrolysis process cannot have do that. We also now wanted [38:57] to subject another form of energy into the resonant cavity technology and it's called [39:02] laser energy. Now the purpose of the laser energy is also aid in the electrical charging of the [39:10] atoms, but it's also there to excite the hydrogen and oxygen atom to a very highly energy state. [39:18] And this shows a design of the ability of now exciting those liberated hydrogen [39:24] and oxygen atoms to an extremely high energy state. There's purpose to this. This shows now [39:30] a slide showing where we are now injecting lasers. This is a solid state laser assembly [39:37] that's inserted into a resonant cavity module. And we had found out now that because of the [39:44] action of supercharging, electrically charging those liberated hydrogen and oxygen atom, [39:49] that if we go through a recycling process and take the output of this resonant cavity and [39:54] subject it to this resonant cavity to a recycling process, this will boost up this [39:58] section, this will supercharge that section, it will supercharge that section. So using a very [40:02] low voltage potential, we are now amplifying the voltage potential in the resonant cavity to a [40:06] phenomenal state. And as a result, all of this adds to even a higher hydrogen gas fuel and this [40:12] shows an assembly showing a resonant cavity technology with laser injection. [40:20] What are the advantages? As I pointed out before, the water fuel cell was being developed through [40:24] the eyes of a businessman. A guy who comes out the cheapest way is going to win out. [40:28] There's a lot of Cadillac ideas that are out in the market area. [40:32] But because they don't comply to law of economics, they never get out in the marketplace. [40:36] Now I mentioned in the prior state of the art, what was called, if you remember in your high [40:40] school, chemistry, and college, chemistry days, electrolysis. Remember that? Now there were [40:46] certain criteria to the electrolysis process. Number one, it was a requirement that you would [40:52] use distilled water. Now it costs just as much to operate your car to run them down the road [40:59] than it is to process water and make it pure distilled. Now the reason why it's a requirement [41:04] on an electrolysis process to use distilled water, because if there's any contaminants in distilled [41:08] water, those contaminants would form an oxidizing coat on the electrodes and would stop the [41:14] electrolysis process in an extremely short period of time. So number one requirement is [41:19] that you have to use distilled water. But now if you go to your local grocery store, [41:23] it'll probably cost you between 65 to 85 cents per gallon of distilled water. [41:30] Second criteria is that under electrolysis process, you have to have a chemical additive. [41:36] Now this is the electrolysis process. From here to here, you would have to fill it up [41:40] with distilled water at 85 cents per gallon. From here to here, you'd have to fill it up [41:45] with a chemical additive such as sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. Now there's a guy out [41:50] there in Arizona who will gladly sell you a three-quart capacity electrolysis process. [41:56] Two quarts of distilled water, the third quart is a mixture of chemicals that he'll gladly [42:01] sell it to you, smile in, at $11.98 per quart. So the electrolysis process made it non-feasible [42:09] to use it as an energy source. Another criteria in electrolysis process is that you have electrodes [42:17] which are bimetals. And exposed in the electrolysis process, the electrolysis unit is a self-destructive [42:23] unit. If some brilliant engineer could get an electrolysis processor on a car down the road, [42:28] the longevity of the fuel cell would be less than $100 because those electrodes will disintegrate [42:33] and decompose in the process. So you have to use a tremendous amount of large electrodes [42:39] to give enough time to meet that $100. Now, therefore you have component replacement of the [42:46] electrodes at a high cost. Next criteria is that electrolysis process consumes a tremendous amount [42:52] of amps. Now if you're going to try to sustain a plane well over 5,000 degrees in the national [42:57] period of standards in the electrolysis process, you'll need to get about this long, about that [43:00] wide, about that high, and you'll have to sock in between 2,500 to 3,000 amps if you could be able [43:06] to do that to sustain a hydrogen-enoxane flame at a 5,000 plus degrees temperature. [43:13] After you consume a tremendous amount of energy, the byproduct is that you're producing extremely [43:18] low gas fuel. Now you probably heard about Roger Billings running a Winneau-Vegel off of hydrogen [43:23] since 1975. It is not unknown that you could run a car on hydrogen. What Gary Billings did, [43:30] Roger Billings did, was develop the hydrogen-hydride storage system. They produced the hydrogen-gastry [43:37] electrolysis process over a two to three-day period to be able to run a Winneau-Vegel for a [43:43] period of four hours. So it makes the electrolysis process non-economical to use as an energy [43:48] source in this country. That's why scientists did not go to it on the prior study of the art. [43:53] What are the advantages of a lot of fuel cell technology? Number one, [43:57] by electrically charging the water molecule under the electrical polarization process, [44:02] we utilize ordinary natural water. Now you notice all this water out here in the lake today when you [44:08] come down here? Does it cost me anything for that? Does it cost me anything for rain water? [44:15] The process now, number two, utilize no form of chemical added is to the system. So does it cost [44:22] me anything? You see, when I'm, I'm gonna stop here, I want to point out something to you. [44:27] As a research development engineer and as a product development engineer and as a scientist, [44:33] when anybody would present a new idea, a new concept, a new way of doing something, [44:38] if in fact it would not comply to the law of economics, you will not my hurt my feelings, [44:42] you can get up and walk out of this meeting anytime you so desire, because I would do the [44:46] exact same thing. When I would look at new technology, I had to ask myself the question, [44:51] does it comply to the law of economics? And if it does comply with the law of economics, [44:56] then you would have to have a conclusion that we have a most fantastic new energy source [45:01] that we can bring into the country. So this is what I'm trying to point out. Number one, [45:04] we utilize ordinary natural water. This water is not processed in any way, it can be collected [45:11] by a bucket, right? The old facts and rain barrel can come back in existence. Does rain water cost [45:16] you anything? Nothing. Number two, I utilize no form of chemical additives to the system, [45:21] so if I don't add any chemicals to the system, does it cost me anything? [45:26] Number three, the stainless steel 3-0 form of material, which is called exciter elements, [45:31] that when you liberate the hydrogen and oxygen atom in a water environment subjected to a voltage [45:36] potential, the longevity of the stainless steel material is 0.0, 0, 0, 0, 1. In other words, [45:52] the stainless steel is just as good as the days you fire up to 20 years going up to a thousand years, [45:58] and none of us will be around here for a thousand years. Therefore, you have no replacement parts [46:03] of the exciter elements. It is a voltage device, we restrict the amps and our voltage to take over, [46:09] if I'm not consuming amps or very little amps like one or two or three amps, does it cost me very much? [46:16] Absolutely not. Because we're using voltage attenuation, we have now the ability to vary the [46:24] gas rate on production based on demand. Because the fuel cell produces the energy just as fast as you [46:32] utilize it, you need no form of storage system. So that now complies with all the federal, state, [46:40] and local housing and highway safety code regulations, because under Murphy's law, whatever [46:44] goes wrong will go wrong. If you shut off the fuel cell, where's the hydrogen being stored? [46:49] It's being stored in water. And is not water the safest storage medium for hydrogen, known to man? [46:56] Another criteria is that just the ability, we have the ability to adjust the burn rate of hydrogen to [47:06] co-equal that of fossil fuels with us a little later, going down the ability to sustain and maintain [47:11] a hydrogen oxygen plane by using the water as a gas mixing regulator. We have the ability to distribute [47:18] the hydrogen gas without spark ignition, and then we'll get down and talk to the area, the ability of [47:23] the energy of a guy on the water. This red zone now completes the basic technology of the water fuel cell. [47:34] This area, blue zone now, deals with the ability of rendering hydrogen as safe as that of natural gas. [47:40] Now here we're producing gas, hydrogen gas economically. But if I had no way of adjusting [47:45] the burn rate of hydrogen to co-equal that of fossil fuels, I have not the ability to retrofit [47:50] existing energy consuming devices. So the primary development was how in the world could I adjust [47:57] the burn rate of hydrogen to co-equal that of fossil fuels on demand rate? If I could do this [48:01] under the law of economics, then I have the number one major invention of development [48:06] capable of retrofitting to every energy consuming device throughout the economy. [48:11] We had found out that there's another characteristic to water as the Lord had shown to me. [48:16] The water is like a sponge. It will absorb ambient air. That's what proves that out. [48:24] So look at the marine life. You have a fish over here, it's moving back and forth its gills, [48:28] it's agitating the water molecule. As it's agitating the water molecule, it releases dissolved air [48:34] from water, does it not? Now the gills of the fish does not change the molecular structure of water. [48:39] It doesn't have form of chemistry to break down the water. It simply agitates the water molecule [48:44] and takes out the air that is absorbed in that water. We found in our testing that [48:49] water will have between 17 to 19 percent per volume of ambient air. Now when you light a match [48:55] in the atmosphere, why doesn't it burn up? And the reason why it doesn't burn up is because there [49:01] are a lot of gases in the air that are called non-combustible gases like nitrogen and your [49:06] four-wheeler gases like argon. So when you light a match into the atmosphere and as the [49:14] wood is being burned, it's producing non-combustible gas or a gas that will no longer support [49:18] combustion. And these non-combustible gases mixed with other non-combustible gases in the air and as [49:24] a result, the air does not burn up. And we found out that when you release the water molecule [49:31] through voltage, we are now also releasing ambient air gases that are trapped in the water. [49:38] In the bulk of the ambient air gases, these non-combustible gases such as sugar, nitrogen [49:42] and argon. Now here's an laboratory out on the west coast trying to duplicate this process [49:49] with an apparatus of a million and a half dollars that I was doing is using water as a gas mixing [49:54] regulator to control the rate of gas being mixed to sustain and maintain a hydrogen flame [50:01] with over 5,000 degrees. Now if I'm using the water as a gas mixing regulator, is it costing me [50:07] any money? No. Simplest ideas are most profoundest ideas. Now you're going to see a hydrogen and [50:13] an oxygen flame and it goes clear up here over the six inches and you're actually controlling, [50:18] you'll see the flame being sustained and maintained regardless of the rate of the generator. In the [50:25] prior state of the technology, that was totally impossible. If you're remembering your high school [50:30] chemistry days, when you lit hydrogen and oxygen, what happened? It went, did it not burn very fast? [50:36] And it's very explosive because hydrogen burns at 300 and 25 centimeters per second. [50:42] Fossil fuels burn around 47 centimeters a second, so we're doing something to the hydrogen flame [50:48] in order to maintain it at the constant rate of the generator. [50:53] You're going to see a flame well over 5,000 degrees in the control state with ordinary natural water. [51:00] Now this is a graph that this is where hydrogen burns very explosive in this area. [51:06] But I had to develop the technology ability of taking hydrogen and adjusting the burn rate [51:11] all the way down to the standard fossil fuels and even adjusted down further to that burning [51:16] leaves and paper. If I could do this under economics, the law of economics, then I would come up with [51:21] an extremely economical way of retrofitting the fuel cell to the existing energy consuming devices. [51:28] Which we've done. One of the technology here, for an example, was that we also developed what's [51:34] called a