sebosfato, I am a 72 year old pensioner, no money to build things, but lots of time to think! If I were to experiment with this I would build the EIG2 and measure the current that is induced in to the stator, when earthed or not earthed. From there appropriate windings could be worked out and tried. With resonance a major factor. In my youth I was an electronics engineer, just when transistors first appeared. I am afraid that I am lost when it comes to 'dynamic coherent voltage' etc. I will have to look at Meyer.
Madhatter, keep at it we are all getting closer to the answers!

Farmhand, the metal balls would atttract each other with there own electrostatic attraction, a small motor would be required to turn the rotor.
The second one i'm sure would work using a center tapped transformer, and using a centre zero +kv -Kv power supply to cgarge the outer balls. The centre of the stator would be very close to zero volts when the switch is closed, the charge in each stator ball would then be earthed on switch closure, so there would be no HV to switch. Hi, I am a newbie here and I have had an idea that I cannot see anywhere else and would like to invite comments from all.

Two systems are combined.
1. Faradays wheel, a plate between magnets, all rotated together gives off high current at low voltage. It is a problem getting the current from the outside of the wheel efficiently using brushes.
2. Faraday also came up with electrolysis.
To obtain Browns Gas (HHO) pass a high current at low voltage through an electrolyte.

Idea, why not spin the Faraday wheel in the electrolyte. The current will easily transfer from the outer plate to the shaft giving off heaps of HHO at such high currents.
A small motor will be required to rotate the wheel but there will be little friction. The HHO can drive an Engine/Generator or turbine generator.
Should give a system overunity.
