I believe Jason is using the hairpin circuit. I know that in Tesla's lecture 'On Light and Other High Frequency phenomena he talks about 1 wire motors. Maybe that whole lecture is somewhere else you could look Jason? Disclosed in that lecture is his 'method of conversion' which is also worth reading up on.

Have you tried attaching an electrostatic motor to the device? Or from the device to a virtual ground (large source of electrons such as Earth)? The phenomena behind radiant energy is electrostatic in nature so you wouldn't expect an electromagnetic apparatus to work as designed powering it with an electrostatic power supply

To those contributing to this topic; rather than an engine running on exploding water why not try out Viktor Schauberger's theories and go implosion. Now that would be cool! I suppose this topic is about exploding water though so it's probably off-topic.