Quinting circuit, anti-spark back device. If NASA would have had this technology [51:40] and developed this technology fully, I don't believe that the astronauts would have given up [51:44] their lives. The technology was coming forth at that time and being developed at this time. [51:50] We had found out that when you mix hydrogen and oxygen with non-combustible gas under [51:54] certain control mixture, you can allow it to go through a certain sized diameter [51:59] porno holes here and as a result, spark ignition will not occur when you're adjusted from 325 [52:05] centimeters, 6-ten or 47 centimeters per second. We also had to develop the ability of what's [52:13] called a Quinting tube, taking the technology of the Quinting circuit and developing this to the [52:18] ability of transporting the hydrogen and oxygen gas without a spark ignition. Now the reason for [52:23] this is that as we're implementing the fuel cell into the economy, some guy over here in a high rise [52:28] building says, I want the generator down in the basement. Now don't ask me why he wants down in the [52:32] basement, but under Murphy's law, whatever goes wrong, will go wrong. The guy says, I want down in the basement. [52:37] But he wants to transport it up to the 22nd floor. We've got to comply with the housing code [52:43] regulations, right? You can't transmit the hydrogen, oxygen and gas to a conventional gas line for fear, [52:49] abductor and explosion. But because of the Quinting tube technology, we now can transport the hydrogen, [52:56] oxygen and gas from the basement to the 22nd floor. You can shoot a trace of the bullet through it. [53:00] You can light it. You can burn it through whatever you want, and the gas will not ignite. [53:05] It's a stop Quinting to form a technology. Now we want to be able to run your car. [53:12] A prior study of art says this. The only way you can run a car on hydrogen is changing the [53:17] tire engine design. Use the highest temperature exotic materials are possible. A laboratory out [53:22] of California spent a million and a half dollars trying to use exotic materials like ceramic [53:28] materials and high temperature materials. Try to get an engine to run off of hydrogen. [53:33] They were successful to a point of longevity about an hour and a half. And if they would allow you to [53:39] bring it out of market area, it would cost you and I about a million and a half dollars per unit [53:44] if they can do it, if they can have longevity. They can't do it. Another prior study of art was [53:48] where they were taking water and injecting water down on the cylinder of the engine with the hydrogen. [53:54] Now, if you remember, Japan several years ago was trying to do this, and Roy's Oyst was trying to do [54:00] this. And as a result of this, they had troubles in trying to start the engine and running the engine. [54:05] And if they could finally get it started and it was running very rough, it started leaning out [54:10] about 75 miles per hour. Well, you and I know that if we go down the freeway to 75 miles an hour, [54:15] how many traffic tickets are we going to get within between Columbus and Springfield, Ohio? [54:20] So it proved out that that form of technology was not available. And they also found out that [54:25] technology was to try to mix hydrogen with gasoline. That was like a fish and carburetor 15 miles per [54:32] hour. Then they were subjected to water. That was mixing the gas with a liquid paste. They found [54:37] out about 90% of the hydrogen was being expelled out of the exhaust pipe and not being utilized in [54:43] the form of energy. So technology says that if you would mix a gas with a gas, you have a uniform [54:49] mixture. So we found out that to erect a fit to an existing car to comply with the law of [54:56] economics. Now, you and I don't have a million and a half dollars to go out and buy a hydrogen [54:59] power plant, right? But we haven't had money to go out there and buy ourselves a car. So if the [55:03] air is to throw an embargo on us tomorrow, how can we mobilize the country to get the trucks running [55:08] and get the cars running and so forth? The way we've done this is that number one, you look at the [55:14] internal combustion engine in three ways. Number one, it's a mechanical drive device. Is it not? [55:20] Did you get everyone here today? Okay. Secondly, [55:27] it's an air pump. Is it not? Is it not stopped air into the carburetor and expelled out the exhaust [55:32] pipe? Third area of a internal combustion engine, it is a manufacturer of non-combustible gases. [55:41] In other words, when this goes through the combustion process, this combustion process [55:46] does one of two things. Number one, it eliminates any oxygen in the mixture, automatically through [55:53] the burning process. Does it not? Second thing that it does, it eliminates any form of burnable [55:59] product that's in the air mixture, right? So as the exhaust is coming out of the engine, these [56:06] exhaust gases coming out have gone through the burning process, therefore cannot support combustion. [56:12] It becomes non-combustible gases. So like we have found out with the water fuel cell technology, [56:18] that if we now will reroute the exhaust gases, mix it back in with the gases coming out of fuel [56:23] cell, we can now regulate the burn rate of the hydrogen and gas to go equal that of any form of [56:30] fossil fuel gas, including gasoline or diesel fuel or what have you. Now if I'm using exhaust gases [56:35] coming out of the process, is this costing me anything? It doesn't cost me anything, is it? [56:41] Detroit will not spend a billion plus dollars to try to come up with a new power system if I can [56:47] serve them in fact that I could take a $2.50 recycling tube and hook it up to your conventional [56:52] car and run your car down the road on hydrogen and you have absolutely no engine change whatsoever. [56:58] Because you see if I coincide or co-equal the burn rate of gasoline and diesel fuel, you don't even [57:04] change the spark plugs or your injectors in your car or what have you and the engine runs at the same [57:09] temperature. Now believe it or not, nobody developed this technology prior to when the Lord had me to [57:15] move on developing the water fuel cell technology. Now as I pointed out a little earlier supporting [57:20] the flame well over 5,000 degrees, the wise would get kind of mad to use that high temperature [57:24] flame to burn holes in their stainless steel pots and pans, right? So I mentioned I said [57:30] developing not only the technology but the developer rate of related technology, give me a [57:36] technological buffer zone, is a way of lowering the temperature of hydrogen gas that didn't cost me [57:42] anything. But when you burn something and the flame is there, it produces non-combustible gas, [57:48] does it not? That flame is being subjected to amyot air and as amyot air is being exposed to [57:53] flame, the gas is coming off the flame is that when you burn hydrogen oxygen it's water-miss but [57:58] you're also burning gases from the air. So you're now developing non-combustible gases and if I have [58:04] a simple means of capturing the gases and allow it to recycle back into the flame or recycle back [58:09] in the generator, I now can lower the burn rate of the hydrogen gas from 5,000 degrees down around [58:15] 200 degrees or 100 degrees or what have you and I'm doing it economically and therefore [58:22] in the law of economics we have a very economical system bringing the country. I also have this [58:26] patent. Now this is a dune buggy that you may have seen. It was run on ABC News, Good Morning America. [58:35] It was indicated worldwide when all over the world when I was showing this dune buggy running off [58:40] of ordinary natural water. Now this is one of several types of water fuel cells that have been [58:44] developed to develop certain technology. This showed us the ability of taking hydrogen, adjusting [58:49] it down to co-equal the burn rate of gasoline and running that car down the road on water and you'll [58:53] see a video tape with a guard to it. Now in our development of our technology, evolution of our [58:59] technology, we also went to another area. Can we, we don't have time if the air of sodium [59:05] boggle on this tomorrow, we do not have time to develop quenching tube technology to transport [59:10] the hydrogen and oxygen gas throughout the country. So how can I get the hydrogen gas into [59:16] existing gas grid systems in the United States very quickly without changing the hardware? [59:21] Pluristady art says to treat hydrogen you've got to cool it down and cryogenics the high temperatures [59:28] or you've got to put it into some some form of a storage system like hydrogen hydrate storage bottles [59:35] which are very costly and very expensive and you don't have the the energy to manufacture these [59:40] products how are we going to utilize hydrogen? This is a billion dollar patent in itself taking [59:45] the steam technology that if I have an open flame here and I subject the open flame with [59:51] ambient air gases when it's subjected to the flame it automatically eliminates the oxygen [59:56] and add it on the combustion right? It also eliminates any burnable product in the in the [60:01] ambient air right? As a result I am now producing non-combustible gases right? I'm now mixing [60:07] non-combustible gas with the hydrogen gas and now controlling its mixed rate and therefore [60:12] I now can transport the hydrogen gas in any existing gas line extremely economically. Now with [60:19] one little open flame how many hundreds of thousands of millions of cubic feet of ambient air [60:25] could I process very quickly in order to accomplish a task? Quite a lot right? Now if I'm using the [60:31] generator to produce the high temperature flame I've joined it extremely economical. Therefore [60:37] I am now using the capabilities characteristic of ambient air into the process. I'm using water, [60:43] voltage, and ambient air. Any of these commodities doesn't cost me very much does it? I'm also using [60:49] non-reactive materials which are non-replaceable therefore it's not cost me anything is it? [60:56] Now if I don't have to change the internal combustion engine the retrofit the one you call [61:00] on hydrogen is that you as a consumer is it going to cost you two minutes my money? No it's only [61:06] going to cost you as a retrofit system to the fuel cell. The fuel cell technology in itself is the [61:13] first time that you'll be able to buy a system it'll save you money. You know if you run your car [61:19] 100,000 miles down the road on gasoline it's going to cost you roughly around $14,000 to [61:25] accomplish a task. If we can release the fuel cell around $1,500 utilize ordinary natural water take [61:31] the difference of savings between $14,000 and $1,500 for the fuel cell. So the more you use the fuel [61:36] cell the more money that you're going to make because you're going to prevent and spending money. [61:40] Well now if you can take that difference between $1,500 and $14,000 what could you not buy with it? [61:48] A couple years you can buy a lot right? That takes care now the ability of rendering hydrogen [61:54] safer than that of natural gas. Now we deal with an area of can we go now for hydrogen and recycling. [62:02] Now every chemist and business knows you're going through chemistry class but when you're [62:07] borrowing hydrogen and oxygen the byproducts is water misuse. Now I could take the water mist [62:13] let it go in the atmosphere condense or cool down it condense and form a rain clouds come back here [62:18] and let it rain and then you can pick up the water again and you can go ahead and then use it. [62:25] The scripture says that in the end time even the deserts will blossom. When I made a preliminary [62:33] presentation to the nation of Egypt when the Arab countries was trying to force Egypt back into the [62:40] Arab fold to form a united front against the nation of Israel the Lord had me right there to make the [62:46] presentation to the minister of energy and education and when I walked out of the meeting [62:52] there was a guy by the name of Mustafa that had tears in his eyes and he was crying and he said stand [62:56] he says one thing that all Egyptians understand that water is like to us and you're showing us the [63:03] ability that we could take the Mediterranean converted into fresh drinking water to irrigate [63:08] the desert areas at the same time provide energy for industry. The scripture has foretold that in [63:14] the end time even the deserts will blossom. Now for those who have a hang up on energy released [63:21] from water because you now can recapture the water the Lord had me to develop what was called a [63:29] catalytic block of stemley to eliminate any form of non-burnable gases to purify it that we now [63:36] could condense the hydrogen and oxygen gas. I use a system here that the flame if you remember back [63:44] when I was a young kid there was called a gas fire refrigerator anyone remember that? [63:49] Taking an open flame