An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

Just wondering.

Has anyone here been able to find the Report on Hydrogen by NASA that Stan talks about in his lectures?
The one which lists the 3 problems with hydrogen:
-How to produce the gas on demand
-How to control the rate of production
-How to reduce the flame speed

I have searched all over but have not found that report....Probably came out in the 1950s-1960s I'm guessing.

There wasn't really any "Report" per se.....Stan would always say his system exceeded NASA's 4 criteria for using hydrogen and he exceeded that with his 5th benefit.

On demand production.
Controlling burn rate for any device.
Safe handling.
Economically produced.
Safe/No storage of combustible gases.
Safe transport with his micro holed tubing.

I think that was it and that is six....oh well...something like that...

MOLECULAR DISSOCIATION OF WATER  A PROJECT FOR THE EXPERIMENTER BY DAN DANFORTH

In. the original setup that Stan Meyer showed us, he used 36 volts as the basic potential applied to the reaction chamber. He also commented that stainless steel ( 410 not 403 ) was the only metal that could be used as oxides formed with all others. His original chamber used 18 inch long by 0.375 inch diameter (o.d.) rod surrounded by 1 inch diameter (i.d.) 16 inch long pipe. The reason for the difference in length is for mechanical ease of construction. My prototype used 14 inch long rod and 12 inch long pipe of similar diameters as the drawing indicates.   Having a severe lack of parts diversity here in Sri-Lanka, I was only able to obtain a 24 volt. 8 amp transformer and built my circuitry around that. The final output is 20 volts with Ml reading 10 amps to the pulsing circuit which generates a symetricel squarewave ( 50% duty cycle ) to the flyback inductor connected in series with the chamber as the schematic shows. The flyback high voltage spike is directed across the chamber via c* end d*. The use of a high voltage spike alone, without the current being delivered through the liquid, will not cause the disassociation to take place. This I verified using an ignition coil in place of the inductor and applied the secondary with halfwave rectification and blocking capacitor to prevent burn out to the chamber with no results. Apparently the current in the water aligns the molecules approprately to allow the high voltege spike to do its workr which in my opinion is the stimulation of molecular resonance. Once Stan's unit was made to begin breakdown (which takes 6 to 8 seconds) he was able to reduce both current and voltage to miniscule proportions. I attribute this to sympathetic oscillation of the aligned molecules, requiring very little in the way of additional excitation. A phenomena akin to Tesla `s super resonance... resulting in Stan discovering that he only had to supply three pulses in ten to satisfy the requirement of the chamber. I have not yet had the opportunity to duplicate this portion of the experiment but, in time I vill.   Duplication of the device described in these pages, however, will produce the phenomena and hopefully launch other enterprising end inventive souls on to designing their own refined models. It would be nice to have feedback so that we can all collectively work to bring about the transition to non-pollution energy.   P.S.- Tho electrical circuit is by no means optinised, but represents instead the result of parts availability here. Any good technician could improve on it quite readily.   There are two primary frequencies that produce the best results. They are. 14372 Hz and 43430 Hz. The former is about 50% more efficient, but it seems that just about any frequency between 9 KHz and 143762 KHz works quite well. 1) This is because the nature of the wave form ( a spike ) is rich in harmonics and one of them is bound to be close to one of the two primary frequencies.   Use of permanent magnets may also increase efficiency. I'll give you the outcome of that attempt in my next letter along with the plans for what I hope to be a much improved version.   Note: Sub-harmonics of the two primary frequencies at which dissociation will occur:
43430 Hz             143762 HZ  SUBHARMONIC          SUBHABMONIC  1st 21715    HZ      1st 71881    HZ  2nd 14476.67 HZ      2nd 47920.67 HZ  3rd 15517.5  HZ      3rd 35840.1  HZ  4th 8686     Hz      4th 28752.4  HZ    *1500 VOLTS IS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR MOLECULAR RINGING TO BEGIN.   The ball is now in your court.   Let's get the game started and have as many players as possible.   From the legal stand point it can be argued in an international court of law that the vital need of this technology by every nation to aleviate the critical threat to our environment globally is so greet as to justify nullification of proprietry rights if those rights are used to delay or prevent distribution of the technology and if such delay or prevention - including measured and / or levied distribution so as to restrict or limit its use, or for the purposes of financial profit isolate significent economic groups from its use and if such acts previously mentioned can be shown to cause an increased danger to life, persons involved in such acts can be convicted of intent to do bodily harm by crime of omission.   (ANY MATERIAL SENT TO `TUNING IN' WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE ABOVE WRITER.)   Back to the Mad Scientist's Lair

