The proof is in the usefullness of the technology. It is possible that the conversion of energy from one form negates any gain you get from nature.

If you can forever charge battery's and get mechanical work out of theprocess... you can sure build a circuit so I dont physically have to take the jumper of the source battery to place it on the charged battery... This is what we all consider "closing the loop" why is it so hard if it already exists and you have done it? If you did it with the Rosemary Ainslie circuit. Where have you posted the HOW TO? and who has successfully replicated it?

Stop sitting there saying I have done it, it is possible, yada, yada, yada.

Seriously everytime some idiot posts an OU device to YT or a self running magnet motor it gets over a million hits and damn near that many replicators. Find a way to close the loop... let your device run for months, show people how to do it, challenge them to copy you...

You say it's possible. PL thoerizes about it, every other OU, FE flag waver out there claims they have done it.

PUT UP OR SHUT UP! Do something useful with it! I can say I think it's possible, but I don't have the slightest clue on how to do it...

You have so much to say about something YOU admit to not having "the slightest clue" about.

Aarons right, there are multiple devices on this forum with the potential to take them as far as you are capable. JB just recently show a SIMPLE motor that does over 1500rpm on 3ma @ 12v. With no attempt to recapture any input energy OR make use of the rotor. Come on, we are not your parents here to spoon feed you, as it is there is so much here that has been freely given for you to study and work with. People like John Bedini amongst others, have put decades into their research and understanding, obsessing over every little detail, perfecting every angle they can.

Peter is spot on when he says it takes MONEY (and lots of it usually) along with time and resources to develop something like this.

Go buy a solar panel dude. You dont have to put squat into it. That squashes that argument right there....you did say MORE energy than YOU put into it, only going on your words here.

"If you can forever...." Impossible. Something is ALWAYS going to wear out, or need to be replaced. You jump from one argument to another, wanting this, then that, with no understanding of WHAT you are chasing. You arent interested in the processes, nor are you interested in LEARNING about the systems.

You are simply in it for the GLORY. You will probably never get what you are after for that reason alone.

There are so many different ideas that could be implemented here

The hardest part of my journey thus far has be securing funding. I think what Rick F has done with his Bedini models and parts and such is an excellent example of how information can be shared, students can learn and the people overseeing it can pocket a little cash to help with their research. Or it doesnt even have to be $$. Perhaps people could offer their services?

Imagine if we built for example a monopole which was shipped all around the globe to various volunteers who participated in its construction of various parts? The monopole would have quite a story to tell....

Both threads involve HV, usually derived from an ignition coil or similar HV transformer. Both threads have schematics of various levels of difficulty.

Ignition coils are usually a 1 :100 ratio of primary to secondary windings, or even more. Pulling one apart to count the windings however isnt really an option. They are usually encased in epoxy or oil and the removing of is a significant task.


For increasing spark distance please note other variables which may have not been considered. Discharge terminals and moisture/wind in the vicinity are two I can think of off the top of my head.
Thanks Paul, good to see someone else has had a crack at it. I'll post in this thread when I get something up and running. Might have to look at fabricating a custom non steel rotor for it. Should be lots of fun anyway, liking the idea of multiple ones ganged onto the same shaft.

Nice ash, Im guessing that the rotor has the coils on it? Meaning it spins and commutation would be necessary? Or does the stator have the coils on it and its fixed in the middle? This would be similar to the brushless fans, the rotor is on the outside of the stator?

Gandalf just posted me a little brushless motor to fiddle with, Its a mini version of this, but bigger than a fan hopefully!

Looks like you have been busy. Can I ask a couple of questions in relation to your build?

What is the purpose of the two oscillators as opposed to one? Does one oscillate out of phase with the other? If its purpose it simply to make it more powerful, you could use the trigger off one of your coils to trigger the other, no need for two triggers

Also, I was confused at first because it would seem from your schematic that you are pulsing the secondary of the ignition coil. I realised it is just the way the schematic is drawn.

BTW. You may get a lower amp draw using a smaller transistor, the BD's or 2n3055's/Mj3055's will allow finer adjustments. I built a few solidstates with these parts and switched to MLJ21194's only to note a higher amp draw, which in turn results in more charging etc....so you may be happy with what you have.

Yes maybe mechanical, but that also has a lot of problems that go with it.
The reason i'd like to do this in a solid state way is so that it's really easy to play with diffrent intervals, dutycycles etc. Because my guts tell me this is going to take a lot of tuning. Turning a pot is easier than cutting a new commutator wheel. And the frequencies i'd like to try are also a bit out of the mechanical range

What sort of voltage ratings are we talking about here Jan? You need to be careful with this stuff. Powerex Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Modules-including Trench Gate and HVIGBTs <-250v to 6500v IGBT's here. Or google HV IGBT. Ive never used one, but Id imagine they are similar to a transistor to connect. You would need to do your homework on setting one up and triggering it correctly. Ive been doing some experiments using a PWM circuit to fire a Fet and using it to pulse transformers to gain HV off the secondaries. Ignition coil works good for this and is cheap and easy to find. MOTs are ok too. If you want to chop power on the hv side then I would think it needs to be stored in a capacitor first, but this is when it gets dangerous if you're not careful. I can fill a 2000v 1uF cap to over a 1000v off 12v 200ma in about 2 seconds with a simple circuit. And it only takes one zap to get you in trouble from there.

Looking at your simple circuit I dont see much point in the bridge rectifier. One diode maybe, but not all four. You could put a cap here instead, with one diode going to the positive terminal. It would need to be a HV cap and HV diode of course, at least 2000v for both Id imagine, microwave cap is a good starting point, it usually has a bleed resistor integrated so that HV isnt stored for any length of time. Use an analogue gauge to monitor voltage build up in the cap, and keep your hands away from the terminals until its safe. Dont assume that the cap is empty even if the gauge says it is.

Oh and by the way, mechanical can still be super easy, and cheap. You could do it with two bolts
mechanical switching. Unless you know your electronic components mechanical switching via a commutator is probably the best way to go. There are some Mosfets and IGBT's rated for high voltage.
I feel of similar opinion Rickoff. My first reaction was also "bet those big ring magnets are expensive/rare/hardtocomeby. I like the principle of it, its thinking outside the square. I think the inductors limit the air gap as well, meaning the coils are further away. Maybe thats the point though. Accept nothing and challenge everything, ill give him points for that