and cool it cool it. You know that when I was a kid it was a phenomenal event [63:57] to me to see a flame and say how can you get how can you get an ice cube out of a flame. [64:03] Same technology was used here the ability to condense the hydrogen and oxygen gas and it can [64:09] at 5,000 degrees to do it extremely economical without any mechanical moving parts. [64:13] Taking the same form of technology that was developed 25 years ago this is a heat coil here [64:20] that captures the flame or the heat from the flame. It heats the gas that goes through an [64:24] expansion tube and when it goes through an expansion tube it now allows the gas to cool down much like [64:30] that of a refrigerator. It now cools down this catalytic block and turn now gives us the ability [64:35] to condense the water at a control rate recycling rate. Isn't that amazing? No mechanical moving part. [64:43] As a result of this we now have a closed loop recycling system. Now because we're using high [64:49] pulse voltage frequency with resonant cavity technology if there's only so much energy available [64:56] to you when you burn hydrogen and oxygen in the combustion and you want to hook it up to an energy [65:01] system greater than the man of one gallon of water what do you do? You simply increase the rate of [65:08] production of the conversion of water. So if you need an energy demand three times greater than [65:13] gallon water control the rate to equal the conversion of three gallons of water per hour [65:18] then you have now met your energy demand. Why? On the conservation law of energy it says when you [65:24] convert energy in the mass or mass of the energy do you lose anything? Don't lose anything. [65:32] Now we go to another stage of evolution of technology. It's all right to use the hydrogen [65:38] and oxygen plane under combustion but do you realize there is a phenomenal amount of energy [65:44] and a gallon of water? Lord have me start working on the area of releasing the atomic [65:54] energy yield from an ordinary gallon of water. Prior state of the art if you'd heard very recently [66:00] that Livermore Laboratories was working on what's called hydrogen fusion process. The hydrogen fusion [66:06] process strictly deals in the area of taking two hydrogen atoms by the way they need the fuel cell [66:11] to produce the hydrogen economically but they need two hydrogen atoms. They need to project the [66:17] hydrogen atoms to a high temperature around 10 million degrees. You know how much energy it takes [66:24] to produce 10 million degrees of energy? And then they subject the hydrogen [66:31] atoms not only to this high temperature 10 million degrees plus but they subject it to [66:40] high pressure. And as a result of that scientists have been able to start to develop the process [66:46] which is called hydrogen fusion. And Livermore come out and said that in their process they predict [66:53] and change the air so possibility of a pilot plant and that the energy yield of 250 pounds of [67:01] hydrogen was equivalent to how many 11 million well as well as 11 million barrels of oil. [67:12] Under the hydrogen fracturing process that we are developing we can release the control of the [67:18] atomic energy from water at any rate we so desire. One gallon of water has roughly one [67:23] pound of hydrogen to it so that would be an equivalent energy yield of 44,000 barrels of oil. [67:33] Now that'll blow your mind. We also have the ability to break down the atomic yield of oxygen [67:40] in the same process so the same estimated total energy yield for one gallon of water [67:47] is equivalent to 108,000 barrels of oil. That's a lot of energy is it not? You will see it one [67:59] time this is the control system to set up the ability on the hydrogen fracturing process. [68:05] You ever see anything like that before? I asked the Lord in the experimentation to show me [68:11] and fatically what we have we have this called a vector graphics analysis. As you see it leaving [68:17] the heat zone you can see secondary and triple quadrupole explosions you can see it on different [68:22] angular rate and physicists know that when you release atomic energy there's a vector graph [68:29] a vector release of energy and any physicist that that was any salt can speed we are releasing the [68:35] atomic energy yield of an ordinary gallon of water and I don't need 10 million degrees of temperature. [68:41] And I don't need thousands of hundreds of thousands of millions of pounds of pressure in order to [68:46] accomplish a task. The process is totally completely non-radioactive. I do not use uranium 238 to 235. [68:53] Anything on that form of an isotope has resulted totally non-radioactive. [68:59] Now the Lord said that this knowledge would be used in a time of great trouble to knowledge [69:05] kind of time of great trouble but against battle and war. Right now we need to stabilize the economy [69:13] of the world because why? At a very short period of time if the energy problem is not small we're [69:19] going to war. The United States is spending over a billion dollars a year now to develop a task [69:25] force capable of taking care of their particular interests over there in the mid-east. And why do [69:32] you think Russia is going to make Afghanistan? And why do you think China now is starting to mobilize [69:37] because they want the energy too? Because of the nuclear problems that we have had the world needs [69:44] an answer and it needs it immediately. And you can go around within a period of 30 days. If you [69:52] don't think so you tell me if you can survive a faster 35 or 30 to 60 day fast. If the energy is [70:01] cut off the United States where are you going to get the energy to grow the food? And if you grow [70:06] hungry you're going to go to war. I don't care if you're the most passive man in the world everybody [70:11] on the on the face of this earth needs to satisfy one particular earth ability to eat. [70:19] That's why in the pamphlet you will see when you talk about phenomenal amount of energy. Now in the [70:23] Star Wars Development Program the water fuel cell relation to atomic energy is phenomenal because you [70:28] see United States is locked in an agreement with Russia that cannot bring a nuclear power device [70:33] in outer space. But because the fuel cell is non-radioactive because we're releasing from water we [70:40] now can utilize this as a fantastic ability to set up a global defense mechanism capable of [70:49] stabilizing the world. So the Lord said this knowledge would be used against war. But in [70:58] the final outcome in the hearts of men there's greed and there's power and there's evilness in the [71:03] hearts of men so eventually in a battle of arm and getting it will be used in that battle. And many [71:10] people thought that in Scripture says that the place will melt off the bones. They thought that [71:15] was a nuclear blast. No that's not true because the bombing of Nakasaka and Hiroshima that if you [71:20] were exposed to ground zero area on out if you were exposed to your body vaporized it's a particle [71:25] beam accelerator that's subjected to the people in the battle of Armageddon. I cannot hold that [71:31] type of technology from being perverted but I can use this technology to help stabilize the [71:36] economic base of this country and give the military superiority back to the American people to help [71:43] stabilize the world because if you look at the United States we're the only country in the world [71:48] that's stabilizing preventing global war. It's not in our hearts to go to war. We had a technology [71:54] back in World War II development of the atomic bomb that we could have absolutely brought the [72:00] needs of every country in the world down to their knees and we did not do that. No country in the [72:07] world had the power that we had. Technology wise this is the concept of development that you will [72:14] see relatively start period of time and NASA and development going on outer space the ability of [72:19] utilizing the atomic energy from water to develop your rocket propulsion system. This is another [72:26] advanced design that I'm working on in development of a water powered rocket engine that has the [72:31] ability of producing the gas economically releasing its atomic energy and it has a fantastic payload [72:37] to it. Why? When you look at scripture go back and look and there's Zikl's wheel. The only reason [72:46] why we have not put a man's satellite in outer space because we have a logistic problem. The [72:51] logistic problem being is that we can't transport standard fossil fuels in outer space economically [73:02] but when you're talking about a fuel cell technology releasing phenomenal amount of [73:07] phenomenal amount of energy in a control state I mean 108,000 barrels of oil is quite a lot of [73:12] energy right? You can sustain and maintain a space station in outer space so just exactly as a Zikl [73:21] had prophesied that in the end time you will see the man's satellite will now be put out there and [73:27] when you look at its design look at scripture. When you look at an American space station look [73:33] at scriptures and you will see a wheel within a wheel and that will be the power supply that will [73:39] now provide that. But who is the gentleman who filled this fuel cell out? You did. Have you seen me [73:44] before today? Have you ever talked to me before today? Good. I always I believe too this is very [73:51] powerful thing you know what no matter what anyone else says, truth or always prevails so I always like [73:55] to get somebody involved in this that I have no part in doing it. Now let me ask you some [74:02] embarrassing questions if I may. What did you put in this fuel cell? What did you get it out of? [74:10] Sink out of the back room. Did you fill this up with ordinary natural water? [74:14] Okay now did you process this water in any way? It didn't process it in any way shape or fashion [74:20] right? Did you add any chemicals to this system? It didn't. Okay now if this guy's lying you get [74:27] to beat him up. Okay as I said I believe truth is a very powerful thing and what no matter what [74:33] anyone says truth will always prevail. Now the prior study art says to produce any form of [74:37] hydrogen gas you got to have to seal water you got to fill this up between here to here with a chemical [74:42] additive such as sodium hydroxide to potassium hydroxide you have to put a phenomenal amount of [74:47] amps into the system and in that result is you produce a very low gas fuel. Now as we pointed [74:53] out in our presentation the water is a free energy show this is not and if I don't have to process [74:59] the water in any way does it cost me anything? If I don't have to package the water in any way [75:05] does it cost me anything? Therefore water is a very economical source of fuel if you can release [75:10] the hydrogen oxygen atom economically right? Now over here we have a little apparatus that [75:16] allows the voltage to take over and restrict the amps in it. Now for those who have never seen the [75:21] process or have not seen the process come on up I'd like to show this and demonstrate it to you. [75:33] Now what we're going to do here is to actually show that in fact that by [75:38] rejecting the amps our voltage take over that voltage does in fact influence the disassociation [75:43] of the water molecule. Now under the prior state of the art says the only the average potential [75:49] of a fuel cell was around two volts and then you stock in as many amps as you possibly can because [75:54] when you put an electrolyte in the water now the purpose for the electrolyte is that the still water [75:58] is an insulator to the flow of DC current so they have to add an electrolyte to the water in order to [76:04] electrify the water to allow amp flow to go into the system. So automatically a amp device or [76:10] electrolysis process is a dead short condition operates in a dead short condition and because [76:16] of that it will not allow voltage to come up. It's sucked in as much amps as it possibly can. [76:20] So under the prior state of the art around two volts potential you can see that there's a form [76:25] of hydrogen gas being developed. Now I'm going to now adjust the attenuation of voltage amplitude [76:31] upward and I'm going to adjust it to such an extent that only allow just the hydrogen and oxygen [76:38] gases now to be developed. Now you see these gases coming up? You're now producing hydrogen and [76:44] oxygen gas and the most economical means. Now I'm going to use you as a experimenter here. I want [76:49] you to put your hands on there and tell me if that's a cold or hot process. Is it cold or hot? [76:53] Cold. Okay now if you can sit down and then I'm going to have you come back up and forth. Now leaving [76:57] the power supply exactly constant if I were new the voltage zone inward I'm leaving the electronics [77:04] exactly constant now. The only parameter that I'm changing is the physical parameter of the voltage [77:10] zone. So I'm going to adjust the voltage down because I'm producing