Here ARE originals of the Danforth site docs which included the sketch.
The paper looks like it can from Danforth here:

These two were posted on a website back in the late 90s and disappeared after a few years.
I had them saved so here you are.

the weight of that added solid looking stainless round stock may be important information... i want to believe it weighed 12lbs in regards to something his brother mentioned in his blog talk interview.I want to think that was very important in getting the tubes to build up its possitive charge. It looks like no negative wire to an earth ground was used only the amount of weight from that solid looking round stock, or could that even have been a spark gap?
Im guessing there was a bolt screwed up into the round stock in the picture of Stans cel

The round stock is just a connector. It might be 8 oz.
Don had lifted it to replace a leaking O-ring and shot photo.
There was a bolt and electrical connection thru the bottom plastic.
That is why in the shot from above the inner tubes are sticking out a bit.
Stan was really showing this cell in a very crude way.
The "resonant cavity" uses the geometry to enhance the process after basic polarization just as round tubes work better than plates because of the toroid shape.
Stan said, "One of the small resonant cavities will make 3 times more gas than the 9 tube cell.
He was miniaturizing while making it more efficient with the VICs.

The starting point is matching or exceeding the Capacitance with the Induction.
And apply the specs stated by Ted.
If the size, weight, and shape all have something to do with total capacitance, then it is considered.

"The capacitance is a function only of the physical dimensions (geometry) of the conductors and the permittivity of the dielectric. It is independent of the potential difference between the conductors and the total charge on them."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitance

The process is dielectric breakdown, decomposition using the voltage and frequency.
But it happens only in the 'voltage zones" between the steel.

What is the amount capacitance in any given cell based it's mass and?
On what is it based? The amount of dielectric between the plates or total mass?
You are dealing with the field between the matching surfaces. Like a magnetic field in the cell.
It's a tank circuit.
You can tune a tank but you can't tune a fish.
In the two plate demo cell he shows that moving the plates closer, the closer physical distance increases gas production.
This is what "Electrical Polarization" is and why different from "electrolysis."
He always ran the generator with the 9 tube cell.
I never saw him do it with the 8Xa box that plugged in the wall.
I hope to be able to run my 9 tubes on the remodeled Alex Perry 8xA circuit and my EE's new coil.
I'm just going to put my tube together and if they don't produce gas I'll try some adjustments if that's what my EE thinks the tubes need
My 8xa from stansdream.com and a single set of 6 inch tubes produced gas right away but my inductor and cell where getting warm.
My EE is testing another circuit now.
You can read about my adventures here:

It appears as though the slots could have been cut with a hacksaw and the bottom squared off with a small triangular
or flat file. There are definite angled marks on the edges of
slots. The slots on each tube are directly opposed fom each
other. This does not look like a milling bit was used. It is very rough.

I'm willing to bet that Stan made the slots for ease of assembly.
He wanted his cross drilled plastic rods for centering the top of the tubes to be down inside the tube a bit so he made the slots.
If he had to push the cross rods far into the tubes they may have been loose or broken from pushing far inside and not aligned very well.
Thus he could have them farther down by putting in the slots and then just moving the rods down only a half inch or so from the bottom of the slots.
That is the only reason I can think or for them to be there since it was not for tuning the tubes.
As Don said, the tubes are very crude and of different sizes so no tuning.

