the problem with two brushes on the outer perimeter and 4 alternating bar magnet poles passing by for AC output is the fact that the RPM will determine the frequency, and the magnets may fly off.

What if the plate / disc had high density coils on each side that changed polarity 60 times per second?

These coils could be on either side of the disc and power obtained between axle and perimeter. thus the PRM could be any value, and RPM could be changed to produce varying output.

of course the system could be controlled with 3 discs on a single axis and sequence the 3 coils to fire at 120 degrees of each other producing a 3 phase output that then is transformed through a standard 3 phase transformer to power industry...the axle being the center tap (neutral)of a star - delta transformer

what i think is that the magnetic flux lines never move, the flux lines that a magnet energizes are the dipoles that exist at every point in space, and as a magnet moves transversely to its pole axis , it simply energizes approaching dipoles while trailing dipoles simply fall out of range

every flux line is its own dipole string in space, thats why a rotating disc magnet, rotating on its polar axis does not cause the flux/ dipoles to rotate

evidence of this is the fact that:
1: a fixed magnet and rotating copper disc produces output
2: a rotating magnet and rotating copper disc produces output
3: a rotating or fixed magnet and fixed copper disc produces no output

any ideas on how to get current from a copper mass without rotating it, using simple arrangements of coils and flux induction?

Emission of energy. Electrons, atoms, and molecules normally do not remain in an excited state for very long. They tend to give off their excess energy very quickly and return to their original state. When they do so, they often undergo a chemical change. Since this change was originally made possible by absorbed light energy, it is known as a photochemical change.

The formation of ozone is just one example of the many kinds of photochemical changes that can occur. When solar energy breaks an oxygen molecule into two parts, one or both of the oxygen atoms formed may be excited. Another way to write the very first equation above is as follows:

O2 + hν → O* + O

The excited oxygen atom (O*) then has the excess energy needed to react with a second oxygen molecule to form ozone:

O* + O2 → O3

Another way for an excited atom or molecule to lose its energy is to give it off as light. This process is just the reverse of the process by which the atom or molecule first became excited. If the atom or molecule gives off its excess energy almost immediately, the material in which it is contained glows very briefly, a process known as fluorescence. If the excess energy is given off more slowly over a period of time, the process is known as phosphorescence. Both fluorescence and phosphorescence are examples of the general process of light emission by excited materials known as luminescence.

During an aurora display, different atoms glow different colors (depending on their electrical state-ionized or neutral-and on the incoming particle's energy) to form vibrant, many-hued rings over Earth. Bombarded nitrogen ions shine blue and neutral nitrogen shines red. Oxygen atoms hit by incoming charged particles 200 miles high glow red, the rarest aurora color. At about 60 miles, glowing oxygen produces the most common color: a brilliant yellow-green.

An atom glows because the charged particle that hit it transferred kinetic energy to the atom. The atom often dumps the extra energy by emitting light and returns to its normal energy state. It glows like a neon atom inside a neon sign. The red and green oxygen emissions "...come from 'metastable' transitions, which means that once the oxygen atom enters an excited state, it sits there for a period of time before emitting a photon of light and returning to its original state," says Joe Hawkins, director of the Alaska Space Grant Program.

The excited red-energy state (6300 Angstroms) has a lifetime of about 110 seconds; whereas, the green (5577 Angstroms) has a lifetime of only 0.75 second. These widely discrepant times make a big difference because of collisions with neutral atoms. If a neutral atom bumps into an excited atom, the exited atom can change state before emitting its photon of light. So it doesn't emit light.

There's fewer atoms up high so they are less likely to collide. At 200 miles up, the exited red-energy state oxygen atoms have the time it takes for them to sit around for 110 seconds and then glow red. Down at 60 miles where oxygen atoms crowd together, however, a neutral atom is likely to hit a red-excited atom in the intervening 110 seconds so it can't glow red. A fast acting green-excited atom is better off. It only needs 0.75 second to emit its green photon and can likely do so without getting bumped by a neutral atom in the meantime. So it glows green.