it too high. The purpose is [77:15] just to show you the phenomena. Now leaving the I'm going to adjust downward. Leaving the electronics [77:22] exactly constant. The only parameter I'm changing is the physical parameter. As you bring the voltage [77:26] zones in that influences the disassociation of water molecule even faster. So as I do this now [77:32] tell me if the hydrogen and gas is being increased. [77:35] Let me do it again now. [77:43] Reverse all coming in this way. All right now when I move the voltage zones backwards tell me if the [77:48] hydrogen and gas slows down. Just slow down. All right now moving the physical parameters [77:53] together again tell me if the hydrogen and oxygen gas being generated is now being speeded up. [77:59] That in fact slows in fact the voltage does influence the disassociation of the water molecule [78:04] and when we present this to the examiner chiefs of the United States Patent Office 101 [78:08] showing operability they stated in fact that there was no other former operatist that we needed to [78:12] show that voltage does influence the disassociation of the water molecule. Now as a counter proof to [78:17] this we move the voltage zones backwards to one end spacing and I now should be able to [78:22] attenuate the voltage upward and increase the voltage upwards to increase hydrogen gas generation. [78:28] I'm going to raise it up a little bit and tell me if the hydrogen gas speeded up. [78:32] It speeded up. All right now I'm going to lower the voltage down and tell me if it slows down. [78:38] Slow down. All right now I'm going to adjust it up again. Now you see any hidden tubes or anything [78:43] in the apparatus? This ordinary little 18 gauge wire by the way. It speeded up. [78:49] Now let's put your hands in there and tell me that's a cold hot process. [78:54] It's a cold process right? Under the prior state of the arts you try to generate any form of [78:58] hydrogen gas. You saw a tremendous amount of amps. When you put the voltage zones together [79:01] this starts turning cherry red hot. It actually created a dead short condition and just start fusing [79:07] everything together. Okay now over here to show you another form of the we are not [79:14] demonstrating in this to you under the ideal condition all we want to do is to show you basic [79:19] principles that we have solved the engineering design interfacing capabilities of utilizing [79:24] ordinary natural water as a new energy source. Now if I can sustain a hydrogen and oxygen [79:30] flame well over 5,000 degrees under control state then it's quite obvious that I'm releasing energy [79:35] from water that if you shove it into a carburetor you could actually run a car down the road on [79:40] water right? Now I have over here as we mentioned earlier that this is a possible least frequency [79:45] generator. It's actually a car alternator. When you deregulate a car alternator it becomes a voltage [79:51] device. Now as I pointed out you go to your local nationwide parts dealer and you buy a little black [79:55] box that can convert the alternator from 12 volts up to 110 volts and you can operate it as a voltage [80:01] device. An alternator was developed as a voltage device and it was restricted down to voltage [80:06] regulation as an amp device. Now this car alternator is actually now as a possible least [80:12] frequency generator by eliminating the voltage regulation. Over here we have a transformer. [80:19] We're only going to allow 5 volts at just the 5 volts at 2 amps across the field of this [80:27] alternator. Now that's only 10 watts of electrical energy. On a maximum duty loading of an alternator [80:32] you would put 12 volts of 10 amps or 120 watts across the field of the alternator. If you remember [80:37] now I said if you restrict the field backwards and only allow the magnetic field just across the [80:43] pickup coils of that possible least frequency generator you will restrict the answer I wanted [80:47] to take over because amp brawl cannot go any greater than that of the strength of the magnetic [80:52] field. Now you'll see here if you look at the pulley wheels of this alternator that it's attached [80:59] to this electric motor and the pulley wheel will turn or this motor will turn this possible [81:04] least frequency generator at or slightly less than the speed of your car. It is not turning in maximum [81:10] rpm. Now on a maximum duty loading of 12 volts at 10 amps or 120 watts of electrical energy [81:17] into a car alternator it would take a 7 horsepower motor in order to turn the alternator. That's a [81:23] one and a half electric horse motor. There's no way in the world that that alternator is turning [81:27] at maximum duty rpm. Now let's see what we can do with an ordinary car alternator converted into a [81:34] pulse hold each frequency generator. Number one can we demonstrate the ability of producing a hydrogen [81:40] and oxygen gas economically. Second area was the ability to develop the ability to control the [81:46] hydrogen gas on demand. Third area was adjust the burn rate of hydrogen to co-equal that of fossil [81:54] fuel and do it under law of economics. The guy who's doing the most economical way is going to [81:58] win out. Maestro I want you to notice see if there's any hoses or anything around there. You see any [82:03] of that. There's hoses. All right I'm going to have Charlie now barely adjust. We'll start it slow [82:12] harder to start slow than this fast. Now see the hydrogen and oxygen gas being produced. I want [82:19] you to put your hands on here and tell me if it's cold or hot. Tell me if that's cold or hot. [82:26] Tell me if it's cold or hot. It's cold process right. Open your hands. All right now here's your [82:32] pulse and here's your answer. I'm going to allow Charlie to adjust to the five volts around two [82:37] amps. I want you to look at here and see if we now can control the rate of hydrogen production. [82:42] Watch this. I'll figure out. [82:46] Did it increase? You see an increase in it? All right. What's your voltage? [82:54] About five volts. About four volts. What's your amps? [82:58] That's two amps. We know around two amps are about eight watts of power going in the alternator. [83:05] Now when you look at the gauge here you see the gauge. That gauge is not an ounces. [83:12] Dillman it's in pounds of pressure. It's not an ounce. I want you to look at the gauge if you [83:17] will come up and I want you to look at the gauge and tell me what pounds of hydrogen we have right [83:23] right now. Okay now I want you to look at the rate of the needle, the speed at which the needle's [83:28] moving now and I want to have Charlie up the voltage and tell me if the needle will speed up. [83:35] Now watch it now. Oh I'm sorry. I'm gonna lower it. Did it slow down? Okay now I want you to look at [83:44] the needle now and tell me if it's moving at a constant rate. Is it moving at a constant rate? [83:50] All right I'm gonna have Charlie now up the voltage and tell me if the needle will speed up. [83:55] The speed up? All right now I want you to look at the needle and tell me if it's moving at a constant [84:01] rate. All right put your hand on here put your hand on here and tell me it's cold or hot. [84:14] Was it instantaneous? I want Charlie to do this again. [84:18] He's gonna illustrate that this constant man does so fast with producing the energy we are now [84:22] consuming it. I want you to look at this as an instantaneous responsibility. [84:29] Should we start up again? All right again tell me if that's cold or hot. [84:35] What poundage are we at? About eight and a half go up to nine pounds right? On a prior state of [84:41] yard you would stock him between 2,500 to 3,000 amps to try to do what we're doing on next to nothing. [84:46] This would totally completely turn cherry red hot become super super hot and the water would [84:51] start to vaporize and the plates would sort out the entire system. Now we demonstrate the third [84:57] capability is the ability to adjust the burner rate of hydrogen and coagulate fossil fuel. Do you [85:02] you feel any any gas coming out of there? Come on up here I want you to put your hand on there [85:08] tell me you feel any gas coming out of there. Well how can gas come out of there you don't put water [85:14] in it right? Okay now when you burn it's right now when you burn hydrogen you cannot see it or smell [85:21] it or taste it's a very clean burning fuel. You're going to see a small part of the flame don't let [85:26] that powder you it's well over 5,000 degrees the part of the flame it just be is the ambient air [85:31] that's being mixed with a hydrogen and oxygen gas to support a pure hydrogen and oxygen flame [85:37] which is well over 5,000 degrees. Okay that's it. [85:48] See it's there turn to that now. Now you see a flame? Now you wouldn't see for the first time [85:55] in a true scientific terminology the ability of burning ordinary natural water. Now we're [86:01] sustaining the production of hydrogen gas at the same rate of the generator. Now we are adjusting [86:08] the hydrogen and burn rate automatically down to around 47 centimeters a second. Now what Charlie [86:13] is doing is taking an ordinary paperclip that has a high mill alloy in it and as you see see that [86:19] hydrogen and flame is actually melting that paperclip. Now it's not the size of the flame that [86:25] counts it's the amount of energy that's being released from the flame. Charlie's taking the [86:30] match and trying to explode it to the paperclip it would take a flame well over 200 times greater [86:35] in spice and energy capacity to get it to a point of trying to melt it. Now if you don't bleed me go [86:40] home and take a butane torch and try to do the wood drill with ordinary natural water [86:45] and we're releasing the energy on our control state. Now I want this to come in here if you put [86:50] your hands on the fuel cell and tell me if it's cold or hot. It's cold process right? [86:56] On the prior state of the art that after as I pointed out to you that the socket in 2500 to 3000 [87:01] amps due to the we're doing basically on very low energy input in the system. [87:07] Now there's an outfit out in California that's been trying to duplicate our process [87:11] of an apparatus that costs well over a million and a half dollars to do this. [87:15] We are using the water as a gas mixing regulator and producing the energy on the man basis and as [87:20] you see Charlie can take it and use it as a virtually as a cutting torch. Now we're going to [87:26] demonstrate that because we're using the water as a gas mixing regulator we can maintain the [87:34] combustion rate of the hydrogen gas regardless of the generator. Put the turn lights back out so [87:42] we can demonstrate this. Now to demonstrate this is that hydrogen burns in a very narrow window [87:48] but because we're using the water as a gas mixing regulator we can control the combustion rate of [87:53] the hydrogen gas regardless of the rate of the generator. Now I'm having Charlie lowering the [87:57] voltage and as a result you're going to see the flame go downward but the flame is maintained. [88:03] Now this is very important because we can maintain the combustion rate regardless of the rate of [88:08] the generator. We now can hook it up to your car or hook it up to the furnace so we can hook it up [88:13] to some other form of energy device and know that we're going to maintain that combustion rate [88:18] under prior steady art that was totally impossible. Now see the flame going down? [88:24] Now I'm going to have Charlie up the voltage and now you're going to see that the hydrogen flame is [88:29] increasing. Now mind you now I'm saying that we are demonstrating this under the worst conditions [88:34] not the most ideal conditions. The ideal conditions we can release enough energy to boil a roof off [88:38] this place and I don't have the money to pay dirt for the reconstruction of the building [88:43] and I'm sure they wouldn't ask back. All right now I want you to tell me again it's a fuel cell hot [88:48] of cold. Still cold process. Now I want you to put your finger on there and tell me if that's hot. [88:58] Now I did that. It's a hot of cold. Just a hair warm right? Well how can we support a flame [89:06] well over 5,000 degrees and now put the finger on it. Let me ask you a question. How can you be able [89:13] to support a flame well over 5,000 degrees and yet this thing does not become super hot? The reason [89:18] being is that we developed a patented printing circuit which allows the facility to prevent [89:23] anti spark back into the generator. This now makes the generator a stealth to stay in here a very [89:28] stealth style generator because in a mercury slide whatever go wrong will go wrong. It's [89:34] electronically interfaced. We can shut off the system if any form of malfunction will occur. [89:46] You're going to shut it off over now that flame? Yeah. All right put your hand again and tell me [89:51] that's hot of cold. [89:52] I'd be quick one. Just belly warm. Okay now if you go sit down we'll go on with the presentation. [90:01] I