The car that ran on water
Nine years after his death, inventor's dreams -- and suspicions -- linger

Video, audio and background information on Stanley Meyer's quest for a water-powered car
After more than 20 years of research and tinkering, it was time to celebrate.

Stanley Allen Meyer, his brother and two Belgian investors raised glasses in the Grove City Cracker Barrel on March 20, 1998.

Meyer said his invention could do what physicists say is impossible -- turn water into hydrogen fuel efficiently enough to drive his dune buggy cross-country on 20 gallons straight from the tap.

He took a sip of cranberry juice. Then he grabbed his neck, bolted out the door, dropped to his knees and vomited violently.

"I ran outside and asked him, 'What's wrong?' " his brother, Stephen Meyer, recalled. "He said, 'They poisoned me.' That was his dying declaration."
'Cloak and dagger'

Stanley Meyer's bizarre death at age 57 ended work that, if proved valid, could have ended reliance on fossil fuels.

People who knew him say his work drew worldwide attention: mysterious visitors from overseas, government spying and lucrative buyout offers.

His death sparked a three-month investigation that consumed and fascinated Grove City police.

"Meyer's death was laced with all sorts of stories of conspiracy, cloak-and-dagger stories," said Grove City Police Lt. Steve Robinette, lead detective on the case.

If Stephen Meyer was shocked at his twin brother's collapse and death, he was equally amazed at the Belgians' response the next day.

"I told them that Stan had died and they never said a word," he recalled, "absolutely nothing, no condolences, no questions.

"I never, ever had a trust of those two men ever again."

Today, Stanley Meyer is featured on numerous Internet sites. A significant portion of the 1995 documentary It Runs on Water, narrated by science-fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke and aired on the BBC, focuses on his "water fuel cell" invention.

James Robey wants a permanent place for Meyer in his Kentucky Water Fuel Museum.

"He was ignored, called a fraud and died without his small hometown even remembering him with so much as a plaque," Robey wrote in his self-published book Water Car.

Meyer had euphoric highs and humiliating defeats. He was kind and generous yet paranoid and suspicious. He would be hailed as a visionary and a genius. He also would be sued and declared a fraud.

As many of his more than 20 patents expire this year, and gasoline prices hover around $3 per gallon, there is growing interest in his inventions. But it remains unclear how much was true science and how much was science fiction.
'Always building'

Meyer was born and lived on Columbus' East Side before moving to Grandview Heights, where he finished high school.

He briefly attended Ohio State University and joined the military.

"We were always building something," Stephen Meyer recalled of their youth. "We went out and created our toys."

At 6 feet 3 and with a booming voice, Stanley Meyer was charismatic and persuasive, equally conversant with physicists and bricklayers.

He was also eccentric. His favorite phrase was "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition," friends said.

He once called Grove City police to his home and laboratory on Broadway to report a suspicious package. The Columbus bomb squad detonated the parcel, only to discover it was equipment that he had ordered.

His focus on water as a fuel began in earnest in 1975, a year after the end of the Arab oil embargo, which had triggered high gas prices, gas-pump lines and anxiety.

"It became imperative that we must try to bring in an alternative fuel source and do it very quickly," Meyer says in the documentary.
'Something for nothing'

The basis for Meyer's research, electrolysis, is taught in middle-school science labs.

Electricity flows through water, cracking the molecules and filling test tubes with oxygen and hydrogen bubbles. A match is lighted. The volatile gases explode to prove that water has separated into its components.

Meyer said his invention did so using much less electricity than physicists say is possible. Videos show his contraptions turning water into a frothy mix within seconds.

"It takes so much energy to separate the H2 from the O," said Ohio State University professor emeritus Neville Reay, a physicist for more than 41 years. "That energy has pretty much not changed with time. It's a fixed amount, and nothing changes that."

Meyer's work defies the Law of Conservation of Energy, which states that energy cannot be created or destroyed.

