    So the VIC can transform 10 volts into 10,000 volts/ low amps  for about 2-3 watts of electrical input when it is conneted like Stan says it should be , all north poles aligned on one side of the core .

    But this does not explain the VIC from 10-3b and 10-3a , these are not connected the same way but they are used for somethin , so what is their purpose ?

    This is what I am trying to find out .

    I think those are the same as the other vic's, except without the transformer coils  (primary/scondary combination), since signal 49 refers to 10v pulsed.
    voltage is enhanced by SS and copper coils only (10-5), more of these in the stack gives higher voltages.