don't? Yes. Until until the water go out of the fuel cell or reduce down with the water [90:10] with the fuel below the exciter element. In other words you keep the port in until you [90:17] consumed all the water all the process. That's being a stealth real poor material. Now as I questioned [90:28] this man earlier in the presentation about the water he said he used natural water right? [90:33] No chemical adders did not process it anyway. Now if any inventor says to you that they've come up [90:39] with a design concept or an invention that has all pluses and no negatives get up and walk out [90:46] I'd be doing the same thing. There is a negative aspect to the fuel cell [90:51] but it is a blessing in disguise. Now as the man testified that he was using ordinary natural [90:57] water and you notice the colorization in the water here. Now since we're spilling the water molecule [91:02] by the influence of voltage any form of contaminants in the water remains as contaminants and as a [91:09] result of that contaminants remain in the fuel cell the liberated hydrogen oxygen gas is now [91:14] being combined with the ambient air that's in the water and adjusting the burn rate down [91:19] where it's supporting a high temperature flame. So you remember back at the time of the Arab and [91:24] Bargo that people were going to the hospital like Riverside Hospital or one of the hospitals in [91:29] Columbus and they were going to the hospital to get well but they were drinking water and [91:34] dying of Legionnaires disease. Anyone ever know about that? You hear about that? What took place? [91:39] But they didn't have the energy they dropped it down to a certain temperature and as a result that [91:43] Legionnaires disease the germs bested and that's what took place. So inherently just as [91:51] Christmas as even the desert areas were blossoming if there's any contaminants in the water remains [91:57] in the fuel cell if there's any bacteria that is in the water that attaches itself to the gasses [92:04] there is no bacteria on the face of this earth that I know of that can live to an exposure of [92:10] 5,000 degree flames. Now if you don't believe me go ask the R laboratory of how they get rid of and [92:18] kill all of this germ warfare they expose the germs to a high temperature flame. So by simply now [92:25] recapturing the gasses pulling them down and recapturing bring them back you now have a most [92:32] fantastic water purification system free of all contaminants and bacteria. Now the most phenomenal [92:41] event about this is you see any filters to the system? You see any chemicals to the system? [92:48] If you look at the prior state of the art dictates you got to process the water you got to run it [92:52] through activated charcoal granules that have a certain life expectancy to it or other types of [92:58] chemical filters and you got to process the water in any way shape or fashion. The fuel cell does not [93:03] have to go through that expenditure in order to come up with a water source free of all bacteria [93:11] or free of bacteria and contaminants so inherently the water fuel cell is a fantastic water purification [93:17] system. Now so years ago we demonstrated on channel 6 and 1 in a 16 horsepower tractor engine [93:26] off of water and it was obvious that when we were doing this at that time we could hook a [93:35] gearbox to that 16 horsepower tractor engine and now attach an electrical generator to it [93:41] and produce electrical energy by using the fuel cell. Now this is all right except one thing it [93:47] does not comply to the laws of economics the guy who conducts the most cheapest way is going to [93:52] win out. If you would drive your car for an example 100,000 miles at 55 miles per hour you'll be in [93:58] that car roughly 2,000 hours. Now if you have a car that lasts without any maintenance costs for over [94:07] that period of 2,000 hours let me know because somewhere along the line you're going to repair [94:12] or replace or service that engine so it makes the state of the art nonfeasible non practical to use [94:20] to produce electrical energy. As a result of this we had to come up with a very high reliable power [94:26] electrical power system due to the fact that the fuel cell utilizes voltage. Now a voltage device is [94:34] relatively very small as compared to an amp device. You know what an amp generator looks like to [94:40] produce 2,000 amps? Pretty big isn't it? A voltage device is relatively very small. Now in order to [94:49] do this the Lord had me to develop a whole series of very economical very economic and very efficient [94:58] electrical generators. Now to understand what we're going to show you I have to now go back to what's [95:05] called the prior state of the art. Now as I pointed out to you that we demonstrated this under the [95:10] most adverse conditions we did not demonstrate this under the ideal conditions. This is what's [95:16] just referred to as a standard rotary electrical generator and under Murphy's and Faraday's law [95:23] of electronic or inductance states and clearly in fact that you must move a magnetic field through [95:28] a coil wire to produce electrical energy. Who's ever heard of that? Is that not the base law of [95:34] electrical generation? It is. You must pass a magnetic field through a coil wire to generate [95:40] electrical energy. Under the prior state of the art you have an armature here as you see right here [95:48] and you must excite the armature with energy if you're going to use a coil or you use a permanent [95:54] magnet and you have what's called a stator ring. Now the purpose of the stator ring was to elevate [95:59] the magnetic field off of the armature and pass it through this pickup coil and create this and [96:05] complete this electromagnetic circuit and then by oscillating this electromagnetic circuit you now [96:12] are producing the electrical energy. Now under the prior state of the art as in fact you cannot [96:17] produce more energy on the output side than you put on the input side. As an example of what we [96:23] have shown you with a standard rotary electrical generator if you were to put 10 volts of 10 amps [96:29] across a field of the alternator you would add in 120 watts of power but you also have to add [96:35] in another form of energy to this generator. Now our rotary electrical generator has the same problem [96:41] in the fact is one is electrical energy to create the field. Now that energy to create the field [96:49] is only 120 watts of power. Now it's known in physics that that field does not degenerate [96:57] when that field is turning through the coil and what proves that out I could take a permanent [97:01] magnet and rotate it in the coil of wire for an extremely long periods of time and as long as the [97:05] magnetic field is there that permanent magnet is there producing electrical energy right. [97:10] Now if you don't believe me go down to cosine then you can go over and look at Thomas Adderson's [97:14] generator that has the magnetic field that's rotating allowing the conductor to rotate through [97:19] the magnetic field and they're still there today and it still works. So the field is not degenerated [97:25] by a permanent magnet. Now the point being is I'm trying to bring out here the energy into this [97:32] generator is to produce the magnetic field of 120 watts of power. Question what is actually producing [97:38] the electrical energy? It's the field passing the coil of wires not. It's the 120 watts of energy [97:46] that's going in to this generator that's actually producing the energy but inherently in the inherent [97:54] design of a rotor electrical generator you got a design problem. Design problem is you've got to [98:01] satisfy Maxwell's Fairleigh's wall of inductance by passing a magnetic field through a coil of wire [98:06] so as a result you must now rotate this armature. Now when you energize that armature you produce [98:13] an electrical magnetic field do you not? And as you produce this field to complete this circuit [98:19] the field now goes into the stator ring comes around the coil and comes back through to complete [98:24] the circuit. You got an air gap there and when that air gap is there right there creates an opposing [98:32] magnetic field. It creates a north and south magnetic field here. Have you ever taken two magnets [98:41] to put them together? Does it take energy to pull apart? There's a lot of energy right? So when this [98:47] circuit is energized here to rotate this armature takes a tremendous amount of energy. The [98:53] stronger that magnetic field becomes the greater the mechanical torque power is required in order [99:00] to rotate that armature. Now on a maximum duty loading would take a seven horsepower motor [99:06] so now the total amount of energy input in to an all-enator is equivalent to 700 to convert [99:13] mechanical energy and electrical energy. You would now multiply seven horsepower times 746 watts of [99:20] electrical energy so the total amount of energy input into a standard rotary electrical generator [99:24] as we show here is 5222 watts of energy. Now the 5222 watts of energy is being expended by [99:36] rotating the magnetic field right? The 120 watts of energy is only needed to pass the magnetic field [99:43] through the coil of water to produce electrical energy. So inherently the total amount of energy [99:48] input into this rotary electrical generator is 120 watts plus 5222 watts or a total of 5342 [99:57] watts of energy is now going into this generator at maximum duty loading. Now you expended all this [100:04] energy but what are you getting on the output side? 12 volts at 60 amps or 160 watts of power. [100:13] Now efficiency is defined as energy input versus energy output is it not? So if I would now divide [100:19] 760 watts into 5222 watts of energy then it would be what a minus 17 times 11 times something like [100:29] that someone got a calculator? I'm not a good mathematician so someone's got a calculator [100:35] please calculate that. That's why they say under prior state arts cannot produce more [100:39] energy in output side than you can put on the input side because inherently of the design [100:44] problem is called an imposing magnetic field problem. Now if in fact I could solve this [100:51] opposing magnetic field problem right here I could in fact come up with a world's very efficient [100:56] electrical generator could have not if I can solve that one little design problem. Well how do you [101:04] do it? The simplest idea is the most profoundest idea it's not the complicated ones. Now when I tell [101:09] that the Lord has given me a design of a revolutionary new electrical generator I tell him look here's [101:14] the following characteristic it has one moving part doesn't wear out it has no bearings it has no [101:19] contact brushes I can give you a single or three phase or any multi-phase power output that you so [101:23] desire. Now if that doesn't bother you I can drop in a bucket of water and never short out. [101:29] Well if you're looking for what I'm looking at you can get some smirks and the guys [101:32] sit around the chair but after I spoke to them they stopped laughing. They're no longer laughing I [101:38] challenge all technical people in these presentations prove me wrong. How do we solve the problem? Number [101:46] one the Lord told me to take a non-magnetic closed loop tube take a non-magnetic material [101:52] tubular material and make a closed loop out of it. Now what constitutes a non-magnetic tube? [101:59] Copper, aluminum, brass certain types of non-magnetic stainless steel how about plastics? [102:07] Any form of material that's when it's subjected to the magnetic field will not become permanently [102:12] magnetized. Now the reason for that is is that we we don't want opposition to the movement of the [102:17] field. All of them are sufficient electrical generator the world's oversteem because you see [102:24] because you see if I would take the parts that you aren't put it in your home [102:29] then within 80 to 90 days you would have to either replace or perform service on that [102:34] that a rotary electrical generator and at a cost of around 450 dollars every 90 days so the all the [102:41] laws of economics mix up non-peaceful. I want a generator that doesn't make any noise you can put [102:46] it in the home produce you 220 200 amps 223 amp drawl you don't even know it's there you forgot [102:51] about it and it's generated electric energy it has very low maintenance cost it applies to the [102:56] law of economics. So Lord first had me come up with a non-magnetic tubular structure now I must [103:02] comply to the law of economics a passionate magnetic field through a coil of wire so I now put a [103:08] pickup coil on one end of this non-magnetic tube. Now the Lord had me go ahead and fill this tube up [103:17] with a permanently magnetized material a material that's when it's exposed to a magnetic field will [103:24] become permanently magnetized and when that becomes magnetized it will now produce and emanate a [103:30] magnetic field like you see around this