"Basically, it says you can't get something for nothing," Reay said.

"He may have had a nice way to store the hydrogen and use it to make a very effective motor, but there is no way to do something fancy and separate hydrogen with less energy."
'I was a sucker'

Nevertheless, Meyer attracted believers, investors and, eventually, legal trouble.

"I was a sucker for some of this stuff at the time," William E. Brooks said from his home in Anchorage, Alaska.

Brooks invested more than $300,000 in Meyer's technology. He hoped to find applications for his aviation business.

Today, he and his wife, Lorraine, laugh about the ordeal, made easier because their money was returned in a 1994 settlement in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.

Two years later, a Fayette County judge found "gross and egregious fraud" in Meyer's contract negotiation with two businessmen. Their money was returned.

Roger L. Hurley, a retired Darke County judge, defended Meyer and still believes in him.

"I would not represent someone who I would consider to be a shyster or a bum," said Hurley. "He was a nice guy."
'The Lord sent me'

Meyer's creativity seemed to peak after he met Charles and Valorie Hughes, truck drivers who lived in Jackson Township.

Julia Hughes, the youngest of their seven children, was 5 years old when Meyer rang the doorbell of her home on Marlane Drive.

"His first few words were, 'The Lord sent me here to this home; I'd like to use your home as an experiment,' " she said.

Maybe it was the two-story garage-shop or the privacy of towering oak and sycamore trees; Julia isn't sure what Meyer saw there. But she knew her parents didn't have room for a struggling inventor.

Yet after visiting with the family for several hours, Meyer stayed the night, and then the next few years in the late 1970s.

In return, Meyer built the family a solar silo, designed to both heat and cool the home. The structure required thousands of clear resin "light guides," a crude form of fiber optics, which Meyer baked and molded in the family kitchen. Julia Hughes recalled the chemical stench.

The system was supposed to channel the sun's rays into the tower's base to heat water and generate electricity for an air conditioner. Despite extensive efforts that included re-plumbing the house, the invention never worked.

That didn't bother Charles Hughes, Julia's father, who is retired in Jackson, Ohio.

He would see Meyer power his tractor for 15 minutes on well water, he said. He would put his nose to the exhaust.

"There was no fumes whatsoever," he recalled. "It was just clean, hot air.

"He was just very trustworthy, very religious. I just had the feeling that he would not take anything from me, and he never did," Mr. Hughes said.
'Sell out or sit on it'

Belief in Meyer continues today. So does suspicion about plots to silence him.

Stephen Meyer recalled a phone call to his brother's home in the 1980s.

"He turned to me and said, 'They just offered me $800 million. Should I take it?'

"I said, 'Hell yes. How much money do you want?'

"He got very quiet. When he got into that thinking process, I just let him alone," Stephen recalled.

Charlie Hughes, now 36, vividly recalls the strangers who visited his parents' home in the late 1970s.

He had been playing outside when the driveway suddenly filled with limousines. Men in turbans stepped out. In "stern, thick accents," they asked for Meyer. "I remember, because I was not allowed in my own house that day."

They left briskly. Charlie was about to go inside when the driveway filled again, this time with military vehicles. "Army brass," he recalled.

At dinner that night, Meyer told them: "The Arabs wanted to offer me $250 million to stop today. You and this lovely family can live in peace and prosperity the rest of your days."

The Army officials, meanwhile, had questioned Meyer about what the foreigners wanted, thinking that a deal might have been struck, Charlie recalled Meyer telling the family.

Meyer discusses the offers in the Clarke documentary.

"Many times over the last decade, I have been offered enormous amounts of money simply to sell out or sit on it … The Arabs have offered me a total of a billion dollars total pay simply to sit on it and do nothing with it."
Coroner's report

The Grove City police investigation of Meyer's death included taped interviews of more than a dozen witnesses.

Absent, however, were audiotapes of the two Belgians, Phillippe Vandemoortele and Marc Vancraeyenest.

