The Dan Dingle higher efficiency electrolysis cell to make more Hydrogen fuel, was really based on his use of Deuterium/ heavy water, as a constituent of tap water. This was what gave the boost to his systems. The Philippines is the country with the greatest quantity of Deuterium water in the ground! -