non-magnetic tube. Now if you and electronics know that if you [103:37] magnetize a bar the magnetic fields will go from north to south would it not? What happens if you [103:42] take the bar and you turn it around and you close it up like a loop and it has no ends to it? When [103:48] you magnify the bar or magnify this ring which way does the magnetic field emanate? Around the ring [103:55] does it not? What proves that in electronics? It's called a torodeo core. Anyone ever see a torodeo core [104:01] or a pulsing core or a pulsing transformer? The same thing occurs except the difference between [104:07] the torodeo core and this analysis is that a torodeo core has a material that will not [104:13] maintain the magnetic field. It is not a permanently magnetized material it only allows the magnetic [104:18] flux lines to go through it. The requirement of the EPG electrical generator is that the material [104:23] once it's exposed will become permanently magnetized. Now once the closed-loop system becomes permanently [104:28] magnetized like that magnetic ring or the torodeo core is there any more energy going in to maintain [104:35] that magnetic field? No, keep that in mind. Now to satisfy Maxwell and Faraday's Lawless [104:43] and the inductance if I can move that field through a coil of wire would I not generate [104:48] electrical energy? Absolutely. So if I put now a gas accelerator or a particle accelerator in this [104:55] closed-loop system and move this particle, move these magnetized particles through here [105:01] and allow the magnetic field to cut the coil of wire I would generate electrical energy. [105:07] Now where's the bearing? And where's contact brushing? Could I in fact encase this with a [105:14] watertight jacket or a housing and drop it in water would it short out? Now as I pointed out [105:20] earlier not only do we file the patents on its technology but we also file the patents on its [105:26] related technology. Now there's a lot of different ways to move the permanently magnetized gas. One [105:32] of the ways is the fact that we move it with a non-magnetic turbine wheel. Now mind you under this [105:39] rotary electrical generator it took took 5,200 watts of energy to generate this maximum [105:44] duty loading. How much power mechanical torque energy do I need in order to move this magnetic [105:51] field this permanently magnetic particles through this closed-loop system? I need a relatively very [105:57] small drive system would I not? Because we're not dealing now in horsepower we're dealing in torque [106:05] ounces. Now those who don't understand what torque ounces are that's the amount of pressure that it's [106:10] applied for a rotational force. So torque force. So how much energy do I need to apply to this [106:18] non-magnetic turbine wheel to move this permanently magnetized gas through this closed-loop system? [106:23] Very little as opposed to the fire state of the art. Now I can now turn this permanently magnetic wheel [106:31] by many different methods. One is I can hook either an A or D C electric motor to that turbine right? [106:37] But since I'm dealing in torque ounces how big is the electric motor? Relatively very small. [106:43] You ever see these little cars going around at these tracks and kids play with you know? [106:49] There's a little motor in it right? Could I now use one of those little motors to turn this non-magnetic [106:54] turbine wheel? Now if I don't have an A C D C motor with me could I turn that non-magnetic wheel by [107:00] hydraulics? How about steam power? Now if I don't have A C or D C conventional power could I use [107:07] solar energy? I'm not talking about these solar banks that cost $144,000 per bank. I'm talking about [107:13] two or three little solar cells to operate that electric motor. Now if I don't have electrical [107:18] energy or solar energy or hydraulics or steam with me is there any other way I can operate it? [107:24] Could I operate it by an internal combustion engine? Hop out of a little bit of an airplane [107:29] engine like a .049. Right? Now if you don't have that I get Jerry back here and I can use band power. [107:38] Show me any forearm of a generator, electrical generator that has that type of interfacing [107:43] characteristics. Now here's NASA building these gigantic windmills three hundred and twenty feet [107:51] high with these fantastic blades on it. Now why do they have to design these gigantic blades for? [107:56] Because they got to overcome the opposing magnetic field problem that's associated with [108:01] rotary electrical generators. Could I not hook a windmill to this? Then how big would the windmill [108:07] be? Because you want like that? By the way could I not put the windmill in front of your car and [108:13] as you go down the road develop the voltage to produce the hydrogen and run the car? Because I [108:18] don't have to consume five thousand two and twenty watts of power on it to consume a very little [108:22] bit of power to move the magnetized gas. Now through the eyes of a businessman that's the weak [108:30] winky to the system. And the fact that that has moving parts right? So eventually that we're out [108:35] so I want to go another way. I want to be able to propel the gas or the permanently magnetized [108:41] material by other means. Now before I go on I want to point out something here. If I'm turning [108:46] this turbine at a constant rate and the permanently magnetized material rotates from here all the [108:52] way around and I come in one second and then I let the velocity of the gas to be constant. [108:59] Question could I increase power output without increasing the power input stage? [109:05] And the answer is yes because I now can take this coil and wrap another coil around the tube and [109:11] another coil around the tube and I'm now going from a single to a three phase valence phase system. [109:18] Now the power company drops the windmill and stops in one of the three legs. It feeds [109:24] any current back into the three phase motors and as a result burns up a lot of these three [109:28] phase motors to the farmer. And if you ever bought a three phase electric motor man you got a deep [109:33] deep in your pocket to get the money right? The utility company has asked me so years ago when I [109:38] gave a testimony on WCBO how in the world can you come up with plus and minus in regulations to [109:44] regulate it within one percent? Well at the velocity of the gas here is the same as here [109:49] as the same as here isn't it? So therefore I have total complete valence phasing and I'm not using [109:54] any formal electronic circuit design to accomplish a task. Now power output of a generator is determined [110:01] in a following way. Fire state of the art number one is [110:08] the strength of the magnetic field that we talked about. The velocity by which the field [110:12] moves through the coil. The number of turns per coil and the number of coils this happens to have [110:19] in a power output three coils 33 loose. It's inherently restricted to that power output design [110:26] because of the air gap problem and the power generator equated we can increase power output [110:33] by simply increasing and putting more coils around this pickup tube to increase power output [110:40] of the system. This is a model that's required on the patent office to develop this is electrical [110:46] particle generator. This is your non-magnetic turbine wheel. This is your electric motor. These [110:51] coils right here are what is called orientation coils and it deals with the alignment of the [110:57] dinaxes of the gas for a plus with the off-presenter later. This is your copper tubing that comes out [111:04] and it's wrapped around this pickup as you see right here these pickup coils and since this [111:10] closed loop system once you fill this up with a primary magnetized gas the magnetic field is [111:14] emanated around that tube. Now when you turn this electric motor you're now moving the gas [111:20] to such an extent that it's now crossing the coils pickup coils and it's now producing electrical [111:26] energy. Now these pickup coils could be hooked in serious parallel arrangement to come up with any [111:32] power or voltage or amp power that you need. Now we came to come to the fact can we not move the [111:43] primary magnetized gas without any mechanical displacement part. You're now going to witness [111:48] the first time the development of an electronic electrical generator. Now over here I have what's [111:53] called an electrical the electromagnetic pump system. It operates very similar to a linear motor. [112:02] Anyone ever know what a linear motor is? The definition of a linear motor is try to take a [112:07] magnetic field to prepare something. And the technology was the requirement of how in the [112:13] world could you propel a primary magnetized material in a closed loop system you could do it on a [112:17] prior city art. So the development that if I could in fact develop a way of triggering the [112:24] pulses in a way to move in a linear fashion is sweeping the field you now could come up with a [112:30] ability to move that mass in a closed loop system. To give an illustration of this [112:43] I'm now using an ordinary electromagnetic field to move mass. [112:52] That's an example. Now like somebody come up here if you will I want you to look at that [112:58] and I want you to tell me if there's any gears or teeth or anything like that in there. [113:07] Now pictures work a thousand words it's the same system here. This is the electromagnetic pump [113:11] system. This is a non-magnetic tube. This is your pickup coil and as a result when you sweep the [113:18] field in a linear motion it acts as a pump. It actually sucks in the gas here and repels it out [113:24] of here. The gas is now being moved around this closed loop system and the magnetic field as we [113:28] talked about the permanent magnetic field is now circulating and it's now producing electrical [113:32] energy. Now let me ask you a question. Where's the bearing? Where's contact brushes? We use the [113:39] latest state of solid state circuit design and the capabilities of electronic circuits are the last [113:45] for 20 to 30 years since we are having no mechanical moving parts what's going to wear out of the system. [113:52] Nothing so therefore we'd have a very highly reliable system. Now this was an alternate step in [113:58] three phase or multi-phase power output. We could now subdivide the tubular structure in this fashion [114:05] to come up with a multi-phase power output. As we've shown this is a picture and that's the [114:10] apparatus of the EPG Electro generator. Now keeping everything constant [114:16] could we increase power output still further by increasing the velocity of the gas? [114:26] And the answer is yes because now we can coat the inside of this non-magnetic tube with a [114:31] reflective surface. Anyone ever see copper coated with nickel chrome? [114:37] Now anyone ever know about what's called a light guy or fiber optics? [114:46] The for telephones that transmit light energy? I now can inject into the process [114:54] photon energy which interacts with the electromagnetic field at the speed of light [114:58] and therefore use it as a pumping action and produce tremendous amounts of electrical energy. [115:04] Now example what would happen if I would take a non-magnetic tube [115:08] and take it all the way down the Gulf of Mexico bring it back here to Deer Creek. [115:12] I put a thousand turns for coil and hook these coils in parallel series arrangement all the way [115:17] down the Gulf of Mexico bring it back fill that dude up with a magnetized gas and I use a laser [115:25] energy to excite the gas into a propellant. How much electrical energy do you think I can generate? [115:34] I could generate all the electrical energy going all the way down to the Gulf of Mexico [115:39] and I'm doing it all non-magnetically or non-mechanically. [115:45] Now we develop also the ability of what's called a pulse voltage sprinkler generator. [115:51] I don't want to move the gas and the prior state we're using or moving the gas but I want to move [115:56] the gas. Therefore if you remember under dinaxis of a magnet we now can come up with the designers [116:06] or scientists says if we could oscillate a permanently magnetic field we could come up with [116:10] an ultra-efficient electrical generator right. Energy input is only to oscillate the magnetic field [116:17] not to create the field so energy is not being consumed to create the field. So what had me [116:22] develop what's called a pulse voltage frequency generator. Now if this is a closed-loop system as [116:27] I pointed out when it's permanently magnetized the magnetic field emanates around that ring does [116:32] it not. Now what happens if I would now take a part of this ring as a key and take it out of the ring. [116:40] What happened to the field? It would collapse and it would form into a horseshoe magnet would it not? [116:47] Everyone see a horseshoe magnet? A horseshoe magnet has carried rips and it's got open in. [116:52] I