The men had agreed to purchase 56 acres along Seeds Road in Grove City. The city had approved a research campus there two months before Meyer's death.

Lt. Steve Robinette said it's possible the men's interviews were not taped.

Calls and e-mails to Vandemoortele and Vancraeyenest for this story were not returned.

The Franklin County coroner ruled that Meyer, who had high blood pressure, died of a brain aneurysm. Absent any proof of foul play, the police went with the coroner's report.

The only detectable drugs were the pain reliever lidocaine and phenytoin, which is used to treat seizures.

And what became of the dune buggy that captivated a community for at least a few years?

A longtime friend of Meyer's, who doesn't want to be named because he fears that people will bother him about the invention, led a reporter to the basement of a property south of Columbus recently.

"I really shouldn't be showing you this," he said.

After passing through several darkened rooms scattered with computers and electrical equipment, he opened a door. In the far corner of a garage sat the buggy, its leather seats cracked, its engine partially covered with a cloth.

A decal on the bright red paint declares: "Jesus Christ is Lord."

Then the man quickly led the way out. Lights went dark. Doors clicked shut.

In his front yard, he sat on a lawn chair and sipped fruit punch. He watched the cars and trucks drive by on the road, burning gasoline.

Guys i discovered meyer secret.
Its all about charging the inductor with one frequency and discharge with other.

Example

1 joule = 1 watt / second

If you charge the inductor with one watt in one second and than discharge this inductor in 1 nano second you are creating a 1 Giga joule discharge.

The secret is the collapse of the field as i explained in the last post.

again
The pulse that charge the transformer is at one frequency but have a 99,99% duty cycle... thus the discharge occurs in 0,01% of the period thus it is about 10000 times smaller...

than voltage perform work

I will end here and let you take your conclusions.
Hi Sebosfato,

This is what I also think is part of the answer to how Meyer's WFC works, good to see that I'm not alone
in this.
I believe the voltage would rise to hilarious levels during the collapse of the EMF, to the point of it being
able to create a spark in a spark plug.
Keep up the good work :)

The attached Greneau paper is one on which Stan says his work was based.
The explosions in water are basically what he was trying to do with the injectors.

JP

If you'll note the number 24 and the word "Solar" on the side so it says, "Solar Water Powered Car."
This photo is likely taken just before or after the attempt to run the fuel cell off a huge solar cell that was to charge up the system in the World Solar Challenge.
I have a Grove City Record newspaper article of Sept. 13, 1990 showing Stan, Steve, and Ulf Dahlstrom (Swedish Electrical Engineer) standing with the buggy at the lab with the solar cell and number 24 attached.
It looks like Ulf sitting in the buggy in the subject photo as the No 8. 1991/92 Water Fuel Cell News Release also shows Ulf, Schneider, and Stan in pictures that look like the same time period.
The GCR article states that the Solar Challenge is to run in November of 1990.
I did have a copy of the Race registration roster at one time with Stan's name on it from the race organizers but cannot find it in my files.
As we all know the race didn't happen because of "technical difficulties." It didn't take long after a few failures like this for the court case to arise by impatient investors.
Mathias Johansen is mentioned in the GCR article as well. He was one of Stan's "expert witnesses" in the court case.

Yes, he did... it must be a cup of petrol since they are waiting for the petrol to be used up.... and then "IT RUNS ON WATER!!!!!!!"

Wonder why the wfc didn't explode?.. he never used a bubbler, and this was before the "quenching circuit"?...Maybe he used one of these : http://www.ottofrei.com/store/product.php?productid=7290

There was a pressure in cell over 13 psi even when the buggy motor was using the gas it needed... an other interesting thing is that the rpm of that motor is so high that he could perfectly drive only on the demo cell...........

That tells me it was a very efficient process he had discovered!

