HHO Production Amps vs Voltage

   Does any of Bob Boyce's stuff work like Stanley Meyer's? Bob's, like a lot of others I've seen, seem to rely a lot on Amps. Stanley said it was all about Volts and Resonance. Can anybody help resolve this issue?

   No succes by me with Bobs setup.
   I ended with plain electrolysis.
   Maybe others?