don't know how physics anything a difference of potential we know that a magnetic field will [116:57] travel very easily in this type of a system or in the metal and travels very it's very hard to [117:04] travel in there. As a result of that the horseshoe magnet comes in. Now if I would insert the metal [117:10] ring back into here and close it up again what would happen to the magnetic field. It would now [117:15] reconstitute itself around the ring. So if I would have now a pickup coil around this ring and if I'd [117:22] move this mechanical key in and out would I not oscillate the permanent magnetic field? [117:27] And as a result I would generate electrical energy would it not? Now moving that magnetic key would [117:32] wear out. You'd have a design problem it wouldn't it wouldn't last very long but I'm looking at [117:38] longevity because you see different designs in EPG system were designed to operate under different [117:43] climatical conditions under different requirements throughout the world. That's right my prayer to [117:48] the Lord was Lord you help me put a park's plan of country and I'll do anything you want me to do [117:52] so we had to solve a lot of facets of problems in order to do this. So therefore we put two [117:57] pulsing coils on either end of this open gap and when I energize these two coils it produces an [118:04] electromagnetic field here an electromagnetic field what are they? When I create this magnetic field [118:10] this magnetic field will now overcome the opposition of difference of potential of this [118:15] air cap and cause these magnetic particles to swing in its axis form and now when I pulse [118:21] these coils this magnetic field is oscillating back and forth and I'm now generating electrical [118:26] energy. Now in the prior study art on high pulse voltage frequency it was absolutely in [118:33] a characteristic that the higher the higher you pulse it the lower power you you can generate [118:38] from it but the electrical pulse voltage frequency generator now gives us the ability to pulse at a [118:44] very high pulse rate frequency and deliver a high power yield. Now Charlie has here this is the [118:51] forerunner the pulse voltage frequency generator this is your air gap this is your non-magnetic tube [118:56] filled with a magnetized gas. Now these coils are now pulsed in a sequential fashion they're [119:03] pulsed together or dual-fashioned sequentially and each coil here now overcomes the pulsing [119:08] limitation of one coil adds another coil and as a result the more coils you have here you can [119:14] increase the pulse frequency at a tremendous rate because the flipping of the dinaxes of the [119:19] permanent magnetized material is at a phenomenal rate so as a result we have a very efficient [119:24] pulse voltage frequency generator as you see right here. Now are there other ways to [119:35] accomplish a task? We pointed out the air gap problem is a phenomenal problem with a rotary [119:40] electrical generator right because that field has got to go across the air gap and creates that [119:45] magnetic field that opposes the rotation of the armature. Can we now absolutely take and rotate [119:52] or spin a magnetic field without any mechanical displacement part? Can we do that? The simplest [119:58] idea and most profoundest idea is not the complicated one you're now seeing an answer to a phenomenal [120:04] design problem that here are the four the designers and developers never thought about. [120:09] Do you see an auger? Now if I put this auger or this spiral divider inside the non-magnetic tube [120:17] if I would push the gas would the gas not spin? Would it not spin? Now is there any mechanical [120:23] displacement? To do that I'm only pushed the gas right? All right as a result of this we now can [120:30] spin the magnetic field in this example we got a three channel divider that we now can spin the field [120:38] and do it non-mechanically. Now this is staying a rotary electrical generator spins at around [120:47] 1750 rpm whoever heard of that. The reason why the designers picked 750 rpm is because [120:54] that if you spin it any faster the bearing heat up the material starts to fall apart and the [120:58] generator starts to disintegrate. Okay now if I would take and put a thousand twists on this [121:08] spiral corridor and put it inside this EPG electrical generator and let's say I had a thousand [121:15] twists in here if I was moving the gas around this closed-loop system in one second how many times [121:20] would that magnetic field spin? All right now if I took the divider and I had three magnetic fields [121:29] now spinning and a thousand twists that's 3000 rpm right? Now am I subject or limited to a thousand [121:37] twists I go three thousand what have you? If I put a 12 corridor divider into the process [121:44] I would now spin 12 fields in one second whether or not a thousand times or I would be spinning [121:51] equivalent of 12,000 magnetic lines of force through a pickup coil or a series of these pickup coils. [121:59] All right. [122:13] Face to cooler down all right when you're talking about generating energy at that level you're talking [122:18] about generating tremendous amount of electrical energy. Point being is that you design it to be [122:24] or calibrate it to the load design that you're going to design it with. Now the point bringing [122:28] is that the magnetized material can be either in a liquid splurri or in a gas form since we are [122:34] using a gas form gas is relatively light versus a liquid substance so you can propel it with a [122:41] very low amount of energy in the electromagnetic field is tremendously strong. All right now we [122:46] got other other factors as I mentioned about the orientation coils if we pause the orientation coils [122:52] fast we now can rotate the dying axes of the gas very fast and produce this type of a magnetic [122:59] waveform. If you pause its flur as the gas as the fields moving down the tube you'll create this [123:06] form of a magnetic waveform. Now in the prior city art you only move the field in one direction [123:15] in the EPG system technology you first of all move the field in a linear fashion [123:21] secondly because of the auger effect you are not only moving the linearly you're now spinning it [123:26] along the action. Now by pausing the magnetized gas to change the dying axes you are now oscillating [123:33] the magnetic field up and down through the magnetic field so you got three movements of the magnetic [123:38] field. Now gas does have a characteristic that they can be compressed can they not? [123:44] Can you compress a gas? So if I would now subject the gas either to a physical pressure [123:49] or electromagnetic pressure I now can compress the gas and then release the compressed gas and I now [123:55] come up with a compressional waveform as you see right here. So I have a fourth level of magnetic [124:02] field deflection to satisfy the law of a pair of days and next to the law of inductance to produce [124:07] electrical energy. Now if that doesn't bother you enough you can take the non-magnetic tube [124:12] you can spiral it through this pickup coil and in my earlier example if I had a three [124:20] channel spiral corridor and each one of these tributary wraps or spiral wraps that you see [124:26] in our models if this is spinning three times how many magnetic fields is now spinning through this [124:33] coil? Twelve times right? So three times three three fields per leg times four means [124:41] I'm now spinning twelve magnetic fields through a coil of wire to produce electrical energy. [124:47] Power output says to stick to the magnetic field and the velocity by which the magnetic field [124:52] transfers to the coil of wire to produce electrical energy. Now you can either use a spiral configuration [124:59] pickup coil or you go to a coronial core. If I want to for example put an electrical power system [125:04] in to Columbus I can simply take this non-magnetic tubular configuration and put it around the [125:11] outer belt of 270 out of belt area and propel the permanently magnetized gas and and what have you [125:17] and produce electrical energy to supply all the energy needs for Columbus. Grove City, Grandview [125:23] and Mount Sterling and probably feed down here to Deer Creek produce a two-minute smile of energy. [125:29] This is where the non-magnetic tube is now in a spiral effect where you can multiply [125:34] the spinning of the magnetic fields to produce electrical energy. [125:39] If I had to prior to the state of art it was here before impossible to do that. [125:43] They only move the field in one direction where we are have a multi-field deflection of five or six [125:47] different ways simultaneously. This is the forerunner the EPG electrical generator system we'll put in [125:53] your home. This is the pickup coil or raise you see here we can hook these pickup arrays and either [126:00] parallel or series of range would come up with anything power output you want. This is the [126:03] electromagnetic pump system as you see right here and you're now looking at the forerunner of the [126:09] electrical power system that you put in your home the average unit going outdoor when we bring it [126:14] out in production will be 220 at 300 amp drawl. Now do you see any mechanical moving parts? [126:20] It's operating on electronics and firing what's longevity? [126:26] Am I using any chemical process to create the energy? [126:29] No. Am I converting it in any way in an atomic structure? [126:36] The answer is no. So therefore I have tremendous amount of longevity. [126:40] Now for those who have heard of Newman, [126:44] Newman's claiming he's got an energy system greater than one right? He demonstrated running a car [126:49] two miles an hour for two hours. If you look at his battery packs there's 62 battery packs [126:56] experimental batteries at 250 volts at 20 amps or so. Anyone see that? [127:01] Calculate his battery pack versus his two hours. But the point being is that if you can eliminate [127:09] the opposing magnetic field problem of a regular voltage generator you can eliminate the energy [127:14] input in and swing the magnetic through the coil of wire and produce electrical energy. [127:19] This is the pattern that Newman would like to have. This is where the magnetic this is a permanent [127:27] magnet which is now that I have a coil of wires a disc that's rotating through this magnetic field [127:33] when I'm not producing electrical energy. I take this electrical energy come up here and electrify [127:38] this electrical magnet. Then you take a coil of wire around a coil and and energize to produce [127:45] magnetic field. I now create a second magnetic field here which is now rotating around this pickup [127:51] coil and I'm not now producing electrical energy. So therefore I now can amplify the [127:58] electromagnetic field from here to here by the rotational speed of this generator and produce [128:03] electrical energy. So the the opposite of design where I'm eliminating the opposing magnetic field [128:11] problem with the EPG electrical generator system and all design is called reverse design engineering. [128:18] You want to hear that? Well reverse design engineering is can I come up with a magnetic [128:23] model or mechanical rotary model that it can eliminate the opposing magnetic field problem [128:29] and that's what Newman is really trying to show to the world. This now eliminates the opposing [128:35] magnetic field problem because the magnetic pullers the north and south zones are not being pulled [128:42] apart. If this is a permanent magnet there's not that magnetic field remain stationary. [128:47] So if I now if I now wrap the pickup coil in a right hand a left hand configuration to produce [128:55] an AC pulse wave I set off the counter EMS before it enters back into the field and as a result I [129:00] have a very efficient economic way of producing electrical energy. There are some cases where [129:05] this electrical pulse voltage frequency generator will be required to hook to the fuel cell and I [129:12] had the patent that should go on that. That now completes this stage of the water fuel cell technology. [129:18] Now comes the fact that there was two major thrusts in the development of the water fuel cell [129:23] technology. One was the ability of pulling electrical energy up a water. Can I not generate [129:30] electrical energy from water? If I can generate electrical into water I could have not feed it [129:34] back in the fuel cell restrict the amps to electronic means to allow bullets to come over [129:39] produce gas energy. Now in both cases I am consuming water this is not a perpetual motion device. [129:46] I'm only utilizing energy in ordinary natural water. Now we've showed earlier where we can tap [129:51] into the atomic yield of water. The point that we're addressing is how can we pull and create [129:57] electrical energy for ordinary natural water. Well we demonstrated in fact that we can support a [130:01] high temperature flame can we not? Anyone here have a sterling engine? A