"Opposite voltage polarity"

   Stan talks about this alot, "opposite voltage polarity" , but what does he mean really ?
   
   Does anybody here know ?

   It is pretty much key to know what exaclty is meant here , I know what is meant here tho but does anybody here know ?

   Can you post the context that it is used it? Maybe one short paragraph from Meyer's descriptions?