That's the main reason. Another reason, says Hawkins, is a playoff between the availability of incoming electron "bullets" and of neutral atom "targets". At high altitude, there are few targets (because the atom density is low) and, at low altitude, few bullets (because of collision higher up). Thus, there is an intermediate altitude in which an optimum number of electron "bullets" and oxygen-atom "targets" exist to create the most excited atoms. That altitude for oxygen is 60 miles.

so..this is all theory so far...NOBODY has EVER actually built an electron extraction circuit that works (video proof)...oh, and dont forget , oxygen blown into a gas processor is harder to strip electrons from...than oxygen vacuumed from a gas processor...(by suction on an engine, or from a pump) i really hope it works....as my brother says..."stan refused an easy billion dollars to stop experimenting, but ripped off a cancer plagued investor for a few thousand..." now i dont really think stan was a ripoff artist...but until someone makes a working EEC, his name is MUDD with many people!

the EC70 is too small in my opinion to be of any use, but the price is right at around $2.50 each minimum$25 dollar order from one supplier. The EC90 is getting closer to what we need but its hard to get MH&W in NY has them for around $73.00 each ! still not enough room to duplicate meyers exact bobbin. The EC 120 is the experimenters dream! except the cost is $160 each! if theres no real demand for these, they dont make any and each order has to be custom sintered, thats why the price is so high.
These ferrite cores are what you need if you want to get your pulse frequency into the MHZ range.... If we use 10KHZ thru 200KHZ, i now believe that stans original steel laminated core will work fine.

here are some recently released pictures of the actual VIC (1) and a few reverse engineered bobbins from another energy site.

here are the dimensions for the bobbins. Only a ferrite ec120 will give the proper area for all three coils. secondary is twice as large as choke cavity due to the 4x inductance of perfectly coupled inductances.
L total Ls= L1 + L2 +2M which, when the bifilar coils are connected properly is the equivalent of 4 times the inductance of a single choke value. Since the secondary coils are monofilament they effectively contain 4 times the amount of wire as one choke coil, except for the mean diameter, so they are close in inductance values thanks to the bifilar setup. also the fact that the bifilar chokes are physically closer to the ferrite core than the secondarys may also help in the two sections matching inductively?

rethinking science

recently, i met an older engineer (a Asian gentleman) who used to work on LARGE government projects. MR G. is well over 80 years old and had some interesting insights into science. The two discussions we had in his shop/home were about how science has missed the RADIANT energy all around us. His contention is that MATTER and ENERGY are NOT related. He says that the E=MC2 formula is WRONG. Matter and elements radiate energy that is eternal. they are like antennas, they do not produce the energy...like when you burn a piece of wood you are just seeing the release of existing energy by causing to different materials to react together, carbohydrates in the wood and oxygen in the air...or something like that (his english was very hard to understand).

He is very adamant about the fact that (in his opinion) the universe of matter is 1/3 the size of the energy universe. I explained Stan Meyers system to him and he decided that i wasn't thinking along the same lines as he was. His point was that when we release hydrogen from water we are using technology, not science. He said that when we look into space we see millions if not billions of star systems that are radiating energy everywhere and that these energy fields do not cancel each other out, they do not interfere with each other. Like our Sun as relates to solar photovoltaic electricity, we should be focusing on capturing free space energy, or picking it up with antennas of some sort. I will try to get more information out of him... he seems to be hiding some dark secrets,,,, he also stated that the Big Oil companies would never allow us to mass produce this kind of system.

All of the great discoveries of the future will come from understanding that the physics that is taught in books and in colleges is FLAWED because they are starting out with the belief that MATTER PRODUCES or is THE SOURCE of ENERGY. We need to RE-THINK SCIENCE from the ground up!

For the Do It Yourself Crowd...

Here is a circuit that you could use to switch some mosfets or relays to send one pulse to the high voltage field, while alternating a second mosfet or relay into the series circuit to extract the electrons. Remember Stan's final design made Oxygen and Hydrogen IONS using this circuit idea (dont forget the 12000 candlepower, 630 nm LED arrays to "push" the electrons out of the field....
