Seems like they have been progressing slowly...
Its was rumored that they have Meyer's technology used more the HHO production, seems like if that was the case they could have made a quicker impact on the scene. I guess the pilot plant in Ontario would be quite a bit of work.
In 2 years all I have really seen is the same news and an updated website. Anyone privy to some details?

I met 3 people at the conference who built Newman motors and they mentioned how easy it is to do. They all claimed that it does not achieve a COP greater than 1.
That is fantastic that you have had much better results. If what you state is true and you care about free energy research please start a thread with the specifics of how you achieved this, and lets get it rolling!
I however dont feel you should attempt to discredit others work, regardless of the amount of overunity for any device the fundamental concept should be developed just as any product should. In fact your claims lack credibility due to the nature of your post putting down others work.
I also suspect that if it was done by Stefan in 2001 and he got a 700% efficiency after many re-tests we would be seeing this design EVERYWHERE by now and his website would be full of nothing but replications. Also he would not have put together the OU prize because it would be achieved right away.
