Good show. I suppose it is none conductive, so what kind of Voltage did you use? Did you coat outside of inner tube and inside of outer Tube?
I heatshrunk my outer tube just so it would not conduct but did nothing to the inner.
Always wanted to use Waterglas (SiO2) now that I found some I have not tried it yet.

I have personal knowledge of a Farmer being taken to Court here in B.C. near Clinton he had strung several hundreds of feet of wire out on his Hayfield right under the High tension powerlines. He ended up in Court having to defend himself against the charges of theft of power laid against him by the then B.C. Hydro.

There is much more here than meets the eye, what has not been considered is magnitude of charge. I have built the AV plug/cap circuit and can charge the cap to 1.5v in a minute or so from what some call RF energy. I have also charged 50/10uF caps from an AV plug diode grid these caps discharged in series produce a voltage of over 70 volts. The question I had to ask is --- is there any limitations to this technology? If fact there is no limit If a person could build a miniturized capacitance with integrated AV plugs and 10,000 or more of these could be packed in a small area like integrated circuits often are then-- I will let you do the math. As to where the energy comes from, the burden of proof would not lie on me if I was accused of stealing power. Is it RF---from which frequency then and which station, If a power company says I am stealing power then the power company must be polluting my space with EM energy, energy I did not ask for nor want. Both parties are not stupid enough to open that can of worms as there are certain liabilities they must assume when doing so.

you only need one Wire.Using a Bridge is not much different than using your two diodes other than some insignificant voltage drop across the diodes.Using a ground of course you have created a path for the current to flow and yes you will get very high voltages.

My comment to that is that you are charging the capacitor using both of the capacitors terminals therefore still two wires at that point what enters the Diodes by one wire is RF that gets rectified ,which charges the Cap. in principle similar to my Circuit voltage amplification by flux exited self oscillating reed switch
Or take a Wire ( long wire antenna) attach two Diodes one forward the other reverse biased and attach them the same way to your Cap. This works in perticularly well if you live near High tension power lines. If you live close to a Transmitter you could feed it through a tuned coil.
By the way and be warned ,both methods are illegal.

What was your Amp. reading at the time of low temp?
Do You Have a pictorial of your Setup?
I have not used an Alternator yet.
Does your Cell exhibit audible resonance? Can you hear it coming
from the Cell ?

Uv Meyers Laser energy

Well I read a bit about it and it appears that you best use vapor to dissociate Water by UV radiation. Also certain type of UV Wavelength and power Levels are required requiring to select the right laser diodes power llevels can be achieved by pulsing the laser, not an easy or cheap task.
I could not find a direct solution but here are some pertinent Links that should prove to help you with your endeavor.
I think I would use some mercury arc Sources which could be cooled by the Water itself. High power Strobe light perhaps at least thats my next trial.

If you watch all the Utube on Kanzius you will see that he has 2 Transmitters stacked on top of each other one says 2K-27.1Mhz and the other 3K-13.56Mhz
Personally I don't think that the RF Frequency matters as it is only a Carrier . I would guess that the modulating Frequency is doing all the Work as it does in the "Rife" Machine. Also 27Mhz has provisions under the FCC or DOC to be used for experimental (Medical) Diathermy Machines use it as well as the CB'ers.
Mind you not all the allowcated Channels either,I am saying that because someone surely will try and bring that up.
So I am mostly interested in Power and I think being variable with Kanzius Transmitters I seem to recall him cranking it up to about 100 Watts and then the Camera switched to another scene. Most important what modulated frequency,pulse rate did he use?
I assume its an square wave .

Here is an interesting Thought.
I am sure that all of you are familiar with John Kanzius accidental Discovery of RF injection into Saltwater thus producing a constant flame. Saltwater will also produce Chlorine Gas.
Chlorine Gas is not flammable.
Hydrogen mixed with Oxygen explodes when ignited as we all have demonstrated.
Question: why does his Product burn so nicely without exploding? There is very little bubbling action on top of Kanzius test tube (much less than running 1 amp of 2 volt into one cell electrolyzing Method)
Yet he can sustain a considerable flame as long as the liquid is in the RF field.
How much Power would you require to achieve the same size of flame by using the conventional
Method?
I have tried feeding 100 watts RF(unmodulated RF) through a Pi Network into a plastic bottle filled with saltwater and despite a good match I was unable to get a reaction.
Being a licensed Radio Amateur I am more conversive with RF than LF Tesla Technology.
I was using my 27Mhz "Rife" setup from years ago, but I have not modified the audio section of a recently acquired CB to modulate the carrier.As with the Rife Device the secret may lie in the modulated portion rather than RF itself.If so then maybe a new approach is needed to splitting H2O more efficiently.
Does anyone offer any clues as to the power and frequencies that Kanzius is using in his Setup?
Any clue or Help would be appreciated. 73
