An identity on IonizationX as it was harvested, not an account on this site. Nobody here has claimed it, and nothing connects it to a person by name.

I have not seen or heard of any legitimate replication either. None of them have ever offered any insight into what takes place when this resonance is reached. Major noticeable and unexplainable things occur when it happens.

The stuff Stan mentions in the memos are spot on accurate. He would never ever reveal how he cracked the water with voltage. All of the crap he put out was for public consumption and for the thieves who would want to cash in on him.

That stuff is nothing but high efficiency electrolysis.  If that is what people seek, then they need to do their switching from the high side of the circuit with an scr at 150v - 200v. 50% duty.  If the voltage is pulsed before going thru the scr by a transistor, the current limiting can be done very accurately between the transistor pulse, the scr and the positive choke resonating. You can see on the scope the pulse ending and the scr shutting off.

You better also plan on having an EEC because you will pull out electrons at an almost 8:1 ratio of whats being consumed on the low side. So one amp of consumption on the low side, will result in at least 8amps worth of electrons coming into the positive choke.

While we are at it, we can make a 3-23 transformer with a PLL circuit, that can take those electrons and use them to magnetize a core and create an extra pulse, it will pick up the pulse from the first circuit, Charge and fire between cycles at the frequency of the first circuit.  Why would I burn a damn light bulb when I can make an extra pulse!!!. That is so misleading. This is why the secondary is wired backwards on the 3-23. The electrons cluster between the negative choke and the positive side of the secondary that is connected backwards. this is also why the coils are all about the same size. So you can make an extra pulse with it or reroute the electrons thru it while the first circuit is firing. That's a matter of phasing. And may create an imbalance.

If the high side is fast enough, it wont see any current being consumed. The scr is the only thing I have found fast enough. PS, Stan wants you to lock the current across the water before it shuts off. But if you pulse the filtered DC voltage you can shut it off anyways. However you should want to have the positive choke resonance commutate it.

Adys you are right Ed Mitchell is full of shit, period !!
He has nothing, but hey give him money he is doing the scientific method....LOL   what a scam....lol..ha ha ha