There is a thing i find extra funny... that is his friend you see in this video, is the same guy who is sitting back on top of the buggy in the news video, controlling the gas from the wfc to the carb, with a simple ballvalve!!!!!!!!!!! They could easy had made it pedal controlled mechanically or electrical controlled valve so his friend could had sit beside him when he was driving if they wanted!!!...

Stan often started to buggy with regular gasoline and then let the fuel cell take over so he could demonstrate that the engine would run the same on both fuels.
He is using the small card to choke the carburetor when starting in this video.
He may have had some gasoline in the carb but may have been starting the engine on HHO from the cell.
It is impossible to tell and he doesn't state anything about starting on the cell.

There was a flash arrestor in the line connected to the cell at the hose outlet.
Stan would NEVER risk an explosion of his cell.
The connection can be seen in the photo of the cell from the estate pictures.

The "friend/assistant' in most all the videos is Charlie Holbrook.
He is about the only person who helped Stan do any demonstrations.
Charlie wasn't an engineer or versed in the technical aspects of building circuits or systems.
It was Charlie's son who wound up with all of Meyer's equipment and who allowed DynoDon to take the Estate pictures and examine the equipment.

The other thing going on here is that the EPG may have been being used to power the motor running the full cell also.
That big box in front of the engine has the EPG inside.
Again, we can't tell everything that is happening here since Stan doesn't really show what is connected to what, such as if the drive motor for the alternator on the ground is running of an A/C wall socket or the EPG.
What the video clearly shows is that Meyer could run the 80 HP buggy engine at high speed idle with the demonstration cell running at a constant 13.5 lbs of pressure. This means he could obviously run an alternator that could power the cell to produce enough gas to run an engine at least 1500 cc's.
The question still is how he modified the alternator as he says he did to "restrict amp flow while increasing voltage potential" because he states elsewhere that merely increasing the speed of the alternator increase voltage to the cell.

Tube Demo Cell Pictures

Two of the more significant replications consider acoustic resonance to be important. Dave Lawton and Scott Cramton. See attached

Dave attached brackets at the nodal point. Cramton tuned like wind.chimes

If may be that the sympathetic vibrations help to release the gas bubbles more quicky leading to a more constant release of bubbles and greater stability of the dialectric characteristics of the cell.. In the
variable plate video ( where the plates are fixed and do not  vibrate)in the Stanley Meyer Estate material the oscillation of bubble release is seen, whereas in the Cluster Tube Array cell the gas release is more constant. A variation in the amount a water between the plates causes by a periodic release of bubbles would likely cause a variation in the capacitance of the cell .

A more rapid release of gas bubbles may result in a greater effective  plate surface area exposed to water and increased  gas yeilds. However, "an ease of construction" cannot be discounted in Stanley Meyer's contsruction but it is felt that the coefficent of friction between the nylon cross pieces and the inside of the outer stainless tube  would remain the same whether or not the nylon is sliding across the first ,mid section  or end of the inner stainless electrode. In otherwords the force needed to slide the nylon accross the stainles steel tube remeains regardless of the position of the nylon peg

The electrical resonance, however,  is entirely a different matter

I'm going to discuss this aspect with my EE but for now I must say the first paragraph of the Lawton paper makes little sense in light of the actual pictures of Stan's 9 tube cell.

Lawton says,
"This cross-sectional view may be slightly misleading as it suggests that each of the outer pipes has its own separate bracket and this is probably not the case as they are connected together electrically through the steel ring-shaped disc and should vibrate as a single unit."

This is not true a one can see from the Estate photo (attached) that the outer tubes do have their own connections and it is the inner tubes which have the ring-base connector. He actually seems to be describing it backwards.

"It is tempting to use separate brackets as that would allow the assembly to be taken apart quite easily, but the electrical contacts of such a system would be inferior and so it is not to be recommended."

