steve jobs and the water car!!!

Hi All,
I was watching the stock market channel today and Jim Cramer said something that made me do a spit take. He said that Steve Jobs was determined to build a car that ran on water. Did anybody else hear this? How far did he go in researching this project?

Changing the subject, rexresearch.com seems to be down. Anybody know whats up with that?
