VIC choke + WFC cell design loop converging: Q≈48–52 at ~86–98 kHz (in-band)

Where the resonant-tank design loop stands this week. Design-loop / simulation numbers — bench validation still pending, so treat these as targets to build toward, not measured results.
- VIC choke — v116: Q 47.7 @ 98.6 kHz · v117: Q 52.2 @ 94.4 kHz
- WFC cell — v52: Q 47.7 @ 98.6 kHz · v53: Q 48.7 @ 86.3 kHz
Choke and cell are landing in the same Q≈48–52 / ~90 kHz neighborhood — the two halves of the LC tank tuned to each other instead of fighting. That convergence is the point; a great choke into a mistuned cell buys you nothing.
Honesty flag from an earlier run (v42): when I let the optimizer chase Q hard, its 'best' candidates were a mirage parked at 303.9 kHz — outside the 1–100 kHz practical band, floated up only because the high-inductance branch failed its coil-Q check. A high Q at 300 kHz is not a build target. The numbers above sit inside the band with that constraint enforced.
The winding trade is clean and logged: more turns / thinner wire buys current restriction and gentler film-onset voltage but bleeds magnification (coil Q 591→131 dropped cell voltage 312→270 V across the v42 sweep). Pick your point on that curve deliberately.