sterling engine was a device [130:09] that would develop you slow solar energy low heat energy from the sun. To heat a gas it would expand [130:16] a magnetic plunger cool the gas and you got an oscillating effect to produce electrical energy [130:21] and the the power boys say that's an ideal system to use in the third world systems. Well could I [130:26] not take a sterling engine at 5000 degrees heat to gas to produce electrical energy? Could I not [130:34] take the electrical energy go through the electronic circuit designs come back restrict the amps off [130:38] always take over could I not produce hydrogen and gas from the sterling engine feed energy back [130:43] from the high temperature flame and make the system efficient? Well we demonstrated in fact [130:50] that we can adjust the hydrogen burn rate to co-equal that of fossil fuels right? Well I [130:55] seen a hydrogen oxygen flame did that not take on the same characteristics of natural gas? [131:00] Did it explode or snuff out? No you notice when Charlie relit it several times it took on the [131:07] same characteristics of natural gas it didn't explode. The same phenomenon was occurring at [131:12] all times so I could now take this process hydrogen gas feed it back into an internal [131:18] combustion engine and if I had that engine hooked up to an electrical particle generator [131:24] where this engine this engine is now turning that non-magnetic wheel to move the permanently [131:31] magnetized gas would have not generated electrical energy. Now this example is where the sterling [131:37] engine is now that the heated gas is now rotating the mechanical pump which in turn now is turning [131:44] the magnetic wheel that's moving the magnetized gas but I'm not now predicting electrical energy [131:50] you ever hear of what's called a solar pump? The tell develop a solar pump by the differential [131:55] heat energy to perform work to use out in the desert area to pump water. Could I not use the [132:00] solar pump technology in order to heat to cause a heat differential to be able to turn this in [132:06] magnetic pump that moves this magnetized gas to produce electrical energy? There's another way [132:14] that we could produce the electrical energy and that was to be able to use what's called a fluid [132:18] drive electrical generator. The two other examples was that I was consuming the hydrogen [132:24] and oxygen gas. I was consuming it in this area through combustion was I not? By running an [132:30] internal combustion engine I'm converting the gas energy into mechanical energy but I'm still [132:34] consuming the hydrogen oxygen atom am I not? Can I not now produce the electrical energy [132:40] without consuming the hydrogen and oxygen gas? Well again the simplest ideas and the most [132:44] profoundest ideas not the complicated ones and I just got the patents released from this. [132:50] We have shown that the fuel cell can produce pressure can I not? On this example with about [132:55] nine or ten pounds of pressure if you have a differential in pressure could you perform work? [133:00] Can you turn a turbine with a differential of pressure? All right as we show taking the energy [133:04] even atomic energy the water and feed this we could be able to produce a pressure differential [133:10] and if I'd hook a turbine up to the exit port of the fuel cell and as the gas is passing through [133:17] this turbine under pressure would it turn the turbine? Now if I had a second turbine hooked to [133:22] the first turbine what happens to be the turbine of the EPG electrical generator can I not now [133:29] call out the magnetized gas to go through this EPG electrical generator and generate electrical [133:33] energy? Now have I used any chemical processing in the process? Have I consumed the hydrogen and [133:41] oxygen atom in the process? No therefore I now have a fantastic economic transfer producing [133:50] electrical energy from the fuel cell bypassing the sterling engine technology bypassing the [133:56] internal combustion technology and simply coming up with a turbine to produce energy to [134:00] Gp back to fuel cell. Is there another way? Now the bad part about this is that rotating [134:11] turbine right? Now we can get turbines to last for an extremely long periods of time but eventually [134:16] we're out. Can we produce electrical energy now without consuming the hydrogen oxygen gas [134:22] without any mechanical displacement? Now if you can do that you're doing pretty good. [134:29] Now the prayer to the Lord was that Lord you help me come up with a universal power supply [134:34] then I'll do anything that you want me to do. Now when the Arabs threw the imbibable on the United [134:40] States United States was caught by surprise. The oil was cut off to the Mediterranean fleet. [134:49] They were out in the Mediterranean and could not even move. When the oil when the Arabs threw the [134:55] imbibable on the United States the United States Air Force had less than two and a half days fuel [135:01] to fight a war. If Russia would have actually had known that at that time they would have probably [135:06] attacked the United States. Only two and a half days of oil and the United States paid dearly [135:13] by buying the oil and the spot market to try to up their military integrity for war. [135:23] And they paid dearly for it and the other countries needed the same energy fuel that we needed. [135:30] There was no longer available. We're a dependency of 57% of foreign oil to maintain the industrial [135:36] base of this country. We need power to power the tactical aircraft the airplanes navy and if [135:45] you some ability of being able to deploy the energy from water we now have a task force capable [135:52] of defending this country. Now the same effect that's happening to the hourglass effect on the [135:57] nuclear power plants the generation of the metals and the wells and so forth during operation [136:02] is the same thing that occurs in the navy. The nuclear power plants for the submarines [136:07] and the aircraft carriers the whole ball of wax. The only problem is that we as an Americans [136:13] civilians don't hear about the nuclear accidents that occurs in the navy. [136:20] But if the oil is cut off to the United States where's the fuel going to come [136:23] to power the Mediterranean? Where's going to come to power the tactical aircraft? [136:28] As I mentioned to the generals at right past an Air Force Base General I don't care how sophisticated [136:34] where in the airplane you got sitting out there on a runway. If it has no fuel you're not going [136:41] anywhere. And very shortly you're going to see a tactical aircraft in the full armament [136:48] that's going to call the nickname of the scooper and imagine a full armament of aircraft scooping [136:54] down and picking up the seawater and coming back up and fueling the plane and fly out around the [137:00] world on one gallon of water. Imagine that on a full armament. How could you protect this nation [137:06] if a thousand tactical aircraft was coming in from all sides of the ocean? But imagine how the [137:13] United States could be protected with that power supply. So how do you do it to sustain that action? [137:21] You could put it in a rocket engine. You could put it in the aircraft. [137:26] You must maintain the integrity of the water fuel cell technology as a sustaining operation once [137:32] you trigger the atomic yield of water. And one of the ways of doing it is that as I mentioned to you [137:38] under resident cavity activity once you expose the water molecule to a high pulse voltage frequency [137:44] and expose it to a laser energy to excite the atoms of the water molecule you now become [137:49] the electrically polarized. So if I now develop what's called an electrical polarization generator [137:55] I can generate electrical energy without converting it and utilizing the fuel as its prime source of [138:02] energy. Now the key being is if I have an electrical grid screen here and I would now make this [138:09] negative electrically charged and positive electrical charge when you pull an electron off of [138:14] the oxygen atom does not that atom become positive electrically charged? It does in a law of physics. [138:22] If the hydrogen atom will absorb an electron because remember the excited atom has been [138:28] spatially treated under excited states therefore it could become positive electrically charged. [138:33] And as an example of this if the oxygen atom now becomes positively charged attracted to this [138:39] negative screen remember law of physics that often charge a little track. So if I now allow the positive [138:46] charge particle to accumulate in this chamber right here and if I have a grid system inside this [138:53] chamber by which these electrically charged atoms now are exposed to the surface of the plate there's [138:59] a phenomena that the plate will become electrically charged. What proves that out? The [139:05] capacitance of the electron. Now if that atom happens the positive electrically charged would not [139:11] the plate become positive electrically charged? So if I would hook this grid system up to a terminal [139:17] then you will have positive electrical potential. Under the law of physics says when you have a [139:22] differential potential will you not perform work? You hear that? Therefore if this is now this terminal [139:32] is determined the potential charge the positive potential charge is determined now [139:36] by the amount of the number of electrically charged atoms that are now exposed to this grid system. [139:42] If I want a greater power output like a battery then I would simply increase the diameter and the [139:48] size of it. So what you're looking at in essence is a gas battery. So as long as there's electrically [139:54] charged atoms in here this becomes a positive potential terminal like that of a battery. [140:00] Now if I would hook an electronic system here to ground right here and take the electronic [140:07] circuits to prevent a dead start condition between ground and this positive potential [140:11] could I not now allow electrons to go through ground through this through this load system here [140:17] to this potential and as electrons go into this positive charged particle it will accept the [140:22] free floating electron and as the gases from the generators being developed and goes through this [140:27] process here you're now generating electrical energy. Now in the process again am I consuming [140:33] the hydrogen and oxygen atom? Where's the mechanical displacement causing for electrical power generation? [140:42] Simple ideas are the most profound ideas not the complicated ones so the electrical polarization [140:47] generator can be attached to the top of the water fuel cell technology and as a result we now can [140:52] produce the electric energy directly from water without consuming the hydrogen and oxygen atom. [140:58] So the purpose again is that the integration of the water fuel cell technology was to come up with [141:03] a universal design application that could be retrofitted to every segment of the energy consuming [141:10] economy. If the air is so involved on us tomorrow we must move in a bilateral movement throughout [141:15] the entire economy because I was in the closed door meeting when the Columbia gas system told [141:21] the industrial leaders of the state of Ohio the most powerful influential most wealthiest of men [141:26] in this state Columbia gas systems had backed during the embargo gentlemen your oil is not going to [141:33] be cut off 40 and 60 percent but it's going to be cut off at 100 percent and I saw some of the richest [141:39] most powerful influential industrial leaders of this state started popping pills and I thought [141:44] they were going to have heart attacks because in essence what Columbia gas system told the [141:49] industrial leaders of the state of Ohio gentlemen go home and tell you two or three thousand [141:53] employees you got to go home you got to close the doors because you got no energy to produce a [141:58] product if you don't have no energy to produce a product you can't make a profit if you can't make [142:02] a profit you can't pay your bill and you're not going into existence and these men take their money [142:08] and invest their money and they saw the entire industrial base of the state of Ohio totally [142:14] completely jeopardized by a little country over in the middies called the Arabs they cut the oil [142:19] off to this country they tried to rally together but yet they did not have an answer to the energy [142:25] problem no man in that room had an answer which what the Lord had revealed to me and started [142:31] moving with me to bring in a universal power supply capable to retrofit this to any existence [142:37] any segment of the energy consuming economy even regardless of propelling and power and [142:43] technical aircraft anywhere in the world on a very huge gallon of water now that's the end I love [142:49] water as fuel [143:01] oh [143:11] oh you guys trust me [143:14] it [143:24] I know guys [143:29] No, he's here.
