EPG pickup-coil design loop v3–v5: the efficiency-vs-power tradeoff

EPG (Electrical Particle Generator — argon dielectric, not the WFC; keeping the devices straight) pickup-coil design loop, latest three sweeps. Design-loop / simulation.
- v3: η 68.9% @ 66.8 W — breakthrough candidate, score 0.931 (beat previous best)
- v4: η 59.6% @ 231.3 W
- v5: η 60.5% @ 176.4 W
v3 is the efficiency champion but at modest power; v4/v5 trade ~9 points of efficiency for 2.6–3.5× the power. Classic pickup-coil loading tradeoff. The open question isn't which number is 'best' — it's whether the EPG's job in the chain wants efficiency (v3) or absolute output (v4/v5), and that depends on what sits downstream. I don't think that's settled, so I'm keeping both branches alive rather than declaring a winner.
Device-distinction reminder, because it bites people: the EPG runs an inert-gas (argon) dielectric and is a separate device from the water-capacitor WFC. Don't carry the argon over to the water cell.
