Save your money, and cut the electrolite to the booster. You don't need a PWM. I have done it both ways. Use a bubbler with refill capability to the fuel cell, the water will circulate, keep it full, run 20 amps to avoid overheat, mount it in front of the radiator if possible.

You can sure try to make your own. I did, it took me about two days, and alot of money purchasing individual parts on the internet. It was alot more difficult than I imagined. However after purchasing four different ones that did not work, making one that did was rewarding. It took me over a year to figure them out, and I added it up, 1500 hours work to get where I am with the EFIE I have, and to make one that works. Good Performance, No Check Engine Lights, Great MPG, More Power, ability to switch it on and off as needed.

My 1999 Dodge 1500, 5.2, 4 wheel drive was getting 12 mpg on the highway. I have had it up to 24.3 and usually get 18 to 20 MPG on the highway. I run two wet cells, a bubbler / refill device I made, and get about 2.5 liters per minute HHO at 15 amps, 3 at 20 amps.

I ended up, using the design I made, the purchasing some made like it using transistors, circut boards, etc rather than my bread boards and wires. I use one for the o2 sensors with a cold start circut to avoid rough running when cold, and check engine lights. I make one for the MAP sensor that does not add or subtract voltage from the signal to or from the MAP sensor but replaces the input signal to the MAP thus avoiding conflict with other sensors that also use that signal from the ECM.
