Hi Michael and ALL who read here,

Due to feedback at overunity.com Forum ("Selfrunning HHO system with additional 400W output") it was discovered that ALL circuit diagram files (.pdf) are MISSING from my Dropbox Folder!

Some people have suggested that perhaps all files should be displayed on the Forum for everyone to see!

As a "quick fix", I have attached the 14 missing files to two posts there.

I will create an additional Dropbox Folder (and link) for the 14 circuit diagram files.

The article you read at pesn originated at the "watercarTWO" Forum which was created by Michael Couch.
I wrote it for that Forum and posted it there.
Michael Couch created a document from it and gave it to Sterling A. to publish on peswiki.

By the way, that article is available as a document in my collection with the name: "LesBankioninjection1.doc".

As I have stated and repeated MANY times, there are only TWO key elements to run ICE on HydrOxy - enough gas and engine management!

What is "engine management"?

Correct ignition timing and fuel (HydrOxy) delivery!


However, most people don't know that with CORRECT engine management gas demand falls to an all time low!!

Hi Michael,

Oh yes, I remember you well and I suspected it was you under that new name!

Small world, isn't it?

Perhaps you recall that I designed that 3 frequency PWM purely as an engineering challenge to replace Bob Boyce's circuit which was almost impossible to tune!

I have come a long way since and things are a LOT simpler!

Despite some opinions to the contrary, there is NO NEED for fancy circuits!
Just study my current design and you will see what I mean.

To give you an idea, I am expecting the current generator (rated 7kW, continuous) project to use approx. 2-2.4kW to run itself with 4-5kW left over to run external load!!

Below is the link to my Dropbox Folder and the 'checksum' for the WFGP (Water Fueled Generator Project) which contains the kind of CDI design you are after.

The information is COMPLETE with circuit diagrams, detailed circuit descriptions and pcb layouts in the original Protel (PFW) format for board manufacturing.

Shortly, there will be a second Dropbox link published for project updates (mainly photos) as the work progresses (rapidly).
(Note that this project is in its final stages with only the making of the electrolyzer and engine modifications remaining.)
