The high-frequency electric voltage source is basically built from a Tesla transformer, which works on the resonance principle. An important part of the source is an electronic high-frequency oscillator, from which the high-frequency voltage is introduced into the electrodes by condensate, while in the commonly used Tesla transformer, the voltage is introduced into the coil for generating secondary discharges, e.g. in the framework of testing the insulation strength of materials. The damped spark oscillator is adapted for readback, so that it can respond to changes in the capacitance by the condensate of reactor 1 and remain in resonance.