But that is exactly what Stan did. He has one wire to the center tube ring connection and another single switched wire to each outer tube connection.
I believe he did this so he so he could demonstrate the different amount of power needed versus gas production when from 1 to 9 tubes were activated.
Also as to the bracket connection at some "node" percentage of the tube, this too appears to not be the case from looking at the photos of Stan's cell. One can see that the positioning of the spot welded brackets is inconsistent as to their position which would not be expected if each tube is almost identical. The brackets hardly look like they are at a 22% position as well.

Also attached is the original photo of Ted Zittergren's cell. Ted was literally the first person to post in the sci.energy.hydrogen newsgroup in 1998 his success at replicating Meyer's basic process.
Ted knew Mathias Johanson, Meyer's expert witness.
As you can see he has a 19 tube cell and it would appear that there is no consideration for this acoustic tuning of his tubes.
Also in my email correspondence with him about his results he never makes any mention of such tuning of the tubes.
Here is that original post.

VERY GOOD Mr. Feiereisen

Take a copy of the tape fromx that trial and put it on the Real Player
so we all can listen to what really happened in the Court.

The most interesting is to hear what the WFC Expert Witnesses and
Electrical Engineer Mathias Johanson has to say.

The first part of the trial started on Thursday/Friday, 1/2 February
1996 before Judge William Corzine III at the Common Pleas Court,
Chillicothe, Ohio.

By the way. If you like to do some experiment, try this.

AT FIRST:

You must know the difference between a chemical reaction and a
nuclear reaction. A lot of people don't understand that but they like
to argue a lot in every NG on Internet.

In a chemical reaction you need a lot of current and some salt for
making the water conductive.

In a nuclear reaction you don't need any current at all, only high
voltage. How much current you need in a real application depends
on how clean your water is. As cleaner as better.

Stanley Meyers method's have NOTHING to do with chemical
reactions.

HOW TO?

As a guide, you need US Patent 4,936,961 ref. figure 1 to 3F.

If you read something about magical frequencyis, forget that.
It works fine with 10KHz or something else if you preferred.
Use 50% duty cycle. BUT! the frequency will be doubled in the
step up circuit and that's the frequency the Water-Cell will work
with. The components must resist at least 2000V.

The Water-Cell is very simple. Take a lot of stainless steel tubes
with the inner diameter of the bigger tube 3mm bigger than the outer
diameter of the inner tube. From now you must look at this
Water-Cell as a capacitor with water as dilectricum.

The Water-Cell and the INDUCTOR will resonate at a specific
frequency. It's a normal RC-circuit.

Now the most important: The Water-Cell/Inductor frequency and
the doubled frequency from the generator must be exactly the
same. A special condition exists in a L/C Circuit, when it is
energized at a frequency at which the inductive reactance is equal
to the capacitive reactance, XL = XC.

Adjust the voltage peak level to reach a maximum hydrogen/oxygen
producing with a minimum of current using. If you earlier make
hydrogen with the electrolysis method with a lot of current,
this experiment will really surprise you.

For even less current you can make some experiment with a
centertapped puls-transformer.

Have a nice trip to Ohio!

Anyways, to me this doesn't appear that Stan went to the trouble described by Cramton.
Although Stan never mentioned anything about this aspect to me in our discussions that doesn't mean it wasn't something he had done.
Until someone does actual gas production testing with "balanced" and unbalanced tubes I suppose it will remain unresolved.

NASA hydrogen report & Stan Meyer?

#4 · date not recorded

He actually did say he had the most comprehensive report on hydrogen from NASA, and he said it listed 3 criteria keeping hydrogen from becoming a viable fuel.

Watch it @ 15:35-16:10

If there was any 'Report" it wouldn't have any of Meyer's work in it.
The Estate buyers would have it if in his stuff.
It is likely 30 years old or more.
And he said, "Compiled/compilation" or somesuch....could have been anything he got at Wright Patterson. AFB.
Hardly matters....He made his point about Exceeding their criteria for use of hydrogen...BUT Meyer use HHO.....Broken down more...'Hydrogen Fracturing."

Cheers,
JP
